Projekta mērķis ir izveidot jaunas SIA "Glāzeri BT" ražošanas telpas un infrastruktūru "Priedēs" Piņķos, Babītes pagasta, Babītes novadā.Komersants darbojas lokšņu stikla formēšanas un apstrādes nozarē, un jaunizveidotā infrastruktūra tiks izmantota, lai uzņēmums paplašinātu savu saimniecisko darbību šajā nozarē, ieviešot efektīvu stikla lokšņu rūdīšanas - apstrādes procesu ar mērķi integrēties globālajās gatavās produkcijas piegāžu ķēdēs.Saskaņā ar apstiprināto būvprojektu tiks veikti šādi būvniecības darbi:Esošo ražošanas telpu pārbūve – 709.1 m2 Jaunu telpu būvniecība – 1795.4 m2, no kurāmRažošanas telpas – 1548.1 m2Administratīvo telpas un veikals – 247.3 m2Ņemot vērā ERAF atbalsta programmas nosacījumus, uzņēmums plāno saņemt līdzfinansējumu esošo ražošanas telpu (709,1 m2) pārbūvei un jauno ražošanas telpu (1548.1 m2) būvniecībai. Kopējā projekta ietvaros plānotā būvdarbu platība –2257.2 m2.Projekta kopējās izmaksas sastāda 1 175 176.97 eiro, no kurām 1 057 894.29.00 eiro ir attiecināmās izmaksas, kuras ir paredzētas jaunās ražošanas ēkas būvniecībai un esošās ražošanas ēkas pārbūvei.ERAF finansējums tiek plānots 45% no attiecināmajām izmaksām 476 052.43 eiro apmērā.Projektā plānotās aktivitātes - būvdarbi ir uzsākti pēc projekta pieteikuma iesniegšanas CFLA š.g. augustā, jo SIA "Glāzeri BT" ir Babītes novada būvvaldē apstiprināts būvprojekts tehniskā projekta stadijā, uzņēmums ir veicis konkursu par būvniecības darbu veikšanu, izvēlējies būvuzņēmēju, ar kuru noslēgts līgums, un saņēmis būvatļauju. Ņemot vērā projekta skaņošanas laiku ar CFLA, tiek plānots, ka līgums ar CFLA par sabiedriskā finansējuma piešķiršanu tiks noslēgts 2017.gada janvārī, tādējādi Projektu tiek plānots realizēt 7 mēnešu laikā pēc līguma noslēgšanas brīža ar CFLA - līdz 2017.gada 31.jūlijam.
