Celem przedmiotowego projektu jest opracowanie kompleksowej platformy technologicznej do monitorowania elementów mobilnych infrastruktury naziemnej w portach lotniczych. GroundEye umożliwia obserwację urządzeń na lotniskach w czasie rzeczywistym, zapewnia identyfikację, śledzenie i analizę elementów mobilnych infrastruktury naziemnej, a także prezentowanie tych informacji w sposób graficzny za pośrednictwem urządzeń terminalowych. Rezultat projektu identyfikuje oraz pozwala przewidywać niebezpieczne sytuacje na płycie portu lotniczego podczas operacji naziemnych. GroundEye poprawia bezpieczeństwo na płycie lotniska, a tym samym zwiększa jakość oferowanych usług, co stanowi ważną kartę przetargową dla operatora lotniska względem linii lotniczych. GroundEye skierowany jest do podmiotów świadczących użytkownikom portu usług obsługi naziemnej - agentów handlingowych. Rozwiązanie zapewnia ponadto redukcję kosztów operacji naziemnych poprzez optymalizację pracy ekip naziemnych. (Polish)

The aim of this project is to develop a comprehensive technology platform for monitoring mobile terrestrial infrastructure elements at airports. GroundEye enables real-time observation of devices at airports, ensures the identification, tracking and analysis of mobile terrestrial infrastructure, and displays this information graphically via terminal devices. The result of the project identifies and foresees dangerous situations on the tarmac of the airport during ground operations. GroundEye improves ramp safety and thus improves the quality of services offered, which is an important bargaining chip for the airport operator vis-à-vis airlines. GroundEye is addressed to operators providing groundhandling services to port users – handling agents. The solution also reduces the costs of ground operations by optimising the work of ground crews. L’objectif de ce projet est de développer une plate-forme technologique complète pour la surveillance des composantes de l’infrastructure terrestre mobile dans les aéroports. GroundEye permet l’observation en temps réel des dispositifs dans les aéroports, fournit l’identification, le suivi et l’analyse des composants de l’infrastructure terrestre mobile, ainsi que la présentation graphique de ces informations via des terminaux. Le résultat du projet identifie et prédit les situations dangereuses à la rampe de l’aéroport pendant les opérations au sol. Ziel dieses Projekts ist es, eine umfassende Technologieplattform zur Überwachung mobiler Bodeninfrastrukturkomponenten an Flughäfen zu entwickeln. GroundEye ermöglicht die Echtzeitbeobachtung von Geräten an Flughäfen, ermöglicht die Identifizierung, Verfolgung und Analyse mobiler Bodeninfrastrukturkomponenten sowie die grafische Darstellung dieser Informationen über Endgeräte. Das Ergebnis des Projekts identifiziert und prognostiziert gefährliche Situationen auf der Flughafenrampe während des Bodenbetriebs. GroundEye verbessert die Sicherheit an der Rampe des Flughafens und erhöht damit die Qualität der angebotenen Dienstleistungen, ein wichtiger Verhandlungschip für den Flughafenbetreiber gegenüber den Fluggesellschaften. GroundEye richtet sich an Einrichtungen, die Bodenabfertigungsdienste für Hafennutzer – Umschlagagenten – erbringen. Die Lösung sorgt auch für eine Senkung der Bodenbetriebskosten durch Optimierung der Arbeit der Bodenbesatzungen. (German)

