    Projekta mērķis ir veicināt energoefektivitātes paaugstināšanu Latvijas Universitātes ēkā Buļļu ielā 5, Rīgā.1) plānotais siltumenerģijas ietaupījums pēc projekta īstenošanas ir ne mazāks kā 286,236 MWh/gadā (41,04%/gadā); 2) plānotais siltumenerģijas patēriņš apkurei pēc projekta īstenošanas nepārsniegs 27.0 kWh/m2 gadā (reālā enerģijas nepieciešamība iekštelpu temperatūras nodrošināšanai iekļauj arī būtisku siltuma plūsmu no karstā ūdens sistēmas).3) plānotais CO2 emisiju samazinājums vismaz 84 806 kg/gadā;Projekta kopējās attiecināmās izmaksas 1 033 694,18 Eur, t.sk. Eiropas Reģionālās attīstības fonda atbalsts 85% jeb 878 640,05 Eur apmērā un valsts budžeta finansējums 15% jeb 155 054,13 Eur.Saskaņā ar energoauditu un ēkas tehnisko apsekošanu, ēkā plānots īstenot šādus energoefektivitātes paaugstināšanas pasākumus:1.Norobežojošās konstrukcijas:- Fasāžu siltināšana, izmantojot apmestās fasādes pieeju; -Starplogu pildījumu nomaiņa ar jaunu minerālvates pildījumu;- Sarkano ķieģeļu pilastru siltināšana;- Logaiļu siltināšana no ārpuses pa visu perimetru, t.sk. zem palodzēm (kur tas ir fiziski iespējams),tādējādi novēršot termiskos tiltus;- Veco pagraba logu nomaiņa pret PVC logiem ar stikla paketi ar selektīvo stiklu un veco durvju nomaiņa pret ugunsdrošām siltinātām metāla durvīm;- Cokola siltināšana;- Jumta siltināšana;- Balkonu demontāža, kas novērsīs to pieslēgumu termiskos tiltus.- Esošo PVC logu nomaiņa pret divkameru (trīs stiklu) PVC logiem.2.Karstā ūdens sistēma:- Saules kolektoru uzstādīšana karstā ūdens sagatavošanai (ar papildus akumulācijas tvertni un pieslēgumu pie esošās sistēmas);- Uzstādīt dušas paneļus ar regulējamām pjezo pogām ar maksimālo laiku un klausules plūsmas ierobežošanai un gaisa pievienošanai.3.Ventilācija:-Gaisa pieplūdes vārstu ar antibakteriālo filtru ārpusē montāža uz esošajiem istabu logiem.4.Inženiersistēmas:- Atsevišķu siltuma skaitītāju apkures un karstā ūdens patēriņiem, kā arī elektroenerģijas skaitītāju ventilācijas iekārtas patēriņa uzskaitei uzstādīšana.Projekta ilgums: 14 mēneši no vienošanās par projekta īstenošanu parakstīšanas laika.     The aim of the project is to promote energy efficiency improvement in the University of Latvia building, Bullu Street 5, Riga.1) the planned thermal energy savings after project implementation are not less than 286.236 MWh/year (41.04 %/year); 2) the planned heat consumption for heating after the implementation of the project will not exceed 27.0 kWh/m² per year (real energy need for indoor temperatures also includes significant heat flow from the hot water system).3) The planned CO2 emissions reduction of at least 84806 kg/year.Project total eligible costs EUR 1 033 694.18, incl.     L’objectif du projet est de promouvoir l’amélioration de l’efficacité énergétique dans le bâtiment de l’Université de Lettonie au 5 Bullu Street, Riga.1), les économies d’énergie thermique prévues après la mise en œuvre du projet ne sont pas inférieures à 286,236 MWh/an (41,04 %/an); 2) la consommation d’énergie thermique prévue pour le chauffage après la mise en œuvre du projet ne dépassera pas 27,0 kWh/m² par an (le besoin réel d’énergie pour assurer la température intérieure comprend également un flux de chaleur important provenant du système d’eau chaude).3) la réduction prévue des émissions de CO2 d’au moins 84 806 kg/an;Total des coûts éligibles du projet 1 033 694,18 EUR, dont: Un soutien du Fonds européen de développement régional d’un montant de 85 % ou 878 640,05 EUR et un financement du budget de l’État de 15 % ou 155 054,13 EUR.Selon l’audit énergétique et l’inspection technique du bâtiment, il est prévu de mettre en œuvre dans le bâtiment les structures d’amélioration de l’efficacité énergétique suivantes:- Isolation des façades à l’approche de la façade plâtrée; Remplacement des garnitures intermédiaires par un nouveau remplissage en laine minérale;- isolation des pilastres en brique rouge;- isolation extérieure des fenêtres le long du périmètre entier, y compris sous les rebords de fenêtres (lorsque c’est physiquement possible), empêchant ainsi les ponts thermiques;- remplacement des vieilles fenêtres sous-sols par des fenêtres en PVC par un emballage en verre sélectif et remplacement des vieilles portes par des portes métalliques isolées ignifuges;- Isolation froide;- Isolation du toit;- Démontage du balcon, ce qui empêchera leur connexion aux ponts thermiques.