Za projekt so značilni naslednji kazalniki: 1. % izboljšanje energetske učinkovitosti: 55,40 % 2. V projektu so bili uporabljeni toplotni števci; 3. Energetski pregled stavbe kaže na potrebo po termostatskih in regulatornih ventilih; 4.
