Projektet består av två delar; GU Ventures fortsatta satsning på socialt företagande genom riktade insatser samt en utvecklingsprocess med fokus på utvärdering och lärande. Socialt företagande är ett relativt nytt område för GU Ventures, avsikten är att satsa resurser i större skala än man tidigare gjort för att främst generera nya affärsidéer men även för att stödja befintliga initiativ. De affärsstödjande funktioner som ska utvecklas under projektperioden vänder sig i första hand till forskare och studenter hos Göteborgs universitet inom temaområden mat, hälsa och arbete. När det gäller organisationens utvecklingsprocess, är denna tänkt att utgöra en kontinuerlig lärande för verksamheten genom att bl.a. granska, förbättra och förändra ett antal befintliga kunskapskoncept (moduler) som används inom GU Ventures. The project consists of two parts; Gu Ventures continued investment in social entrepreneurship through targeted initiatives as well as a development process focusing on evaluation and learning. Social entrepreneurship is a relatively new area for GU Ventures, the intention is to invest resources on a larger scale than previously done to primarily generate new business ideas but also to support existing initiatives. The business supporting functions that will be developed during the project period are primarily aimed at researchers and students at the University of Gothenburg in the theme areas of food, health and work. In terms of the organisation’s development process, this is intended to provide continuous learning for the organisation by e.g. reviewing, improving and changing a number of existing knowledge concepts (modules) used within GU Ventures. Le projet se compose de deux parties: Gu Ventures a continué d’investir dans l’entreprise sociale grâce à des initiatives ciblées et à un processus de développement axé sur l’évaluation et l’apprentissage. L’entrepreneuriat social est un domaine relativement nouveau pour GU Ventures, l’intention est d’investir des ressources à une plus grande échelle qu’auparavant pour générer principalement de nouvelles idées commerciales, mais aussi pour soutenir les initiatives existantes. Les fonctions de soutien aux entreprises qui seront développées au cours de la période du projet s’adressent principalement aux chercheurs et aux étudiants de l’Université de Göteborg dans les domaines thématiques de l’alimentation, de la santé et du travail. En ce qui concerne le processus de développement de l’organisation, il s’agit d’un apprentissage continu pour l’entreprise, notamment par l’examen, l’amélioration et la modification d’un certain nombre de concepts de connaissances (modules) existants utilisés au sein de GU Ventures. Das Projekt besteht aus zwei Teilen: Gu Ventures setzte die Investitionen in soziale Unternehmen durch gezielte Initiativen und einen Entwicklungsprozess mit Schwerpunkt auf Evaluation und Lernen fort. Soziales Unternehmertum ist ein relativ neuer Bereich für GU Ventures. Ziel ist es, Ressourcen in größerem Umfang als bisher zu investieren, um in erster Linie neue Geschäftsideen zu generieren, aber auch bestehende Initiativen zu unterstützen. Die während des Projektzeitraums zu entwickelnden Business-Support-Funktionen richten sich in erster Linie an Forscher und Studierende der Universität Göteborg in den Themenbereichen Ernährung, Gesundheit und Arbeit. In Bezug auf den Entwicklungsprozess der Organisation soll dies ein kontinuierliches Lernen für das Unternehmen sein, indem unter anderem eine Reihe bestehender Wissenskonzepte (Module) der GU Ventures überprüft, verbessert und verändert wird. Sociaal ondernemerschap is een relatief nieuw terrein voor GU Ventures, het is de bedoeling om op grotere schaal middelen te investeren dan voorheen gedaan om in de eerste plaats nieuwe bedrijfsideeën te genereren, maar ook om bestaande initiatieven te ondersteunen. De bedrijfsondersteunende functies die tijdens de projectperiode zullen worden ontwikkeld, zijn voornamelijk gericht op onderzoekers en studenten van de Universiteit van Göteborg op de thematische gebieden voeding, gezondheid en werk. L'imprenditoria sociale è un settore relativamente nuovo per GU Ventures, l'intenzione è di investire risorse su una scala più ampia rispetto a quanto fatto in precedenza per generare principalmente nuove idee imprenditoriali, ma anche per sostenere le iniziative esistenti. Le funzioni di supporto alle imprese da sviluppare durante il periodo del progetto sono rivolte principalmente ai ricercatori e agli studenti dell'Università di Göteborg nelle aree tematiche dell'alimentazione, della salute e del lavoro. Projekt koosneb kahest osast: Gu Ventures jätkas investeerimist sotsiaalsesse ettevõtlusse sihipäraste algatuste ning hindamisele ja õppimisele keskenduva arenguprotsessi kaudu. Sotsiaalne ettevõtlus on GU Ventures’i jaoks suhteliselt uus valdkond, mille eesmärk on investeerida ressursse varasemast suuremas ulatuses, et