Projekt koji se provodi na području Wlkpskog vojvodstva usmjeren na osobe starije od 29 godina života registrirane u PUP-u u NT-u, koje pripadaju najmanje jednoj od grup:os.niepełnosprawnych,os.bezrob.długotrwale,kobiet,os.o niskokvalificiranih osoba, osoba starijih od 50 godina.Prema podacima na dan 31.01.17, PUP je registrirao 538 osoba(292K,246M) starijih od 29 godina života, s utvrđenim profilom I ili II, u strukturi dominiraju žene (preko 54 %), koje imaju veće poteškoće u pronalaženju posla nego muškarci.Veliki problemi s osobama s invaliditetom, dugotrajnom nezaposlenošću, niskokvalificiranim osobama i starijima od 50 godina.Cilj povećanja zapošljivosti osoba starijih od 29 godina u okrugu N.T. s fiksnom I (tzv. aktivno nezaposlenim) ili drugim profilom pomoći (tzv. potpora).Glavni rezultat projekta bit će najmanje 33 % osoba s invaliditetom, 30 % dugotrajne nezaposlenosti,38 % niskokvalificiranih radnika,33 % u dobi od 50 i više godina.39 % žena.Za svakog sudionika pripremit će se pojedinačni akcijski plan koji će, uzimajući u obzir profil pomoći, omogućiti prilagodbu potpore individualnim potrebama i očekivanjima.Potpora će biti namijenjena 107 osoba.(59K,48M) tijekom 29 godina života kvalificiranih za profil I ili profil II. A Wlkp vajdaság területén végrehajtott projekt, amely a 29 évnél idősebb személyeknek szól, akik a PUP-ban regisztráltak N.T.-ben, és legalább az egyikhez tartoznak: alacsony képzettségűek, 50 évesek és idősebbek.A 17.01.31-i adatok szerint a PUP regisztrált 538 személy(292K,246M) 29 életév felett volt, kialakult I. vagy II. profillal, amely a Hivatal nyilvántartásában szereplő összes munkanélküli több mint 53%-át teszi ki.A struktúra dominál a nők (54% felett), akiknek nagyobb nehézségük van az álláskeresésben, mint a férfiak.Nagy problémák tapasztalják a fogyatékkal élőket, a tartós munkanélküliséget, az alacsony képzettségű embereket, valamint az 50 éves és idősebb korosztályt.Célkitűzés-növelve a 29 év felettiek foglalkoztathatóságát az NT kerületben fix I (úgynevezett aktív munkanélküliek) vagy 2. támogatási profillal (úgynevezett támogatás).A projekt fő eredménye a fogyatékkal élők legalább 33%-a lesz, 30% tartós munkanélküliség.38% alacsony képzettségű,33% 50 éves és idősebb.39%nők.Minden résztvevő esetében egyéni cselekvési terv készül, amely – figyelembe véve a segítségnyújtási profilt – lehetővé teszi, hogy a támogatást az egyéni igényekhez és elvárásokhoz igazítsák.Támogatás 107 főnek fog szólni.(59K,48M) 29 év felett az I. vagy II. profilra képesített életszakaszban.Egy konkrét aktiválási ajánlat elkészítése előtt készségelemzésre kerül sor, ennek alapján a PFSZ megfelelően kiválasztott szolgáltatásokat és munkaeszközöket nyújt a foglalkoztatási és munkaerő-piaci intézmények előmozdításáról szóló törvényben – Foglalkoztatásközvetítés 85os.(48K,3740M), szaktanácsadás 107os.(59K,48M), képzés 57. (39K,18M), egyszeri intézkedések üzleti tevékenységek létrehozására 22os(11K,11M)j, képzés 28os.(9K,19M).A projekt végrehajtása a 2014–2020 közötti időszakra vonatkozó, az ESZA-forrásokat érintő projektek végrehajtására vonatkozó iránymutatásokban meghatározott elvekkel összhangban történik.
