Projekta mērķis ir organizēt veselības veicināšanas un slimības profilakses pasākumus visiem Riebiņu novada iedzīvotājiem, jo īpaši teritoriālās nabadzības un sociālās atstumtības riskam pakļautajiem iedzīvotājiem, tādejādi popularizējot veselīgu dzīvesveidu sabiedrībā un iesaistot sabiedrību pašvaldības organizētajos veselības veicināšanas un slimības profilakses pasākumos.Projekta mērķa grupa ir Latvijas un Riebiņu pašvaldības iedzīvotāji, bet jo īpaši teritoriālās, sociālās atstumtības un nabadzības riskam pakļautās iedzīvotāju grupas:•Iedzīvotāji, kuri dzīvo teritorijā ārpus pilsētām ar iedzīvotāju blīvumu zem 50 iedz./km2•Trūcīgie un maznodrošinātie iedzīvotāji•Bezdarbnieki•Personas ar invaliditāti•Iedzīvotāji, kas vecāki par 54 gadiem•Bērni•Pārējās riskam pakļautās iedzīvotāju grupas.Projekta īstenošanas laikā tiks veiktas šādas aktivitātes:1)Projekta vadības nodrošināšana2)Projekta īstenošanas nodrošināšana3)Laika periodā no 2017. gada līdz 2019. gad beigām tika īstenoti šādi slimības profilakses pasākumu organizēšana mērķa grupai un vietējai sabiedrībai, nodrošinot 5 pasākumu kopumus trīs gadu periodā:•Onkoloģisko slimību profilakses pasākumi. Sirds diena. 4)Laika periodā no 2017. gada līdz 2019. gad beigām tika īstenoti šādi veselības veicināšanas pasākumu organizēšana mērķa grupai un vietējai sabiedrībai, nodrošinot 27 pasākumu kopumus trīs gadu periodā:•Reproduktīvās veselības veicināšana•“Vesela māte, vesels bērns”•Fizisko aktivitāšu veicināšana• “Veselības diena”- veselības un sporta nedēļa•Atkarības profilakses pasākumi•Veselīga uztura veicināšana, uztura paradumu uzlabošana• “Garīgās veselības diena” – Emocionālās veselības nedēļa5)Informācijas un publicitātes pasākumu nodrošināšana6) Laika posmā no 2020. gada līdz 2023. gadam tiks īstenoti pasākumi šādās veselības veicināšanas un slimību profilakses jomās:- fizisko aktivitāšu veicināšana;- Veselīga uztura veicināšana;- Garīgās veselības veicināšana;- Atkarību izplatības mazināšana;- Sirds un asinsvadu profilakses pasākumi;- Bērnu veselības veicināšana.Projekta īstenošanas rezultātā laika posmā no 2017. gada līdz 2020. gadam tiksa sniegti slimības profilakses pasākumi 167 iedzīvotājiem un veselības veicināšanas pieejamības pasākumus 946 iedzīvotājiem Riebiņu novadā. Laika posmā no 2020. gada līdz 2023. gada beigām tiks īstenoti vismaz 222 veselības veicināšanas un slimību profilakses pasākumi. Projekta īstenošanas vieta Riebiņu novada administratīvā teritorija. Projekta īstenošanas laiks no 2017. gada 16. jūnija līdz 2023. gada 15. jūnijam.Kopējās projekta izmaksas ir EUR 116 432,00 no tā 85% Eiropas Sociālā fonda finansējums un 15% Valsts budžeta dotācija. Ziel des Projekts ist es, Maßnahmen zur Gesundheitsförderung und zur Prävention von Krankheiten für alle Einwohner der Gemeinde Riebiņi zu organisieren, insbesondere diejenigen, die von territorialer Armut und sozialer Ausgrenzung bedroht sind, um so einen gesunden Lebensstil in der Gesellschaft zu fördern und die Gesellschaft in Maßnahmen zur Gesundheitsförderung und zur Prävention von Krankheiten einzubeziehen, die von der lokalen Regierung organisiert werden. Die Zielgruppe des Projekts ist die Einwohner Lettlands und Riebinis, aber vor allem Gruppen der Bevölkerung, die von territorialer, sozialer Ausgrenzung und Armut bedroht sind:•Bürger, die in einem Gebiet außerhalb von Städten mit einer Bevölkerungsdichte