Se va prezenta si descrie obiectivul general ale proiectului; de asemenea, se va explica cum contribuie proiectul la realizarea obiectivelor măsurii de finanțare.Obiectivul general al proiectului consta in amenajarea de pontoane de acostare in zona FLAG Delta Dunarii. Aceasta activitate eligibila contribuie la incurajarea investitiilor care vor sustin activitatile ecoturistice si implicit sporirea atuurilor de mediu si atenuarea schimbarilor climatice. Mentionam ca ecoturismul inseamna dezvoltarea turismului in sensul protejerii mediului si atenuarii schimbarilor climatice.Proiectul propune spre finantare achiziţia unor pontoane ceea ce va contribui la realizarea obiectivului Masurii 2 si anume Amenajarea de pontoane, pasarele, foisoare turistice de observare (de exemplu birdwatching) care să se încadreze în specificul local, tocmai datorita faptului ca infrastructura de transport specifica zonei Flag Delta este transportul naval cu ambarcatiuni compatibile canalelor de navigatie ale Dunarii. L’objectif général du projet sera présenté et décrit; il sera également expliqué comment le projet contribue à la réalisation des objectifs de la mesure de financement. L’objectif général du projet est de mettre en place des pontons d’accostage dans la région du delta du Danube FLAG. Cette activité admissible contribue à encourager les investissements qui appuieront les activités d’écotourisme et, partant, augmenteront les actifs environnementaux et atténueront les changements climatiques. Nous mentionnons que l’écotourisme signifie le développement du tourisme dans le sens de la protection de l’environnement et de l’atténuation du changement climatique. Le projet propose de financer l’acquisition de pontons, ce qui contribuera à la réalisation de l’objectif de la mesure 2, à savoir l’aménagement de pontons, de passerelles, de tourelles touristiques (par exemple, l’observation des oiseaux) qui s’intègrent dans les spécificités locales, précisément parce que l’infrastructure de transport propre à la zone du delta du drapeau est la navigation avec des bateaux compatibles avec les canaux de navigation du Danube. The general objective of the project will be presented and described; it will also be explained how the project contributes to the achievement of the objectives of the financing measure. The general objective of the project is to set up berthing pontoons in the FLAG Delta Danube area. This eligible activity contributes to encouraging investments that will support ecotourism activities and thus increasing environmental assets and mitigating climate change. We mention that ecotourism means the development of tourism in the sense of protecting the environment and mitigating climate change. The project proposes to finance the acquisition of pontoons, which will contribute to the achievement of the objective of Measure 2, namely the arrangement of pontoons, walkways, sightseeing turrets (e.g. birdwatching) that fit into the local specifics, precisely because the transport infrastructure specific to the Flag Delta area is the shipping with boats compatible with the Danube’s sailing channels. Das allgemeine Ziel des Projekts wird vorgestellt und beschrieben; es wird auch erläutert, wie das Projekt zur Erreichung der Ziele der Finanzierungsmaßnahme beiträgt. Das allgemeine Ziel des Projekts ist die Einrichtung von Liegenschaften im FLAG-Delta-Donauraum. Diese förderfähige Maßnahme trägt dazu bei, Investitionen zu fördern, die Ökotourismusaktivitäten unterstützen und damit Umweltgüter erhöhen und den Klimawandel mindern. Wir erwähnen, dass Ökotourismus die Entwicklung des Tourismus im Sinne des Umweltschutzes und der Eindämmung des Klimawandels bedeutet. Das Projekt schlägt vor, den Erwerb von Pontoons zu finanzieren, die zur Erreichung des Ziels von Maßnahme 2 beitragen werden, nämlich die Anordnung von Pontoons, Gehwegen, Besichtigungstürmen (z. B. Vogelbeobachtung), die in die lokalen Besonderheiten passen, gerade weil die für das Flag Delta spezifische Verkehrsinfrastruktur die Schifffahrt mit Booten ist, die mit den Segelkanälen der Donau kompatibel sind. De algemene doelstelling van het project zal worden gepresenteerd en beschreven; ook zal worden uitgelegd hoe het project bijdraagt tot de verwezenlijking van de doelstellingen van de financieringsmaatregel. De algemene doelstelling van het project is het opzetten van pontons in het FLAG Delta Donaugebied. Deze in aanmerking komende activiteit draagt bij tot het stimuleren van investeringen die ecotoerismeactiviteiten ondersteunen en aldus de milieuactiva vergroten en de klimaatverandering beperken. We vermelden dat ecotoerisme de ontwikkeling van het toerisme betekent in de zin van milieubescherming en beperking van de klimaatverandering. Het project stelt voor de aankoop van pontons te financieren, die zullen bijdragen tot de verwezenlijking van de doelstelling van maatregel 2, namelijk de inrichting van pontons, loopbruggen, sightseeingtorens (bijv. vogelobservatie) die passen in de lokale bijzonderheden, juist omdat de specifieke vervoersinfrastructuur voor het gebied van de Flag Delta de scheepvaart is met boten die compatibel zijn met de vaarroutes van de Donau. L'obiettivo generale del progetto sarà presentato e descritto; sarà inoltre spiegato in che modo il progetto contribuisce al conseguimento degli obiettivi della misura di finanziamento. L'obiettivo generale del progetto è quello di creare pontoni di ormeggio nella zona del Delta del Danubio del FLAG. Questa attività ammissibile contribuisce a incoraggiare gli investimenti a sostegno delle attività di ecoturismo, aumentando così le risorse ambientali e mitigando i cambiamenti climatici. Ricordiamo che ecoturismo significa lo sviluppo del turismo nel senso di proteggere l'ambiente e mitigare i cambiamenti climatici. Il progetto si propone di finanziare l'acquisizione di pontoni, che contribuiranno al raggiungimento dell'obiettivo della Misura 2, vale a dire la sistemazione di pontoni, passerelle, torrette turistiche (ad esempio birdwatching) che si adattano alle specificità locali, proprio perché l'infrastruttura di trasporto specifica per l'area del Delta di Bandiera è la navigazione con imbarcazioni compatibili con i canali di navigazione del Danubio. Se presentará y describirá el objetivo general del proyecto; también se explicará cómo contribuye el proyecto a la consecución de los objetivos de la medida de financiación. El objetivo general del proyecto es la creación de pontones de amarre en la zona del Danubio del Delta del FLAG. Esta actividad subvencionable contribuye a fomentar las inversiones que apoyen las actividades de ecoturismo y, de este modo, aumentar los activos medioambientales y mitigar el cambio climático. Mencionamos que el ecoturismo significa el desarrollo del turismo en el sentido de proteger el medio ambiente y mitigar el cambio climático. El proyecto propone financiar la adquisición de pontones, lo que contribuirá a la consecución del objetivo de la Medida 2, a saber, la disposición de pontones, pasarelas, torretas turísticas (por ejemplo, observación de aves) que encajan en las especificidades locales, precisamente porque la infraestructura de transporte específica de la zona del Delta de la Bandera es la navegación con embarcaciones compatibles con los canales de navegación del Danubio.
