Due to the territorial conditions and specificity, the border regions are considered to be causing some concerns with their low social and economic development rates. At the same time, both regions are characterized by historical and cultural potential that can significantly boost tourism. With its low competitiveness, the Polish-Ukrainian borderland requires greater financial support to become more popular tourist destination for both visitors and tourist service businesses. The Boguchwała Commune, as well as Rozvadiv face the similar problems, i.e. the insufficient promotion of their local cultural and historical heritage with its attractiveness, the unused potential of the exchange of experience and cooperation between local authorities and communities. The other issue is the increasing lack of regional heritage awareness that can result in young generations becoming indifferent to cultural and historical heritage preservation. The aim of the project is to develop tourism by preserving and promoting local culture and history of Boguchwała and Rozvadiv communes through activities addressed to the Polish and Ukrainian community. Creating tabs on partners’ websites and account in social media, publishing a book promoting the Polish-Ukrainian cultural and historical borderland heritage presented as a tourism product will enable those regions to attract the larger number of tourists. Ze względu na warunki i specyfikę terytorialną uznaje się, że regiony przygraniczne budzą pewne obawy związane z niskimi wskaźnikami rozwoju społecznego i gospodarczego. Jednocześnie oba regiony charakteryzują się potencjałem historycznym i kulturowym, który może znacznie stymulować turystykę. Ze względu na niską konkurencyjność polsko-ukraińska pogranicze wymagają większego wsparcia finansowego, aby stać się bardziej popularnym celem turystycznym zarówno dla turystów, jak i dla przedsiębiorstw świadczących usługi turystyczne. Gmina Boguchwała, a także Rozvadiv borykają się z podobnymi problemami, tj. niewystarczającą promocją lokalnego dziedzictwa kulturowego i historycznego z jego atrakcyjnością, niewykorzystanym potencjałem wymiany doświadczeń i współpracy między władzami lokalnymi i społecznościami. Drugą kwestią jest rosnący brak wiedzy o dziedzictwie regionalnym, który może spowodować, że młode pokolenia staną się obojętne na zachowanie dziedzictwa kulturowego i historycznego. Celem projektu jest rozwój turystyki poprzez zachowanie i promowanie lokalnej kultury i historii gmin Boguchwała i Rozvadiv poprzez działania skierowane do społeczności polskiej i ukraińskiej. Tworzenie zakładek na stronach partnerów i konta w mediach społecznościowych, publikacja książki promującej polsko-ukraińskie dziedzictwo kulturowe i historyczne pogranicza prezentowane jako produkt turystyczny umożliwi tym regionom przyciągnięcie większej liczby turystów. En raison des conditions et des spécificités territoriales, les régions frontalières sont considérées comme des sujets de préoccupation concernant les faibles taux de développement social et économique. Dans le même temps, les deux régions ont un potentiel historique et culturel qui peut stimuler considérablement le tourisme. En raison de la faible compétitivité de la frontière entre la Pologne et l’Ukraine, un soutien financier plus important est nécessaire pour devenir une destination touristique plus populaire tant pour les touristes que pour les entreprises fournissant des services touristiques. Boguchwał et Rozvadiv sont confrontés à des problèmes similaires, à savoir la promotion insuffisante du patrimoine culturel et historique local avec son attractivité, son potentiel inexploité d’échange d’expériences et de coopération entre les autorités locales et les communautés. Le deuxième problème est le manque croissant de connaissance du patrimoine régional, qui peut rendre les jeunes générations indifférentes à la préservation du patrimoine culturel et historique. L’objectif du projet est de développer le tourisme en préservant et en promouvant la culture et l’histoire locales des municipalités de Boguchwala et Rozvadiv par le biais d’activités destinées aux communautés polonaise et ukrainienne. La création de signets sur les sites Web et les comptes des réseaux sociaux des partenaires, la publication d’un livre faisant la promotion du patrimoine culturel polonais-ukrainien et des zones frontalières historiques présentés comme un produit touristique permettront à ces régions d’attirer davantage de touristes. Aufgrund der territorialen Gegebenheiten und Besonderheiten wird davon ausgegangen, dass Grenzregionen Bedenken hinsichtlich der niedrigen sozialen und wirtschaftlichen Entwicklung aufwerfen. Gleichzeitig verfügen beide Regionen über ein historisches und kulturelles Potenzial, das den Tourismus erheblich stimulieren kann. Aufgrund der geringen Wettbewerbsfähigkeit der polnisch-ukrainischen Grenze wird mehr finanzielle Unterstützung benötigt, um sowohl für Touristen als auch für Unternehmen, die touristische Dienstleistungen anbieten, zu einem beliebteren Reiseziel zu werden. Boguchwał und Rozvadiv haben ähnliche Probleme, d. h. die unzureichende Förderung des lokalen kulturellen