unter 50 Einwohner/km² leben•Warner und benachteiligte Menschen•Behinderte mit Behinderungen, über 54 Jahre alt•Kinder•Sonstige gefährdete Populationen.Die folgenden Aktivitäten werden während der Projektdurchführung durchgeführt: 1) Projektmanagementsicherung2)Projektdurchführung3)Im Zeitraum von 2017 bis Ende 2019 wurden für die Zielgruppe und die lokale Gemeinschaft folgende Maßnahmen zur Prävention von Krankheiten durchgeführt, die 5 Maßnahmen für einen Zeitraum von drei Jahren umfassten:•Oncologische Präventionsmaßnahmen. L'obiettivo del progetto è quello di organizzare attività di promozione della salute e prevenzione delle malattie per tutti i residenti del comune di Riebiņi, in particolare quelli a rischio di povertà territoriale ed esclusione sociale, promuovendo in tal modo uno stile di vita sano nella società e coinvolgendo la società nelle attività di promozione della salute e prevenzione delle malattie organizzate dall'amministrazione locale. Projekto „Sveikatos apsauga“ skatinimas. Projekto „Sveikatos apsauga“ skatinimas 946 m.; Neįgalumo probacija fizinės sveikatos srityse. Prevencija srca i krvnih žila Dan srca. 4)U razdoblju od 2017. do kraja 2019. organizirane su sljedeće aktivnosti promicanja zdravlja za ciljnu skupinu i lokalnu zajednicu, pružajući 27 paketa mjera tijekom trogodišnjeg razdoblja:• Promicanje reproduktivnog zdravlja•Probacija zdrave prehrane•Profession of Health activities•Profession of health activities through Health Day, Day Health – Promocija zdravlja-projekt-facilitativni zdravstveni projekt-Probricate za godinu 946.; Uvjetnu invalidnost u područjima tjelesnog zdravlja. Od 2020. do kraja 2023. provest će se najmanje 222 mjere za promicanje zdravlja i sprečavanje bolesti. Provedba projekta smjestila je upravno područje okruga Riebiсi. Razdoblje provedbe projekta od 16. lipnja 2017. do 15. lipnja 2023. Od roku 2020 do konca roka 2023 sa vykoná najmenej 222 opatrení na podporu zdravia a prevenciu chorôb. Realizácia projektu spočíva v administratívnom území okresu Riebiņi. Obdobie realizácie projektu od 16. júna 2017 do 15. júna 2023. Celkové náklady na projekt predstavujú 116 432,00 EUR z toho 85 % finančných prostriedkov z Európskeho sociálneho fondu a 15 % grant zo štátneho rozpočtu. (Slovak)

Prevence srdce a cév Den srdce. 4)V období od roku 2017 do konce roku 2019 byly pro cílovou skupinu a místní komunitu uspořádány následující činnosti na podporu zdraví, které poskytly 27 balíčků opatření během tříletého období:•Podpora reprodukčního zdraví•Probace zdravé výživy•Profese zdravých zdravotních aktivit•Profese zdravotnických činností prostřednictvím Dne zdraví, Den zdraví – podpora zdraví-projekt-projekt pro usnadnění zdraví-probrikace pro rok 946; Podmínka zdravotního postižení v oblastech fyzického zdraví. Od roku 2020 do konce roku 2023 bude provedeno nejméně 222 opatření na podporu zdraví a prevenci nemocí. Realizací projektu se nachází správní území župy Riebiрi. Období provádění projektu od 16. června 2017 do 15. června 2023. Celkové náklady projektu činí 116 442,00 EUR z toho 85 % z prostředků Evropského sociálního fondu a 15 % grant ze státního rozpočtu. Med letom 2020 in koncem leta 2023 bo izvedenih vsaj 222 ukrepov za spodbujanje zdravja in preprečevanje bolezni. Izvajanje projekta določa upravno ozemlje okrožja Riebiņi. Obdobje izvajanja projekta od 16. junija 2017 do 15. junija 2023.Skupni stroški projekta znašajo 116 432,00 EUR od tega 85 % sredstev Evropskega socialnega sklada in 15 % nepovratnih sredstev iz državnega proračuna. Превенция на сърцето и кръвоносните съдове Ден на сърцето. 