Das Projekt reagiert auf die Bedürfnisse der Schaffung eines Raumes für die Betreuung und Entwicklung von Kindern und Jugendlichen sowie die Betreuung abhängiger wirtschaftlich nicht erwerbstätiger Menschen ab 60 Jahren.