Het doel van dit project is om een uitgebreid technologieplatform te ontwikkelen voor het monitoren van componenten van mobiele grondinfrastructuur op luchthavens. GroundEye maakt real-time observatie van apparaten op luchthavens mogelijk, biedt de identificatie, tracking en analyse van componenten van mobiele grondinfrastructuur, evenals grafische presentatie van deze informatie via terminalapparaten. Het resultaat van het project identificeert en voorspelt gevaarlijke situaties op de luchthavenhelling tijdens grondoperaties. GroundEye verbetert de veiligheid op de helling van de luchthaven en verhoogt daarmee de kwaliteit van de aangeboden diensten, wat een belangrijke onderhandelingschip is voor de luchthavenexploitant ten opzichte van luchtvaartmaatschappijen. GroundEye is gericht aan entiteiten die grondafhandelingsdiensten verlenen aan havengebruikers — handling agents. GroundEye consente l'osservazione in tempo reale dei dispositivi negli aeroporti, fornisce l'identificazione, il monitoraggio e l'analisi dei componenti dell'infrastruttura mobile di terra e presenta graficamente queste informazioni tramite dispositivi terminali. Il risultato del progetto identifica e prevede situazioni pericolose alla rampa aeroportuale durante le operazioni a terra. GroundEye migliora la sicurezza sulla rampa dell'aeroporto e aumenta così la qualità dei servizi offerti, che è un importante chip di contrattazione per l'operatore aeroportuale nei confronti delle compagnie aeree. GroundEye si rivolge alle entità che forniscono servizi di assistenza a terra agli utenti portuali — agenti di gestione. GroundEye muliggør observation i realtid af enheder i lufthavne, giver identifikation, sporing og analyse af mobile jordinfrastrukturkomponenter samt grafisk præsentation af disse oplysninger via terminalenheder. Resultatet af projektet identificerer og forudsiger farlige situationer på lufthavnsrampen under operationer på jorden. GroundEye forbedrer sikkerheden på lufthavnens rampe og øger dermed kvaliteten af de tjenester, der tilbydes, hvilket er en vigtig forhandlingschip for lufthavnsoperatøren over for luftfartsselskaberne. GroundEye henvender sig til enheder, der leverer groundhandling-ydelser til havnebrugere — håndteringsagenter. Løsningen sikrer også en reduktion af omkostningerne ved jordoperationer ved at optimere jordbesætningens arbejde. (Danish)

Στόχος του έργου αυτού είναι η ανάπτυξη μιας ολοκληρωμένης τεχνολογικής πλατφόρμας για την παρακολούθηση των κινητών στοιχείων της επίγειας υποδομής στα αεροδρόμια. Το GroundEye επιτρέπει την παρακολούθηση συσκευών σε πραγματικό χρόνο στα αεροδρόμια, παρέχει την αναγνώριση, παρακολούθηση και ανάλυση των κινητών στοιχείων της επίγειας υποδομής, καθώς και γραφική παρουσίαση αυτών των πληροφοριών μέσω τερματικών συσκευών. Το αποτέλεσμα του έργου εντοπίζει και προβλέπει επικίνδυνες καταστάσεις στη ράμπα του αερολιμένα κατά τη διάρκεια της επίγειας λειτουργίας. Η GroundEye βελτιώνει την ασφάλεια στη ράμπα του αερολιμένα και, ως εκ τούτου, αυξάνει την ποιότητα των παρεχόμενων υπηρεσιών, γεγονός που αποτελεί σημαντικό διαπραγματευτικό μέσο για τον φορέα εκμετάλλευσης του αερολιμένα έναντι των αεροπορικών εταιρειών. Η GroundEye απευθύνεται σε φορείς που παρέχουν υπηρεσίες εδάφους σε χρήστες του λιμένα — πράκτορες εξυπηρέτησης. Cilj je ovog projekta razviti sveobuhvatnu tehnološku platformu za praćenje komponenti mobilne zemaljske infrastrukture u zračnim lukama. GroundEye omogućuje praćenje uređaja u stvarnom vremenu u zračnim lukama, omogućuje identifikaciju, praćenje i analizu komponenti mobilne zemaljske infrastrukture, kao i grafički prikaz tih informacija putem terminalnih uređaja. Rezultat projekta identificira i predviđa opasne situacije na rampi zračne luke tijekom zemaljskih operacija. GroundEye poboljšava sigurnost na rampi zračne luke i time povećava kvalitetu ponuđenih usluga, što je važan element za pregovaranje za upravitelja zračne luke u odnosu na zračne prijevoznike. GroundEye je upućen subjektima koji pružaju zemaljske usluge korisnicima luka – agentima za rukovanje. Rješenjem se također osigurava smanjenje troškova zemaljskih operacija optimizacijom rada zemaljskih posada. (Croatian)