eelkõige luua uusi äriideid, aga ka toetada olemasolevaid algatusi. Projektą sudaro dvi dalys; „Gu Ventures“ toliau investavo į socialinį verslumą, vykdydama tikslines iniciatyvas ir plėtros procesą, kuriame daugiausia dėmesio skiriama vertinimui ir mokymuisi. Socialinis verslumas yra palyginti nauja GU Ventures sritis, ketinama investuoti išteklius platesniu mastu nei anksčiau, kad pirmiausia būtų kuriamos naujos verslo idėjos, bet taip pat remiamos esamos iniciatyvos. Projekt se sastoji od dva dijela; Gu Ventures nastavio je ulagati u socijalno poduzetništvo s pomoću ciljanih inicijativa i razvojnog procesa usmjerenog na evaluaciju i učenje. Socijalno poduzetništvo relativno je novo područje za GU Ventures, a namjera je uložiti sredstva u većim razmjerima nego što je to prethodno učinjeno kako bi se u prvom redu stvorile nove poslovne ideje, ali i kako bi se poduprle postojeće inicijative. Poslovne potporne funkcije koje će se razvijati tijekom projektnog razdoblja prvenstveno su usmjerene na istraživače i studente na Sveučilištu u Göteborgu u tematskim područjima hrane, zdravlja i rada. Το έργο αποτελείται από δύο μέρη· Η Gu Ventures συνέχισε τις επενδύσεις στην κοινωνική επιχειρηματικότητα μέσω στοχευμένων πρωτοβουλιών, καθώς και μέσω μιας διαδικασίας ανάπτυξης που επικεντρώνεται στην αξιολόγηση και τη μάθηση. Η κοινωνική επιχειρηματικότητα είναι ένας σχετικά νέος τομέας για τις GU Ventures, η πρόθεση είναι να επενδυθούν πόροι σε μεγαλύτερη κλίμακα από ό,τι προηγουμένως για να δημιουργηθούν κατά κύριο λόγο νέες επιχειρηματικές ιδέες, αλλά και να υποστηριχθούν οι υφιστάμενες πρωτοβουλίες. Οι επιχειρηματικές υποστηρικτικές λειτουργίες που θα αναπτυχθούν κατά τη διάρκεια του προγράμματος απευθύνονται κυρίως σε ερευνητές και φοιτητές του Πανεπιστημίου του Γκέτεμποργκ στους θεματικούς τομείς της διατροφής, της υγείας και της εργασίας. Όσον αφορά τη διαδικασία ανάπτυξης του οργανισμού, αυτό αποσκοπεί στην παροχή συνεχούς μάθησης για τον οργανισμό π.χ. μέσω της αναθεώρησης, της βελτίωσης και της αλλαγής ορισμένων υφιστάμενων εννοιών γνώσης (ενοτήτων) που χρησιμοποιούνται στο πλαίσιο των GU Ventures. Projekt pozostáva z dvoch častí; GU Ventures pokračuje v investíciách do sociálneho podnikania prostredníctvom cielených iniciatív, ako aj rozvojového procesu zameraného na hodnotenie a učenie sa. Sociálne podnikanie je relatívne novou oblasťou pre GU Ventures, zámerom je investovať zdroje vo väčšom rozsahu ako predtým, aby sa v prvom rade vytvorili nové podnikateľské nápady, ale aj na podporu existujúcich iniciatív. Funkcie na podporu podnikania, ktoré sa budú rozvíjať počas trvania projektu, sú zamerané predovšetkým na výskumných pracovníkov a študentov na Göteborgskej univerzite v oblasti potravín, zdravia a práce. Hanke koostuu kahdesta osasta: Gu Ventures jatkoi investointeja sosiaaliseen yrittäjyyteen kohdennettujen aloitteiden sekä arviointiin ja oppimiseen keskittyvän kehitysprosessin avulla. Sosiaalinen yrittäjyys on GU Venturesille suhteellisen uusi alue. Tarkoituksena on investoida resursseja aiempaa laajemmassa mittakaavassa ensisijaisesti uusien liikeideoiden luomiseen mutta myös olemassa olevien aloitteiden tukemiseen. Hankkeen aikana kehitettävät liiketoiminnan tukitoiminnot on suunnattu ensisijaisesti Göteborgin yliopiston tutkijoille ja opiskelijoille ruoka-, terveys- ja työaloilla. Organisaation kehittämisprosessin tarkoituksena on tarjota organisaatiolle jatkuvaa oppimista esimerkiksi tarkastelemalla, parantamalla ja muuttamalla useita GU Ventures -yrityksissä käytettyjä olemassa olevia tietokonsepteja (moduuleja). A projekt két részből áll; A Gu Ventures célzott kezdeményezések, valamint az értékelésre és a tanulásra összpontosító fejlesztési folyamat révén folytatta a szociális vállalkozásba való beruházást. A szociális vállalkozás viszonylag új terület a GU Ventures számára, a cél az, hogy a forrásokat a korábbinál nagyobb mértékben fektessenek be elsősorban új üzleti ötletek létrehozására, de a meglévő kezdeményezések támogatására is. A projektidőszakban kifejlesztendő üzleti támogató funkciók elsősorban a Göteborgi Egyetem kutatóit és hallgatóit célozzák meg az élelmiszerek, az egészségügy és a munka témájában. Projekt se skládá ze dvou částí; Gu Ventures pokračoval v investicích do sociálního podnikání prostřednictvím cílených iniciativ, jakož i proces rozvoje zaměřený na hodnocení a učení. Projekt je sestavljen iz dveh delov; Gu Ventures je še naprej vlagal v socialno podjetništvo s ciljno usmerjenimi pobudami in razvojnim procesom, osredotočenim na vrednotenje in učenje. Socialno podjetništvo je razmeroma novo področje za podjetja GU Ventures, njegov namen pa je vlagati vire v večjem obsegu kot prej, predvsem za ustvarjanje novih poslovnih idej, pa tudi za podporo obstoječim pobudam. Podporne funkcije podjetij, ki bodo razvite v projektnem obdobju, so namenjene predvsem raziskovalcem in študentom na Univerzi v Göteborgu na področju hrane, zdravja in dela.
