Projekta mērķis ir profesionālās izglītības kompetences centra Smiltenes tehnikums (turpmāk – Tehnikums) modernizēšana, nodrošinot mācību vides atbilstību tautsaimniecības nozaru attīstībai un uzlabojot profesionālās izglītības pieejamību. Projekta ietvaros plānotās darbības ir tieši vērstas uz šī mērķa izpildi, modernizējot izglītības procesam nepieciešamo materiāli tehnisko bāzi atbalstāmajās prioritārajās izglītības programmās un uzlabojot izglītības iestādes infrastruktūru.Projekts tiek īstenots saskaņā ar Tehnikuma Attīstības un investīciju stratēģiju 2015.–2020. gadam.Lai nodrošinātu 2016. gada 19. aprīļa ministru kabineta noteikumos Nr.249 „Darbības programmas „Izaugsme un nodarbinātība” 8.1.3. specifiskā atbalsta mērķa „Palielināt modernizēto profesionālās izglītības iestāžu skaitu” īstenošanas noteikumi” (turpmāk - aktivitātes MK noteikumi) noteiktā specifiskā mērķa sasniegšanu, Tehnikums kopā ar sadarbības partneri – Valsts izglītības attīstības aģentūru - plāno veikt šādas darbības:1)Hidrobūvju tehniķu mācību manēžas – tehnikas novietnes jaunbūves būvniecība;2)Dienesta viesnīcas „Kalnamuiža 44” pārbūve;3)Alsviķu teritoriālās struktūrvienības (turpmāk – Alsviķu struktūrvienība) dienesta viesnīcas un mācību korpusu ēku savienotajā pārejā divu diagonālo kāpņu pacēlāju uzstādīšana un inženierkomunikāciju atjaunošana dienesta viesnīcā (siltā ūdens apgādes sistēmas izveidošana, kanalizācijas sistēmas atjaunošana, aukstā ūdens apgādes sistēmas atjaunošana, santehnikas ierīču nomaiņa, ugunsdzēsības ūdensvada izveide);4)Mācību aprīkojuma iegāde prioritāro izglītības programmu "Hidrobūvju būvtehniķis" un "Lopkopības tehniķis" īstenošanas nodrošināšanai; 5)Informācijas un komunikāciju tehnoloģiju iegāde (turpmāk – IKT) un ierīkošana. 6)Sporta aprīkojuma iegāde.7) Mēbeļu un aprīkojuma iegāde Dienesta viesnīcai „Kalnamuiža 44” un Hidrobūvju tehniķu mācību manēžai – tehnikas novietnei.Projekta īstenošanas ilgums – no 2017.gada 1.janvāra līdz 2020.gada 30.septembrim (pilni 42 mēneši). L’objectif de ce projet est de moderniser le centre de compétences de l’enseignement professionnel Smiltene Technical School (ci-après «Technologie»), en veillant à la pertinence de l’environnement d’apprentissage pour le développement des secteurs économiques et en améliorant l’accès à l’enseignement professionnel. Les activités prévues dans le cadre du projet visent directement à atteindre cet objectif en modernisant la base technique matérielle nécessaire au processus éducatif dans les programmes d’éducation prioritaires soutenus et en améliorant l’infrastructure de l’établissement d’enseignement. Ziel des Projekts ist die Modernisierung des Kompetenzzentrums für Berufsbildung Smiltene Technical School (nachstehend „Technologie“), die Sicherstellung der Relevanz des Lernumfelds für die Entwicklung der Wirtschaftssektoren und die Verbesserung des Zugangs zur beruflichen Bildung. Die im Rahmen des Projekts geplanten Maßnahmen zielen unmittelbar darauf ab, dieses Ziel zu erreichen, indem die materielle technische Grundlage, die für den Bildungsprozess in den geförderten vorrangigen Bildungsprogrammen erforderlich ist, modernisiert und die Infrastruktur der Bildungseinrichtung verbessert wird. Das Projekt wird im Einklang mit der Technologieentwicklungs- und Investitionsstrategie 2015-2020 durchgeführt.Um das in der Kabinettsverordnung vom 19. Le attività previste nell'ambito del progetto sono direttamente finalizzate al raggiungimento di tale obiettivo, modernizzando la base tecnica materiale necessaria per il processo educativo nei programmi di istruzione prioritari sostenuti e migliorando l'infrastruttura dell'istituto di istruzione.
