Předmětem výzkumného a vývojového projektu je testovací výroba nového tuhé alternativního paliva (TAP) zušlechtěním směsného komunálního odpadu a následná spalovací zkouška prověřující možnost spoluspalování s fosilním palivem na existujícím teplárenském kotli, zpracování závěrečné zprávy vyhodnocující pokusnou výrobu a spalovací zkoušku a zpracování studie proveditelnosti včetně CBA analýzy. Le projet de recherche et développement a pour objet de tester la production d’un nouveau combustible solide de remplacement (TAP) par perfectionnement des déchets municipaux mixtes et d’un essai ultérieur d’incinération pour examiner la possibilité de co-incinération avec des combustibles fossiles sur une chaudière existante d’une installation de chauffage, la préparation d’un rapport final évaluant l’essai expérimental de production et de combustion et la préparation d’une étude de faisabilité comprenant une analyse de l’ACA. Gegenstand des Forschungs- und Entwicklungsprojekts ist die Erprobung eines neuen festen alternativen Brennstoffs (TAP) durch die Verfeinerung gemischter Siedlungsabfälle und ein anschließender Verbrennungstest zur Prüfung der Möglichkeit einer Mitverbrennung mit fossilen Brennstoffen an einem bestehenden Heizkessel, die Erstellung eines Abschlussberichts zur Bewertung des experimentellen Produktions- und Verbrennungstests sowie die Erstellung einer Machbarkeitsstudie mit CBA-Analysen. Het onderzoeks- en ontwikkelingsproject betreft de testproductie van een nieuwe vaste alternatieve brandstof (TAP) door de verfijning van gemengd stedelijk afval en een daaropvolgende verbrandingstest om de mogelijkheid van meeverbranding met fossiele brandstoffen op een bestaande verwarmingsinstallatieketel te onderzoeken, de opstelling van een eindverslag ter evaluatie van de experimentele productie- en verbrandingstest en de voorbereiding van een haalbaarheidsstudie met inbegrip van CBA-analyse.