4)В периода от 2017 г. до края на 2019 г. бяха организирани следните дейности за промоция на здравето за целевата група и местната общност, осигуряващи 27 пакета от мерки за период от три години: •Насърчаване на репродуктивното здраве •Проверка на здравословното хранене •Професия на здравословни здравни дейности •Професия на здравни дейности чрез Ден на здравето, Ден на здравето — насърчаване на здравно-здравословен проект-Проект-Проект-Проект-Пробрикат за годината 946; Пробация за инвалидност в областта на физическото здраве. Между 2020 г. и края на 2023 г. ще бъдат изпълнени най-малко 222 мерки за насърчаване на здравето и профилактика на заболяванията. Изпълнението на проекта поставя административната територия на област Riebiņi. Период на изпълнение на проекта от 16 юни 2017 г. до 15 юни 2023 г. Prevenção do coração e dos vasos sanguíneos Dia do coração. 4)No período compreendido entre 2017 e o final de 2019, foram organizadas as seguintes atividades de promoção da saúde para o grupo-alvo e a comunidade local, disponibilizando 27 pacotes de medidas ao longo de um período de três anos:•Promoção da saúde reprodutiva•Promoção de uma alimentação saudável•Profissão de atividades de saúde saudável•Profissão de atividades de saúde através do Dia da Saúde, Dia da Saúde – Promoção da saúde-Saúde-Projeto-Projeto-Projeto-Promoção da saúde para o Ano 946; Probação de incapacidade em áreas da saúde física. Entre 2020 e o final de 2023, serão aplicadas pelo menos 222 medidas de promoção da saúde e de prevenção de doenças. A execução do projeto situa o território administrativo do distrito de Riebiņi. Período de execução do projeto de 16 de junho de 2017 a 15 de junho de 2023. Os custos totais do projeto ascendem a 116 432,00 EUR, dos quais 85 % são financiados pelo Fundo Social Europeu e 15 % são financiados pelo orçamento do Estado. (Portuguese)

Prevenirea inimii și a vaselor de sânge Ziua inimii. 4)În perioada 2017-sfârșitul anului 2019 au fost organizate următoarele activități de promovare a sănătății pentru grupul țintă și comunitatea locală, oferind 27 de pachete de măsuri pe o perioadă de trei ani:•Promovarea sănătății reproductive•Promovarea nutriției sănătoase•Profesia de activități de sănătate sănătoasă•Profesia de activități de sănătate prin intermediul Zilei Sănătății, Ziua Sănătății – Promovarea sănătății-Proiect-Proiect de facilitare a sănătății pentru anul 946; Probarea handicapului în domenii de sănătate fizică. Cel puțin 222 de măsuri de promovare a sănătății și de prevenire a bolilor vor fi puse în aplicare între 2020 și sfârșitul anului 2023. Implementarea proiectului plasează teritoriul administrativ al județului Riebiņi. Perioada de implementare a proiectului cuprinsă între 16 iunie 2017 și 15 iunie 2023. Costurile totale ale proiectului sunt de 116 432,00 EUR, din care 85 % finanțare din Fondul social european și 15 % finanțare de la bugetul de stat. (Romanian)

Prövotid för funktionsnedsättning inom områden för fysisk hälsa. Minst 222 hälsofrämjande och sjukdomsförebyggande åtgärder kommer att genomföras mellan 2020 och slutet av 2023. Projektgenomförande plats administrativt territorium Riebiņi länet.