und historischen Erbes mit seiner Attraktivität, dem ungenutzten Potenzial für den Erfahrungsaustausch und die Zusammenarbeit zwischen lokalen Behörden und Gemeinden. Die zweite Frage ist der wachsende Mangel an Wissen über das regionale Erbe, das junge Generationen gleichgültig machen kann, um das kulturelle und historische Erbe zu erhalten. Ziel des Projekts ist die Entwicklung des Tourismus durch die Erhaltung und Förderung der lokalen Kultur und Geschichte der Gemeinden Boguchwala und Rozvadiv durch Aktivitäten, die sich an die polnischen und ukrainischen Gemeinden richten. Die Erstellung von Lesezeichen auf Websites der Partner und Social-Media-Konten, die Veröffentlichung eines Buches zur Förderung des polnisch-ukrainischen Kulturerbes und historischer Grenzgebiete, das als touristisches Produkt präsentiert wird, wird es diesen Regionen ermöglichen, mehr Touristen anzulocken. Vanwege territoriale omstandigheden en specifieke kenmerken worden grensregio’s geacht enige bezorgdheid te wekken over de lage percentages van sociale en economische ontwikkeling. Tegelijkertijd hebben beide regio’s een historisch en cultureel potentieel dat het toerisme aanzienlijk kan stimuleren. Vanwege het geringe concurrentievermogen van de Pools-Oekraïense grens is meer financiële steun nodig om een meer populaire toeristische bestemming te worden voor zowel toeristen als bedrijven die toeristische diensten aanbieden. Boguchwał en Rozvadiv kampen met soortgelijke problemen, d.w.z. onvoldoende bevordering van lokaal cultureel en historisch erfgoed met zijn aantrekkelijkheid, onbenut potentieel voor uitwisseling van ervaringen en samenwerking tussen lokale autoriteiten en gemeenschappen. Het tweede punt is het groeiende gebrek aan kennis van regionaal erfgoed, waardoor jonge generaties onverschillig kunnen worden voor het behoud van cultureel en historisch erfgoed. Het doel van het project is het toerisme te ontwikkelen door de lokale cultuur en geschiedenis van de gemeenten Boguchwala en Rozvadiv te behouden en te bevorderen door middel van activiteiten gericht op de Poolse en Oekraïense gemeenschappen. A causa delle condizioni territoriali e delle specificità, si ritiene che le regioni frontaliere destano alcune preoccupazioni in merito ai bassi tassi di sviluppo sociale ed economico. Al tempo stesso, entrambe le regioni hanno un potenziale storico e culturale che può stimolare in modo significativo il turismo. A causa della scarsa competitività del confine polacco-ucraino, è necessario un maggiore sostegno finanziario per diventare una destinazione turistica più popolare sia per i turisti che per le imprese che forniscono servizi turistici. Boguchwał e Rozvadiv devono affrontare problemi simili, vale a dire un'insufficiente promozione del patrimonio culturale e storico locale con la sua attrattiva, il potenziale inutilizzato per lo scambio di esperienze e la cooperazione tra autorità e comunità locali. La seconda questione riguarda la crescente mancanza di conoscenza del patrimonio regionale, che può rendere le giovani generazioni indifferenti alla conservazione del patrimonio culturale e storico. L'obiettivo del progetto è quello di sviluppare il turismo preservando e promuovendo la cultura e la storia locale dei comuni di Boguchwala e Rozvadiv attraverso attività rivolte alle comunità polacche e ucraine. La creazione di segnalibri sui siti web dei partner e gli account sui social media, la pubblicazione di un libro che promuove il patrimonio culturale polacco-ucraino e le zone di confine storiche presentate come un prodotto turistico consentirà a queste regioni di attrarre un maggior numero di turisti. Debido a las condiciones y especificidades territoriales, se considera que las regiones fronterizas suscitan cierta preocupación por las bajas tasas de desarrollo social y económico. Al mismo tiempo, ambas regiones tienen un potencial histórico y cultural que puede estimular significativamente el turismo. Debido a la baja competitividad de la frontera polaco-ucraniana, se necesita más apoyo financiero para convertirse en un destino turístico más popular tanto para los turistas como para las empresas que prestan servicios turísticos. Boguchwał y Rozvadiv se enfrentan a problemas similares, es decir, la insuficiente promoción del patrimonio cultural e histórico local, con su atractivo, su potencial sin explotar para el intercambio de experiencias y la cooperación entre las autoridades locales y las comunidades. La segunda cuestión es la creciente falta de conocimiento del patrimonio regional, que puede hacer que las generaciones jóvenes sean indiferentes a la conservación del patrimonio cultural e histórico. El objetivo del proyecto es desarrollar el turismo preservando y promoviendo la cultura local y la historia de los municipios de Boguchwala y Rozvadiv a través de actividades dirigidas a las comunidades polaca y ucraniana. La creación de marcadores en los sitios web de los socios y las cuentas de las redes sociales, la publicación de un libro que promueva el patrimonio cultural polaco-ucraniano y las zonas fronterizas históricas presentadas como producto turístico permitirá a estas regiones atraer a más turistas.