- Remplacement des fenêtres en PVC existantes par deux chambres (trois verres) fenêtres en PVC.2.Système d’eau chaude:- Installation de capteurs solaires pour la préparation de l’eau chaude (avec réservoir de stockage supplémentaire et raccordement au système existant);- Installation de panneaux de douche avec boutons piézo réglables avec limitation de temps et de débit de l’auditeur et raccordement à l’air.3.Ventilation:- Installation de vannes d’alimentation avec filtre antibactérien à l’extérieur sur les vitres existantes.4.Systèmes d’ingénierie:- Installation de compteurs de chaleur séparés pour le chauffage et la consommation d’eau chaude, ainsi que l’équipement de ventilation des compteurs d’électricité pour la consommation de compteur.Durée du projet: 14 mois à compter de la date de signature de l’accord de mise en œuvre du projet.     Ziel des Projekts ist es, die Verbesserung der Energieeffizienz im Gebäude der Universität Lettland in der Straße 5 Bullu in Riga zu fördern.1) Die geplanten thermischen Energieeinsparungen nach der Projektdurchführung liegen bei mindestens 286,236 MWh/Jahr (41,04 %/Jahr); 2) der geplante thermische Energieverbrauch für Heizung nach Durchführung des Projekts beträgt 27,0 kWh/m² pro Jahr (der reale Energiebedarf, um die Raumtemperatur zu gewährleisten, umfasst auch einen erheblichen Wärmefluss aus dem Warmwassersystem).3) die geplante Verringerung der CO2-Emissionen von mindestens 84 806 kg/Jahr; insgesamt förderfähige Kosten des Projekts 1 033 694,18 EUR, davon: Unterstützung aus dem Europäischen Fonds für regionale Entwicklung in Höhe von 85 % bzw. 8 786 640,05 EUR und zur Finanzierung des Staatshaushalts 15 % bzw. 155 054,13 EUR.Nach dem Energieaudit und der technischen Kontrolle des Gebäudes sind im Gebäude folgende Energieeffizienzverbesserungsstrukturen vorgesehen:- Fassadendämmung nach dem Ansatz der verputzten Fassade; Austausch von Zwischenfüllungen durch neue Mineralwollefüllungen;- Isolierung von roten Ziegelpflastern;- Außendämmung von Fenstern entlang des gesamten Umkreises, einschließlich unter Fensterbänken (sofern dies physisch möglich ist), so dass thermische Brücken verhindert werden;- Austausch von alten Kellerfenstern durch PVC-Fenster mit Glasverpackung mit selektivem Glas und Austausch von alten Türen mit feuerfesten isolierten Metalltüren;- Kühle Isolierung;- Dachisolierung;- Balkondemontage, dies verhindert den Anschluss an die Wärmebrücken.- Ersatz vorhandener PVC-Fenster mit zwei Kammern (drei Glas) PVC Fenster.2.Hot Wassersystem:- Installation von Solarkollektoren zur Warmwasserbereitung (mit zusätzlichem Speichertank und Anschluss an das bestehende System);- Montage von Duschpaneelen mit einstellbaren Piezo-Tasten mit maximaler Zeit- und Hörerstrombegrenzung und Luftanschluss.3.Ventilation:- Luftinstallation von Versorgungsventilen mit antibakteriellen Filter außen auf bestehende Raumfenster.4.Engineering-Systeme:- Installation von separaten Wärmezählern für Heizung und Warmwasserverbrauch, sowie Stromzähler Lüftungsanlagen für die Messung des Verbrauchs. 14 Monate nach Unterzeichnung der Projektdurchführungsvereinbarung. De geplande thermische energiebesparingen na de uitvoering van het project bedragen ten minste 286,2636 MWh/jaar (41,04 %/jaar); 2) het geplande warmte-energieverbruik voor verwarming na de uitvoering van het project zal niet meer bedragen dan 27,0 kWh/m² per jaar (de werkelijke energiebehoefte om de binnentemperatuur te waarborgen omvat ook een aanzienlijke warmtestroom van het warmwatersysteem).3) de geplande vermindering van de CO2-emissies met ten minste 84 806 kg/jaar;Totale subsidiabele kosten van het project EUR 1.003.694,18, waarvan: Steun uit het Europees Fonds voor Regionale Ontwikkeling ten bedrage van 85 % of 878 640,05 EUR en financiering uit de overheidsbegroting van 15 % of 155 554,13 EUR. Costurile totale eligibile ale proiectului sunt 1 033 694,18 EUR, inclusiv sprijinul Fondului European de Dezvoltare Regională 85 % sau 878 640,05 EUR și finanțarea bugetului de stat cu 15 % sau 155 054,13 EUR.
