Celem projektu „Aktywne przedszkole Kogut w Szczecinie–przedszkole integracyjne z rozbudowaną ofertą diagnostyczną" jest przyczynienie się do zwiększenia dostępu do wysokiej jakości usług edukacji przedszkolnej, utworzenie oferty dla dzieci ze specjalnymi potrzebami edukacyjnymi w Szczecinie w okresie 18 mies.dla dzieci 3-4 letnich,w szczególności dla dzieci z niepełnosprawnościami.Cel zostanie osiągnięty poprzez utworzenie nowego przedszkola integracyjnego "Aktywne Przedszkole Kogut w Szczecinie".Przedszkole obejmować będzie 48 nowych miejsc,w tym 6 miejsc dla dzieci z niepełnosprawnościami,w szczególności z dysfunkcją układu ruchu,zaburzeniami rozwoju, sprzężeniami niepełnosprawności,autyzmem czy afazją.Przyjęcie dziecka do przedszkola gwarantuje zapewnienie rodzicom maksymalnie szybkiej diagnozy zaburzeń rozwoju dziecka oraz zaproponowanie spersonalizowanego programu terapeutycznego.Dla rodziców oznacza to zmianę poczucia z: „obawiam się,że z moim dzieckiem jest coś nie tak” do wiedzy: „wiem,jaki problem ma moje dziecko,wiem,jak można mu pomóc i wiem, co robić aby jego rozwój był optymalny”.Do zapewnienia wysokiej jakości edukacji przedszkolnej Wnioskodawca zaplanował w okresie 12 mies.bieżącego funkcjonowania realizację 150h zajęć dodatkowych dla 48 uczniów przedszkola,w tym 6 uczniów z niepełnosprawnościami.Zajęcia dodatkowe obejmują specjalistyczne zajęcia dedykowane dzieciom ze zdiagnozowanymi zaburzeniami rozwoju.Wnioskodawca podejmie także działania udoskonalające kompetencje 5 osób z kadry przedszkola.Realizacja jest odpowiedzią na potwierdzoną wynikami diagnozy potrzebę upowszechnienia i zapewnienia wysokiej jakości edukacji przedszkolnej na terenie miasta Szczecin.Wnioskodawca zapewnia trwałość rezultatów projektu przez okres co najmniej 2 lat po jego zakończeniu.Projekt realizowany będzie w okresie 01.10.2017-31.03.2019.Budżet projektu wynosi 698 880,00 zł. Wnioskodawca zapewnia wkład własny na poziomie 15%. (Polish)

O objetivo do projeto «Active childergarten Kogut in Szczecin-integrative preschool with extensive diagnostic offer» é contribuir para aumentar o acesso a serviços de elevada qualidade de educação pré-escolar, criando uma oferta para crianças com necessidades educativas especiais em Szczecin no período de 18 meses. Para crianças entre os 3 e os 4 anos de idade, especialmente para crianças com deficiência, o objetivo será alcançado através da criação de uma nova escola de integração no jardim de infância «Active Preschool Kogut in Szczecin», em particular, abrangerá o desenvolvimento de crianças com deficiência. «Receio que haja algo de errado com o meu bebé» para saber: «Sei que o meu filho tem um problema, sei como ajudá-lo e sei o que fazer para otimizar o seu desenvolvimento.» Para garantir um ensino pré-escolar de elevada qualidade, o requerente planeou, no período de 12 meses, a realização de 150 horas de aulas adicionais para 48 alunos do jardim de infância, incluindo 6 alunos com deficiência.
