Angesichts der baulichen Pathologien an den Fassaden, mit Filtrationsfeuchte und Kondensationsfeuchte, die sich aus der Existenz von Wärmebrücken ergeben, wird die Notwendigkeit einer integralen Sanierung der Fassaden des Gebäudes mit der Platzierung einer neuen Außenhülle durch belüftete Fassaden erhöht, die die Wasserdichtigkeit, thermische und akustische Isolierung garantiert, die für die Bewohnbarkeit der Häuser notwendig sind, und ein Plus in Bezug auf die Verbesserung der Energieeffizienz.
