Protecting and popularizing the cultural and historical heritage of the cross-border regions, strengthening the cultural relations and cooperation, improving the image and attractiveness of the region, and increasing the capacity of the local communities are a common challenge for the Łęczna County (Poland) and the Mykolaiv Region (Ukraine). In their area, they have many interesting elements of the cultural and historical heritage, however, due to the location near important culturalhistorical sites - Lublin and Lviv - the popularity among the residents and domestic and foreign tourists is relatively low. This is caused e.g. by insufficient awareness of the local communities and the tourists, and poor access to information, including to any infrastructure that facilitates sightseeing. It is therefore necessary to solve these issues, which will help increase the level of awareness among the inhabitants regarding the region's cultural and historical heritage, improve the image and attractiveness of the frontier, and strengthen the cultural relations and cooperation, and increase the number of visitors at the historical and cultural heritage sites in both regions, which is the general purpose of the Project. The cultural and historical heritage information will be promoted by organizing promotion events and releasing publications, which will be deliverables of the project. Access for the residents and tourists to the cultural and historical heritage information will be facilitated by marking tourist routes and providing the following deliverables of the project online: virtual walk, GPS tracking of the tourist routes, a mobile guide with a description of the most important monuments, additional tabs on the website, electronic versions of the publications completed. The Project partners have similar issues and opportunities in the development of cultural tourism, that is why they have undertaken cooperation and plan to share their experience and good practices. Ochrona i popularyzacja dziedzictwa kulturowego i historycznego regionów transgranicznych, wzmocnienie stosunków kulturalnych i współpracy, poprawa wizerunku i atrakcyjności regionu oraz zwiększenie potencjału społeczności lokalnych to wspólne wyzwanie dla powiatu Łęcznej (Polska) i województwa mikołajowskiego (Ukraina). Na swoim terenie mają wiele ciekawych elementów dziedzictwa kulturowego i historycznego, jednak ze względu na położenie w pobliżu ważnych zabytków kulturowych – Lublina i Lwowa – popularność wśród mieszkańców i turystów krajowych i zagranicznych jest stosunkowo niska. Wynika to np. z niedostatecznej świadomości społeczności lokalnych i turystów oraz słabego dostępu do informacji, w tym do wszelkiej infrastruktury ułatwiającej zwiedzanie. Konieczne jest zatem rozwiązanie tych kwestii, które przyczynią się do podniesienia poziomu świadomości mieszkańców na temat dziedzictwa kulturowego i historycznego regionu, poprawy wizerunku i atrakcyjności granicy, wzmocnienia stosunków kulturalnych i współpracy, a także zwiększenia liczby odwiedzających obiekty dziedzictwa historycznego i kulturowego w obu regionach, co jest ogólnym celem projektu. Informacje o dziedzictwie kulturowym i historycznym będą promowane poprzez organizowanie wydarzeń promocyjnych i publikowanie publikacji, które będą rezultatami projektu. Dostęp mieszkańców i turystów do informacji o kulturalnym i historycznym dziedzictwie zostanie ułatwiony dzięki oznaczeniu szlaków turystycznych i zapewnieniu następujących rezultatów projektu online: wirtualny spacer, śledzenie GPS szlaków turystycznych, mobilny przewodnik z opisem najważniejszych zabytków, dodatkowe zakładki na stronie internetowej, elektroniczne wersje publikacji. Partnerzy projektu mają podobne problemy i możliwości w zakresie rozwoju turystyki kulturalnej, dlatego też podjęli współpracę i planują dzielić się swoimi doświadczeniami i dobrymi praktykami. La protection et la promotion du patrimoine culturel et historique des régions transfrontalières, le renforcement des relations et de la coopération culturelles, l’amélioration de l’image et de l’attractivité de la région et l’accroissement du potentiel des communautés locales