GroundEye permite observarea în timp real a dispozitivelor din aeroporturi, oferă identificarea, urmărirea și analiza componentelor infrastructurii terestre mobile, precum și prezentarea grafică a acestor informații prin intermediul dispozitivelor terminale. Rezultatul proiectului identifică și prezice situațiile periculoase la rampa aeroportului în timpul operațiunilor la sol. GroundEye îmbunătățește siguranța la rampa aeroportului și, prin urmare, sporește calitatea serviciilor oferite, ceea ce reprezintă un important cip de negociere pentru operatorul aeroportuar față de companiile aeriene. GroundEye se adresează entităților care furnizează servicii de handling la sol utilizatorilor portuari – agenți de manipulare. GroundEye umožňuje sledovanie zariadení v reálnom čase na letiskách, poskytuje identifikáciu, sledovanie a analýzu komponentov mobilnej pozemnej infraštruktúry, ako aj grafickú prezentáciu týchto informácií prostredníctvom koncových zariadení. Výsledok projektu identifikuje a predpovedá nebezpečné situácie na rampe letiska počas pozemnej prevádzky. Spoločnosť GroundEye zlepšuje bezpečnosť na rampe letiska a tým zvyšuje kvalitu ponúkaných služieb, čo je pre prevádzkovateľa letiska dôležitý vyjednávací čip vo vzťahu k leteckým spoločnostiam. Spoločnosť GroundEye je určená subjektom, ktoré poskytujú služby pozemnej obsluhy používateľom prístavov – manipulačným agentom. Hankkeen tavoitteena on kehittää kattava teknologia-alusta maainfrastruktuurin liikkuvien komponenttien seurantaan lentoasemilla. GroundEye mahdollistaa laitteiden reaaliaikaisen seurannan lentoasemilla, mahdollistaa liikkuvien maainfrastruktuurikomponenttien tunnistamisen, seurannan ja analysoinnin sekä näiden tietojen graafisen esittämisen päätelaitteilla. Hankkeen tuloksena tunnistetaan ja ennustetaan lentoaseman rampilla maalentotoiminnan aikana vallitsevia vaaratilanteita. GroundEye parantaa lentoaseman luiskan turvallisuutta ja parantaa siten tarjottujen palvelujen laatua, mikä on lentoaseman pitäjälle tärkeä neuvottelusiru lentoyhtiöihin nähden. GroundEye on osoitettu yksiköille, jotka tarjoavat maahuolintapalveluja sataman käyttäjille – käsittelyasiamiehille. Cilj tega projekta je razviti celovito tehnološko platformo za spremljanje komponent mobilne zemeljske infrastrukture na letališčih. GroundEye omogoča opazovanje naprav v realnem času na letališčih, omogoča identifikacijo, sledenje in analizo komponent mobilne zemeljske infrastrukture ter grafično predstavlja te informacije prek terminalskih naprav. Rezultati projekta opredeljujejo in napovedujejo nevarne razmere na letališki ploščadi med operacijami na tleh. Družba GroundEye izboljšuje varnost na ploščadi letališča in tako povečuje kakovost ponujenih storitev, kar je pomembno pogajalsko sredstvo za upravljavca letališča v razmerju do letalskih prevoznikov. GroundEye je naslovljen na subjekte, ki zagotavljajo storitve zemeljske oskrbe uporabnikom pristanišča – agentom za oskrbo. Rešitev zagotavlja tudi zmanjšanje stroškov zemeljskih operacij z optimizacijo dela zemeljskih posadk. (Slovenian)

