Projekta mērķis ir palielināt privāto investīciju apjomu Valkas pilsētā, veicot ieguldījumus komercdarbības attīstībai atbilstoši pašvaldības attīstības programmā noteiktajai teritorijas ekonomiskajai specializācijai un balstoties uz komersantu vajadzībām.Projekta ietvaros plānota šāda aktivitāte: Ausekļa ielas, posmā no Rūjienas ielas līdz Ausekļa 56, Valkā seguma atjaunošana. Projekta ietvaros veiktie ieguldījumi ar komercdarbību saistītās teritorijas atjaunošanā (ceļu satiksmei paredzētās infrastruktūras attīstīšana) nodrošinās šādu iznākuma rādītāju rašanos:1) Komersantu skaits, kuri guvuši labumu no projekta ietveros veiktajām investīcijām infrastruktūrā - 1 komersants (2020. gads).2) Jaunizveidotu darbavietu skaits komersantos, kuri guvuši labumu no investīcijām infrastruktūrā (nodarbinātības pieaugums atbalstītajos uzņēmumos) - 2 darba vietas (no 2020. gada līdz 2023. gadam).3) No projekta ietvaros veiktajām investīcijām infrastruktūrā labumu guvušo komersantu nefinanšu investīcijas pašu nemateriālajos ieguldījumos un pamatlīdzekļos - 64 098 EUR (2018. gads).Projekta īstenošanas laiks no 2020.gada jūnijs līdz 2020.gada decembris. Projekta kopējās izmaksas sastāda 88 423,18 EUR, t.sk., attiecināmās izmaksas 75 408,49 EUR un neattiecināmās izmaksas 13 014,69 EUR. 64 097,22 EUR ir ERAF finansējums un 3 393,38 EUR ir valsts budžeta dotācija. The aim of the project is to increase the amount of private investments in the city of Valka by investing for commercial development according to the economic specialisation of the territory defined in the municipal development programme and based on the needs of merchants. L’objectif du projet est d’augmenter le montant des investissements privés dans la ville de Valka en investissant pour le développement d’activités commerciales conformément à la spécialisation économique du territoire défini dans le programme de développement de l’administration locale et en fonction des besoins des commerçants. L'obiettivo del progetto è quello di aumentare l'importo degli investimenti privati nella città di Valka effettuando investimenti per lo sviluppo di attività commerciali in conformità con la specializzazione economica del territorio definito nel programma di sviluppo del governo locale e in base alle esigenze dei commercianti. Ausekļa tänav, Rujienase tänavast kuni Ausekļa 56-ni, Valka krohvi restaureerimine. Äriterritooriumi renoveerimise projekti raames tehtud investeeringud (maanteeliikluse taristu arendamine) tagavad järgmiste väljundnäitajate tekkimise:1) Projekti taristuinvesteeringutest kasu saanud ettevõtjate arv – üks kaupmees (2020).2) Uute töökohtade arv kaupmeestes, kes on saanud kasu taristuinvesteeringutest (tööhõive suurenemine toetust saavates ettevõtetes) – 2 töökohta (aastatel 2020–2023).3) Projekti taristuinvesteeringutest kuni ettevõtete 2018. aasta 64098. aasta detsembrini. Cilj projekta je povećanje iznosa privatnih investicija u gradu Valki ulaganjem u komercijalni razvoj prema gospodarskoj specijalizaciji teritorija definiranog u općinskom razvojnom programu i na temelju potreba trgovaca. Ulaganjima provedenima u okviru projekta u obnovu komercijalnog područja (razvoj infrastrukture za cestovni promet) osigurat će se nastanak sljedećih pokazatelja ostvarenja:1) Broj operatora koji su imali koristi od ulaganja u infrastrukturu u okviru projekta – 1 trgovac ((2020).2) Broj novootvorenih radnih mjesta u trgovcima koji su imali koristi od ulaganja u infrastrukturu (povećanje zaposlenosti u poduzećima koja primaju potporu) – 2 radna mjesta (od 2020. do 2023.).3) Od ulaganja projekta u infrastrukturu, do 64098 prosinca 2018. godine, nefinancijska ulaganja poduzeća. Ukupni trošak projekta iznosi 88 423,18 EUR, uključujući prihvatljive troškove 75 408,49 EUR i neprihvatljive troškove 13 014,69 EUR. Iz EFRR-a izdvaja se 64 097,22 EUR, a 3 393,38 EUR bespovratna sredstva iz državnog proračuna. Στόχος του έργου είναι η αύξηση του ποσού των ιδιωτικών επενδύσεων στην πόλη Valka, επενδύοντας στην εμπορική ανάπτυξη σύμφωνα με την οικονομική εξειδίκευση της περιοχής που ορίζεται στο πρόγραμμα ανάπτυξης του δήμου και με βάση τις ανάγκες των εμπόρων. A projekt keretében a kereskedelmi terület felújítása (közúti infrastruktúra fejlesztése) keretében végrehajtott beruházások biztosítják a következő kimeneti mutatók megjelenését:1) A projekten belüli infrastrukturális beruházásokból hasznot húzó gazdasági szereplők száma – 1 kereskedő (2020).2) Az infrastrukturális beruházások előnyeit élvező kereskedőknél újonnan létrehozott munkahelyek száma (a támogatott vállalkozásoknál a foglalkoztatás növelése) – 2 munkahely (2020-tól 2023-ig).3) A projekt infrastrukturális beruházásaitól 2018. december 64098-ig a vállalatok nem pénzügyi beruházásai.
