    Projekta mērķis ir nodrošināt divpusējā nozaru sociālā dialoga attīstību labāka tiesiska regulējuma izstrādē uzņēmējdarbības vides sakārtošanas veicināšanai prioritāri piecās nozarēs – kokrūpniecībā, ķīmiskajā rūpniecībā un tās saskarnozarēs, būvniecībā, transportā un loģistikā, telekomunikācijās un sakaros.Projekta mērķa grupa mērķa grupa ir organizācijas, kas nodrošina darba devēju un darba ņēmēju interešu pārstāvniecību nozaru sociālā dialoga stiprināšanā, un nozarēs nodarbinātie. Lai tiktu nodrošināta plašāka un efektīvāka ietekme uz divpusējā nozaru sociālā dialoga attīstību labāka tiesiska regulējuma izstrādē uzņēmējdarbības vides sakārtošanas veicināšanai, projekta īstenošanā var piesaistīt sadarbības partnerus – nozaru darba devēju organizācijas, kas pārstāv Latvijas reģionu un tautsaimniecības nozaru komersantu un ražotāju vai atsevišķu sabiedrības sociālo grupu intereses un ir gatavas sniegt kvalitatīvu ieguldījumu nozaru divpusējā sociālā dialoga attīstībai.Latvijas darba devēju konfederācija (LDDK) kopā ar sadarbības partneriem un sadarbībā ar Latvijas Brīvo arodbiedrību savienība (LBAS) analizēs starptautiskās tirdzniecības, konkurētspējas un nodarbinātības aspektus, īpaši pievēršoties minēto nozaru sociālā dialoga aktualizēšanai un aktivizēšanai, kā arī paralēli stimulējot un iesaistot arī citu nozaru pārstāvjus divpusējā sociālajā dialogā, tādējādi veicinot nozaru darba devēju organizāciju un arodbiedrību savstarpējo tuvināšanos un diskusijas par labāka regulējuma izstrādi nozarēs. Nozaru sociālā dialoga stimulēšanas rezultātā tiks noslēgtas ģenerālvienošanās, kas uzskatāmas par uzņēmējdarbības vidi ietekmējošu instrumentu un mazinās nelegālo nodarbinātību un ēnu ekonomiku. Projekta ieviešanas laikā tiks noslēgtas piecas ģenerālvienošanās iepriekšminētajās prioritārajās vai citās nozarēs, kas ir arī projekta rezultāta rādītājs. Projekta īstenošanas laiks ir no līguma par projekta īstenošanu parakstīšanas dienas līdz 2021. gada 31.decembrim.Pieejamais kopējais attiecināmais finansējums līguma slēgšanai, ir 750 000,00 EUR, tai skaitā Eiropas Sociālā fonda finansējums – 637 500.00 EUR un valsts budžeta finansējums –112 500.00 EUR.     The aim of the project is to ensure the development of bilateral sectoral social dialogue in the development of better regulation in order to facilitate the improvement of business environment in priority five sectors – wood industry, chemical industry and its interfaces, construction, transport and logistics, telecommunications and communications.The target group of the project is organisations that ensure representation of the interests of employers and employees in strengthening the sectoral social dialogue and employees in the sectors. During the implementation of the project, five general agreements in the above priority or other sectors will be concluded, which is also an indicator of the outcome of the project.     L’objectif du projet est d’assurer le développement d’un dialogue social sectoriel bilatéral dans le développement d’une meilleure régulation de l’environnement des entreprises en tant que priorité dans cinq secteurs: l’industrie du bois, l’industrie chimique et ses industries d’interface, la construction, les transports et la logistique, les télécommunications et les communications. Afin d’assurer un impact plus large et plus efficace sur le développement du dialogue social sectoriel bilatéral dans le développement d’une meilleure réglementation visant à promouvoir l’amélioration de l’environnement des entreprises, des partenaires de coopération — des organisations patronales sectorielles représentant les intérêts des commerçants et des producteurs des régions et des secteurs économiques lettons ou de certains groupes sociaux de la société, et sont prêts à apporter une contribution qualitative au développement du dialogue social sectoriel bilatéral, peuvent être associés à la mise en œuvre du projet. La Confédération lettone des employeurs (LDDK), en collaboration avec les partenaires de coopération et en coopération avec l’Union des syndicats libres de Lettonie (LBAS), analysera les aspects du commerce international, de la compétitivité et de l’emploi, en mettant l’accent en particulier sur l’actualisation et l’activation du dialogue social entre les autres secteurs sociaux en tant que représentants de ces secteurs, ainsi que sur une meilleure participation des syndicats et des syndicats bilatéraux en tant que représentants de ces secteurs, en vue d’assurer un meilleur impact sur le développement du dialogue social bilatéral.     