Výsledek projektu identifikuje a předpovídá nebezpečné situace na letištní rampě během pozemního provozu. GroundEye zvyšuje bezpečnost na odbavovací ploše letiště, a tím zvyšuje kvalitu nabízených služeb, což je důležitý vyjednávací čip pro provozovatele letiště vůči leteckým společnostem. Šio projekto tikslas – sukurti visapusišką technologijų platformą mobilios antžeminės infrastruktūros komponentams oro uostuose stebėti. „GroundEye“ leidžia realiuoju laiku stebėti prietaisus oro uostuose, leidžia identifikuoti, sekti ir analizuoti mobilius antžeminės infrastruktūros komponentus, taip pat grafiškai pateikti šią informaciją per galinius įrenginius. Projekto rezultatas nustato ir numato pavojingas situacijas oro uosto perone, kai vykdomi antžeminiai skrydžiai. „GroundEye“ gerina oro uosto rampos saugą ir taip gerina siūlomų paslaugų kokybę, o tai yra svarbus oro uosto veiklos vykdytojo derybų su oro transporto bendrovėmis elementas. „GroundEye“ skirta subjektams, teikiantiems antžemines paslaugas uosto naudotojams – aptarnavimo agentams. GroundEye ļauj veikt ierīču novērošanu reāllaikā lidostās, nodrošina mobilo zemes infrastruktūras komponentu identifikāciju, izsekošanu un analīzi, kā arī grafiski attēlojot šo informāciju, izmantojot termināliekārtas. Projekta rezultāts identificē un prognozē bīstamas situācijas lidostas perona ekspluatācijas laikā uz zemes. GroundEye uzlabo drošību lidostas perona un tādējādi paaugstina piedāvāto pakalpojumu kvalitāti, kas lidostas operatoram ir svarīgs čipss attiecībā pret aviokompānijām. GroundEye ir adresēts uzņēmumiem, kas sniedz apkalpošanas uz zemes pakalpojumus ostas lietotājiem — pārkraušanas aģentiem. A projekt célja, hogy átfogó technológiai platformot fejlesszen ki a mobil földi infrastruktúra komponenseinek ellenőrzésére a repülőtereken. A GroundEye lehetővé teszi az eszközök valós idejű megfigyelését a repülőtereken, biztosítja a mobil földi infrastruktúra komponensek azonosítását, nyomon követését és elemzését, valamint ezen információk grafikus megjelenítését a végberendezéseken keresztül. A projekt eredménye azonosítja és előrejelzi a repülőtéri rámpán a földi műveletek során felmerülő veszélyes helyzeteket. A GroundEye javítja a repülőtér rámpájának biztonságát, és ezáltal javítja a kínált szolgáltatások minőségét, ami fontos tárgyalási chip a repülőtér üzemeltetője számára a légitársaságokkal szemben. A GroundEye azoknak a szervezeteknek szól, amelyek földi kiszolgálási szolgáltatásokat nyújtanak a kikötőhasználóknak – kezelő ügynököknek. Projektets resultat identifierar och förutser farliga situationer vid flygplatsrampen under markdriften. GroundEye förbättrar säkerheten vid flygplatsens ramp och ökar därmed kvaliteten på de tjänster som erbjuds, vilket är ett viktigt förhandlingschip för flygplatsoperatören gentemot flygbolagen. GroundEye riktar sig till enheter som tillhandahåller marktjänster till hamnanvändare – hanteringsagenter. Projekti eesmärk on töötada välja terviklik tehnoloogiaplatvorm maapealse infrastruktuuri mobiilsete komponentide jälgimiseks lennujaamades. GroundEye võimaldab reaalajas jälgida seadmeid lennujaamades, tuvastab, jälgib ja analüüsib mobiilseid maapealse infrastruktuuri komponente ning esitab seda teavet graafiliselt terminalseadmete kaudu. Projekti tulemus tuvastab ja prognoosib maapealse käitamise ajal lennujaama seisuplatsil esinevaid ohtlikke olukordi. GroundEye parandab lennujaama seisuplatsi ohutust ja parandab seega pakutavate teenuste kvaliteeti, mis on lennujaama käitaja jaoks oluline läbirääkimiskiip lennuettevõtjatega. GroundEye on adresseeritud sadama kasutajatele maapealse teeninduse teenuseid osutavatele üksustele – käitlemisagentidele. Lahendus tagab ka maapealsete operatsioonide kulude vähendamise, optimeerides maapealsete meeskondade tööd. (Estonian)
