Projekta “Tiesu medicīnas ekspertīzes un izpētes procesu optimizācija un attīstība” virsmērķis ir nodrošināt efektīvu tiesu medicīnas ekspertīzes un izpētes procesu ar elektronisku ekspertīžu un izpētes informācijas sistēmas atbalstu, tā pārejot no papīra formāta dokumentu aprites un klātienes vizītēm uz elektronisku dokumentu saņemšanas, apstrādes un glabāšanas formu, nodrošinot datu automatizētu nodošanu procesā iesaistītajām pusēm un procesā radīto datu nodošanu atkalizmantošanai.Projekta mērķi:1.Nodrošināt tiesu medicīniskās ekspertīzes un izpētes procesa datu un rezultātu izsekojamību elektroniskā formā – atteikties no papīra reģistrācijas žurnāliem un uzturēt datus strukturētā formā.2.Nodrošināt elektronisku procesa gala rezultāta nodošanu adresātam, izmantojot oficiālo elektronisko adresi vai starpsistēmu saskarnes, veicinot efektīvāku starpnozaru procesu.3.Nodrošināt procesā radīto datu kopu sagatavošanu atkalizmantošanai.Projekta darbības projekta mērķu sasniegšanai: 1.Projekta vadība 2.Tehniskās konsultācijas projekta ieviešanas dokumentu izstrādei un autoruzraudzībai2.1.Biznesa procesu specifikācijas izstrāde 2.2.Informācijas sistēmas tehniskās specifikācijas izstrāde2.3.Informācijas sistēmas izstrādes autoruzraudzība3.Informācijas sistēmas izstrāde un ieviešana4.Drošības un veiktspējas audits5.Publicitātes pasākumiProjekta rezultātā tiks elektroniski atbalstīts tiesu medicīniskās ekspertīzes process un ar to saistītie procesi, izstrādājot un ieviešot Tiesu medicīniskās ekspertīzes informācijas sistēmu (TME IS), ar to sasniedzot projekta iznākuma rādītāju – pilnveidoti 3 darbības procesi. A mediação através da arquitetura nacional-alvo no domínio das TIC contribuirá para a consecução dos restantes indicadores de realizações.1 O ETM IS beneficiará automaticamente de: 1) Um conjunto de dados pessoais naturais do Registo de População, 2) Os dados do Sistema Único de Informação Eletrônica do setor da saúde, a classificação das instituições médicas, a classificação dos médicos, o classificador ISK-10.3) Informação do Registo de Endereços.2. A partir dos dados da TME IS, será criado o portal de dados de partilha de dados publicado para parceiros de cooperação. 3.Para além dos indicadores de realizações, será criado o projeto results:1Electronic Expertise Opinions of the Electronic Information System (VVIS).4.Há uma interface para o intercâmbio de dados TME IS com o Sistema de Informação do Processo Penal e o Registo Penal.
