La correcta acreditación de la ejecución del proyecto queda supeditada a la consecución de los objetivos, consistentes en proporcionar cobertura a 121 unidades inmobiliarias, mediante la solución tecnológica GPON en un escenario de «Fibra hasta el hogar» (FTTH), de la entidad singular de población de Benzu perteneciente al municipio de Ceuta , de la Comunidad Autónoma de Ceuta, los cuales se especifican en el anexo «Ámbito geográfico», así como al cumplimiento de las demás obligaciones.