Ziel des Projekts ist es, die Entwicklung eines bilateralen sektoralen sozialen Dialogs bei der Entwicklung einer besseren Regulierung des Unternehmensumfelds als Priorität in fünf Sektoren – Holzindustrie, chemische Industrie und ihre Schnittstellenindustrien, Bauwesen, Verkehr und Logistik, Telekommunikation und Kommunikation – zu gewährleisten. Um eine umfassendere und wirksamere Wirkung auf die Entwicklung des bilateralen sektoralen sozialen Dialogs bei der Entwicklung einer besseren Rechtsetzung zu gewährleisten, um die Verbesserung der Rahmenbedingungen für Unternehmen zu fördern, können Kooperationspartner – sektorale Arbeitgeberorganisationen, die die Interessen von Händlern und Erzeugern lettischer Regionen und Wirtschaftssektoren oder bestimmter sozialer Gruppen der Gesellschaft vertreten – beteiligt werden und bereit sind, einen qualitativen Beitrag zur Entwicklung des bilateralen sektoralen sozialen Dialogs zu leisten. Der lettische Arbeitgeberbund (LDDK) wird zusammen mit den Kooperationspartnern und in Zusammenarbeit mit der Freien Gewerkschaftsunion Lettlands (LBAS) Aspekte des internationalen Handels, der Wettbewerbsfähigkeit und der Beschäftigung analysieren, wobei der lettische Arbeitgeberbund (LDDK) gemeinsam mit den Kooperationspartnern und in Zusammenarbeit mit der Freien Gewerkschaftsunion Lettlands (LBAS) Aspekte des internationalen Handels, der Wettbewerbsfähigkeit und der Beschäftigung analysieren wird, wobei der Schwerpunkt insbesondere auf der Aktualisierung und Aktivierung des Dialogs zwischen den Sozialpartnern und den Sozialpartnern sowie in Zusammenarbeit mit der Freihandelsunion Lettlands (LBAS) auf Aspekte des internationalen Handels, der Wettbewerbsfähigkeit und der Beschäftigung liegt, wobei der Schwerpunkt insbesondere auf die Aktualisierung und Aktivierung der Sozialpartner sowie auf die Förderung des Dialogs zwischen den Sozialpartnern und den Sozialpartnern liegt.     Het doel van het project is te zorgen voor de ontwikkeling van een bilaterale sectorale sociale dialoog bij de ontwikkeling van een betere regulering van het ondernemingsklimaat als prioriteit in vijf sectoren: de houtindustrie, de chemische industrie en de interface-industrie, de bouw, vervoer en logistiek, telecommunicatie en communicatie. De doelgroep van het project is organisaties die de belangen van werkgevers en werknemers vertegenwoordigen bij de versterking van de sectorale sociale dialoog en werknemers in de sectoren. Om te zorgen voor een breder en effectiever effect op de ontwikkeling van de bilaterale sectorale sociale dialoog bij de ontwikkeling van betere regelgeving ter bevordering van de verbetering van het ondernemingsklimaat, kunnen samenwerkingspartners — sectorale werkgeversorganisaties die de belangen van handelaren en producenten uit Letse regio’s en economische sectoren of bepaalde sociale groepen vertegenwoordigen — en bereid zijn een kwalitatieve bijdrage te leveren aan de ontwikkeling van de bilaterale sectorale sociale dialoog, bij de uitvoering van het project worden betrokken. De Letse werkgeversfederatie (LDDK) zal samen met de samenwerkingspartners en in samenwerking met de Vrijhandelsunie van Letland (LBAS) de aspecten van de internationale handel, het concurrentievermogen en de werkgelegenheid analyseren, waarbij met name aandacht wordt besteed aan het actualiseren en activeren van de sociale dialoog van de sociale organisaties, en zo de sociale dialoog tussen de werkgevers stimuleren, en de dialoog tussen de vakbonden vergemakkelijken. Als gevolg van de stimulering van de sectorale sociale dialoog zal een algemene overeenkomst worden gesloten, die wordt beschouwd als een instrument dat van invloed is op het ondernemingsklimaat en dat illegale werkgelegenheid en de informele economie zal verminderen. Tijdens de uitvoering van het project zullen vijf algemene overeenkomsten worden gesloten in de bovengenoemde prioriteit of andere sectoren, wat ook de resultaatindicator van het project is. De projectuitvoeringsperiode loopt van de datum van ondertekening van de projectuitvoeringsovereenkomst tot en met 31 december 2021.     