constituent un défi commun pour le district de Łęczna (Pologne) et la voïvodie de Mikolaev (Ukraine). Sur leur territoire, ils ont beaucoup d’éléments intéressants du patrimoine culturel et historique, mais en raison de l’emplacement à proximité des monuments culturels importants — Lublin et Lviv — la popularité parmi les résidents et les touristes nationaux et étrangers est relativement faible. Cela est dû, par exemple, à une connaissance insuffisante des communautés locales et des touristes et au manque d’accès à l’information, y compris à toute infrastructure facilitant le tourisme. Il est donc nécessaire d’aborder ces questions, qui contribueront à sensibiliser les citoyens au patrimoine culturel et historique de la région, à améliorer l’image et l’attractivité de la frontière, à renforcer les relations et la coopération culturelles et à accroître le nombre de visiteurs des sites du patrimoine historique et culturel dans les deux régions, ce qui constitue l’objectif général du projet. L’information sur le patrimoine culturel et historique sera encouragée par l’organisation d’événements promotionnels et la publication de publications qui découleront du projet. L’accès des résidents et des touristes à l’information sur le patrimoine culturel et historique sera facilité par l’identification des itinéraires touristiques et l’obtention en ligne des résultats suivants du projet: une promenade virtuelle, un suivi GPS des sentiers touristiques, un guide mobile avec une description des monuments les plus importants, des signets supplémentaires sur le site Web, des versions électroniques des publications. Der Schutz und die Förderung des kulturellen und historischen Erbes grenzübergreifender Regionen, die Stärkung der kulturellen Beziehungen und der Zusammenarbeit, die Verbesserung des Images und der Attraktivität der Region und die Steigerung des Potenzials der lokalen Gemeinschaften sind eine gemeinsame Herausforderung für den Bezirk Łęczna (Polen) und die Woiwodschaft Mikolaev (Ukraine). Auf ihrem Territorium haben sie viele interessante Elemente des kulturellen und historischen Erbes, aber aufgrund der Lage in der Nähe wichtiger Kulturdenkmäler – Lublin und Lviv – ist die Popularität bei Bewohnern und Touristen im In- und Ausland relativ gering. Dies ist z. B. auf unzureichendes Bewusstsein für lokale Gemeinschaften und Touristen sowie auf einen schlechten Zugang zu Informationen, einschließlich jeglicher Infrastruktur zur Erleichterung von Besichtigungen, zurückzuführen. Daher müssen diese Fragen angegangen werden, die dazu beitragen werden, das Bewusstsein der Bürger für das kulturelle und historische Erbe der Region zu schärfen, das Image und die Attraktivität der Grenze zu verbessern, die kulturellen Beziehungen und die Zusammenarbeit zu stärken und die Zahl der Besucher von historischen und kulturellen Stätten in beiden Regionen zu erhöhen, was das übergeordnete Ziel des Projekts ist. Die Informationen über das kulturelle und historische Erbe werden durch die Organisation von Werbeveranstaltungen und die Veröffentlichung von Publikationen, die aus dem Projekt hervorgehen, gefördert. Der Zugang der Bewohner und Touristen zu Informationen über das kulturelle und historische Erbe wird erleichtert, indem touristische Routen ermittelt und die folgenden Ergebnisse des Projekts online sichergestellt werden: ein virtueller Spaziergang, GPS-Tracking von Touristenpfaden, ein mobiler Führer mit einer Beschreibung der wichtigsten Denkmäler, zusätzliche Lesezeichen auf der Website, elektronische Versionen von Publikationen. De bescherming en bevordering van het culturele en historische erfgoed van grensoverschrijdende regio’s, het versterken van de culturele betrekkingen en de samenwerking, het verbeteren van het imago en de aantrekkelijkheid van de regio en het vergroten van het potentieel van lokale gemeenschappen vormen een gemeenschappelijke uitdaging voor het district Łęczna (Polen) en het woiwodschap Mikolaev (Oekraïne). Op hun grondgebied hebben ze veel interessante elementen van cultureel en historisch erfgoed, maar vanwege de locatie in de buurt belangrijke culturele monumenten — Lublin en Lviv — populariteit onder