L'obiettivo del progetto è quello di garantire lo sviluppo di un dialogo sociale settoriale bilaterale nello sviluppo di una migliore regolamentazione del contesto imprenditoriale come priorità in cinque settori: industria del legno, industria chimica e le sue industrie di interfaccia, edilizia, trasporti e logistica, telecomunicazioni e comunicazioni. Il gruppo target del progetto è costituito da organizzazioni che forniscono la rappresentanza degli interessi dei datori di lavoro e dei lavoratori nel rafforzamento del dialogo sociale settoriale, e i dipendenti dei settori. Al fine di garantire un impatto più ampio e più efficace sullo sviluppo del dialogo sociale settoriale bilaterale nello sviluppo di una migliore regolamentazione al fine di promuovere il miglioramento del contesto imprenditoriale, possono essere coinvolti nell'attuazione del progetto partner di cooperazione — organizzazioni settoriali dei datori di lavoro che rappresentano gli interessi dei commercianti e dei produttori delle regioni lettoni e dei settori economici o di taluni gruppi sociali della società, e sono pronti a fornire un contributo qualitativo allo sviluppo del dialogo sociale bilaterale. Celkem způsobilých finančních prostředků, které jsou k dispozici pro uzavření smlouvy, je 750 000,00 EUR, včetně financování z Evropského sociálního fondu – 637 500,00 EUR a financování státního rozpočtu 112 500 EUR. In order to ensure a broader and more effective impact on the development of bilateral sectoral social dialogue in the development of better legal framework to promote business environment, cooperation partners – sectoral employers’ organisations representing the interests of Latvian regions and economic sector merchants and producers and individual social groups are ready to contribute to the development of bilateral social dialogue in sectors.The Confederation of Employers of Latvia (LDDK) together with cooperation partners and in cooperation with Latvian Free Trade Union (LBAS) will analyse the development of international trade, competitiveness and employment dialogue, thus facilitating the development of social sector dialogue, thus involving other sector sector representatives, thus engaging other partners and in cooperation with Latvian Free Trade Union Association (LBAS) will analyse the development of international trade, competitiveness and employment dialogue as well as promote the development of social dialogue in parallel, thus involving other sector representatives in the field of social dialogue and in cooperation with Latvian Free Trade Union Association (LBAS), in cooperation with the Free Trade Union of Latvia (LBAS) will analyse the development of international trade, competitiveness and employment, as well as promote the development of social dialogue in parallel with the inter-branch dialogue, thus involving other employers’ stakeholders, in cooperation with Latvian Free Trade Union Association (LBAS) and in cooperation with Latvian Free Trade Union Association (LBAS) will analyse the development of international trade, competitiveness and employment dialogue, thus also in parallel dialogue on social dialogue, thus involving other employers’ stakeholders, in cooperation with Latvian Free Trade Union Union (LBAS), in cooperation with the Latvian Free Trade Union Association (LBAS) will analyse the development of international trade, competitiveness and employment dialogue, thus facilitating the development of social and labour dialogue in parallel with other employers’ aspects, thus involving other employers’ stakeholders and in cooperation with the Free Trade Union Union (LBAS) will analyse the development of international trade, competitiveness and employment, as well as promoting the development of the social dialogue in parallel with other employers’ interests and in cooperation with Latvian Free Trade Union Association (LBAS), in order to ensure broader and more effective impact on development of bilateral sectoral social dialogue in development of better legal framework to promote business environment.In order to implement the project partners – sectoral employers’ organisations representing the interests of Latvian regions and economic sector merchants and producers and Stimulating sectoral social dialogue will result in a general agreement that is seen as an instrument affecting the business environment and will reduce illegal employment and the informal economy. În timpul punerii în aplicare a proiectului, se vor încheia cinci acorduri generale în sectoarele prioritare de mai sus sau în alte sectoare, ceea ce reprezintă, de asemenea, un indicator al rezultatului proiectului. Perioada de implementare a proiectului este de la data semnării contractului privind implementarea proiectului până la 31 decembrie 2021. Finanțarea totală eligibilă disponibilă pentru încheierea contractului este de 750 000,00 EUR, inclusiv finanțarea din Fondul social european – 637 500,00 EUR și finanțarea de la bugetul de stat – 112 500 EUR.