inwoners en toeristen binnenlandse en buitenlandse is relatief laag. Dit is bijvoorbeeld te wijten aan onvoldoende bewustzijn van lokale gemeenschappen en toeristen en aan een gebrekkige toegang tot informatie, met inbegrip van infrastructuur die sightseeing mogelijk maakt. Daarom moeten deze kwesties worden aangepakt, die ertoe zullen bijdragen dat de burgers bewuster worden van het culturele en historische erfgoed van de regio, het imago en de aantrekkelijkheid van de grens worden verbeterd, de culturele betrekkingen en samenwerking worden versterkt en het aantal bezoekers van historische en culturele erfgoedlocaties in beide regio’s wordt vergroot, wat de algemene doelstelling van het project is. Informatie over cultureel en historisch erfgoed zal worden bevorderd door het organiseren van promotieevenementen en het publiceren van publicaties die uit het project zullen voortvloeien. De toegang van inwoners en toeristen tot informatie over cultureel en historisch erfgoed zal worden vergemakkelijkt door het identificeren van toeristische routes en het waarborgen van de volgende resultaten van het project online: een virtuele wandeling, GPS tracking van toeristische routes, een mobiele gids met een beschrijving van de belangrijkste monumenten, extra bladwijzers op de website, elektronische versies van publicaties. De projectpartners hebben soortgelijke problemen en kansen voor de ontwikkeling van cultureel toerisme. Daarom werken zij samen en zijn zij van plan hun ervaringen en goede praktijken te delen. Proteggere e promuovere il patrimonio culturale e storico delle regioni transfrontaliere, rafforzare le relazioni e la cooperazione culturali, migliorare l'immagine e l'attrattiva della regione e aumentare il potenziale delle comunità locali rappresenta una sfida comune per il distretto di Łęczna (Polonia) e il voivodato di Mikolaev (Ucraina). Sul loro territorio hanno molti elementi interessanti del patrimonio culturale e storico, ma a causa della posizione vicino importanti monumenti culturali — Lublino e Leopoli — popolarità tra i residenti e turisti nazionali e stranieri è relativamente bassa. Ciò è dovuto, ad esempio, all'insufficiente consapevolezza delle comunità locali e dei turisti e allo scarso accesso alle informazioni, comprese le infrastrutture che facilitano le visite turistiche. È pertanto necessario affrontare tali questioni, che contribuiranno a sensibilizzare i cittadini al patrimonio culturale e storico della regione, a migliorare l'immagine e l'attrattiva delle frontiere, a rafforzare le relazioni e la cooperazione culturali e ad aumentare il numero di visitatori dei siti del patrimonio storico e culturale in entrambe le regioni, obiettivo generale del progetto. Le informazioni sul patrimonio culturale e storico saranno promosse attraverso l'organizzazione di eventi promozionali e la pubblicazione di pubblicazioni che deriveranno dal progetto. L'accesso dei residenti e dei turisti alle informazioni sul patrimonio culturale e storico sarà facilitato individuando gli itinerari turistici e garantendo i seguenti risultati del progetto online: una passeggiata virtuale, tracciamento GPS di sentieri turistici, una guida mobile con una descrizione dei monumenti più importanti, segnalibri aggiuntivi sul sito web, versioni elettroniche delle pubblicazioni. En su territorio tienen muchos elementos interesantes del patrimonio cultural e histórico, pero debido a la ubicación cerca de importantes monumentos culturales — Lublin y Lviv — la popularidad entre residentes y turistas nacionales y extranjeros es relativamente baja. Esto se debe, por ejemplo, a la insuficiente sensibilización de las comunidades locales y los turistas y al escaso acceso a la información, incluida cualquier infraestructura que facilite el turismo. Por lo tanto, es necesario abordar estas cuestiones, que contribuirán a sensibilizar a los ciudadanos sobre el patrimonio cultural e histórico de la región, mejorar la imagen y el atractivo de la frontera, reforzar las relaciones culturales y la cooperación y aumentar el número de visitantes a los sitios del patrimonio histórico y cultural de ambas regiones, que es el objetivo general del proyecto.
