Zakres projektu obejmuje inwestycje w infrastrukturę na rzecz zrównoważonej mobilności miejskiej: zakup taboru, modernizację infrastruktury transportu publicznego wraz z elementami ITS, budowę parkingu typu „parkuj i jedź” wraz z infrastrukturą, budowę ścieżek rowerowych oraz rozbudowę infrastruktury drogowej stanowiącej istotny element kompleksowego projektu. CELEM GŁÓWNYM PROJEKTU jest zwiększenie konkurencyjności Obszaru Funkcjonalnego Miasta Płocka poprzez rozwój infrastruktury zrównoważonej mobilności miejskiej. Projekt wypełnia założenia Planu Gospodarki Niskoemisyjnej M. Płocka w aspekcie ograniczenia emisji zanieczyszczeń oraz rozwoju mobilności miejskiej. Projekt jest ujęty w Planie inwestycyjnym dla subregionu płockiego objętego OSI problemowym – Obszar Funkcjonalny Miasta Płocka. Stanowi odpowiedź na problemy i potrzeby w zakresie postępującego i niekontrolowanego procesu zanieczyszczenia powietrza oraz rosnącego ruchu towarowego i osobowego. (Polish)

The scope of the project includes investments in infrastructure for sustainable urban mobility: purchase of rolling stock, modernisation of public transport infrastructure with ITS elements, construction of park and drive car park along with infrastructure, construction of bicycle paths and extension of road infrastructure which is an important element of a comprehensive project. The main objective of the project is to increase the competitiveness of the functional area of Płock through the development of sustainable urban mobility infrastructure. The project fulfils the assumptions of M. Płock’s Low-Emission Economy Plan in terms of reducing pollutant emissions and developing urban mobility. The project is included in the Investment Plan for the Płock subregion covered by the problem OSI – Functional Area of the City of Płock. It responds to the problems and needs in terms of the progressive and uncontrolled process of air pollution and increasing freight and passenger traffic. (English)

Le champ d’application du projet comprend des investissements dans des infrastructures de mobilité urbaine durables: L’achat de matériel roulant, la modernisation des infrastructures de transport public avec éléments STI, la construction de parkings et de parkings d’entraînement avec infrastructure, la construction de pistes cyclables et l’extension des infrastructures routières constituent un élément important d’un projet global. L’objectif principal du projet est d’accroître la compétitivité de la zone fonctionnelle de la ville de Płock en développant des infrastructures de mobilité urbaine durables. Le projet répond aux hypothèses du plan d’économie à faibles émissions de M. Płock en termes de réduction des émissions de polluants et de développement de la mobilité urbaine. Der Umfang des Projekts umfasst Investitionen in eine nachhaltige städtische Mobilitätsinfrastruktur: Anschaffung von Schienenfahrzeugen, Modernisierung der Infrastruktur des öffentlichen Verkehrs mit IVS-Elementen, Bau von Park- und Antriebsparkplätzen mit Infrastruktur, Bau von Fahrradwegen und Ausbau der Straßeninfrastruktur, die ein wichtiges Element eines umfassenden Projekts sind. Das Hauptziel des Projekts besteht darin, die Wettbewerbsfähigkeit des Funktionsraums der Stadt Płock durch die Entwicklung einer nachhaltigen städtischen Mobilitätsinfrastruktur zu steigern. Das Projekt erfüllt die Annahmen des emissionsarmen Wirtschaftsplans von M. Płock in Bezug auf die Verringerung der Schadstoffemissionen und die Entwicklung der städtischen Mobilität. Das Projekt ist in der Investitionsoffensive für die Teilregion Płock enthalten, die unter das OSI-Problem – Funktionsgebiet der Stadt Płock fällt. Sie reagiert auf die Probleme und Bedürfnisse des fortschreitenden und unkontrollierten Prozesses der Luftverschmutzung und des wachsenden Fracht- und Personenverkehrs. (German)

Het toepassingsgebied van het project omvat investeringen in duurzame stedelijke mobiliteitsinfrastructuur: aankoop van rollend materieel, modernisering van de infrastructuur voor openbaar vervoer met ITS-elementen, aanleg van parkeer- en aandrijfparken met infrastructuur, aanleg van fietspaden en uitbreiding van wegeninfrastructuur die een belangrijk onderdeel van een alomvattend project vormt. Het belangrijkste doel van het project is het vergroten van het concurrentievermogen van het functionele gebied van de stad Płock door de ontwikkeling van duurzame stedelijke mobiliteitsinfrastructuur. Het project voldoet aan de veronderstellingen van het plan voor een koolstofarme economie van M. Płock wat betreft de vermindering van de uitstoot van verontreinigende stoffen en de ontwikkeling van stedelijke mobiliteit. Het project is opgenomen in het investeringsplan voor de subregio Płock die onder het OSI-probleem valt — functioneel gebied van de stad Płock. Projektets anvendelsesområde omfatter investeringer i infrastruktur for bæredygtig bytrafik: indkøb af rullende materiel, modernisering af den offentlige transportinfrastruktur med ITS-elementer, opførelse af parkerings- og parkeringsanlæg med infrastruktur, opførelse af cykelstier og udvidelse af vejinfrastruktur, der udgør et vigtigt element i et omfattende projekt. Hovedformålet med projektet er at øge konkurrenceevnen i det funktionelle område i byen Płock ved at udvikle en bæredygtig infrastruktur for mobilitet i byerne. Projektet opfylder antagelserne i M. Płocks lavemissionsøkonomiplan med hensyn til reduktion af forurenende emissioner og udvikling af bytrafik. Το πεδίο εφαρμογής του έργου περιλαμβάνει επενδύσεις σε υποδομές βιώσιμης αστικής κινητικότητας: αγορά τροχαίου υλικού, εκσυγχρονισμός των υποδομών δημόσιων μεταφορών με στοιχεία ITS, κατασκευή χώρων στάθμευσης και οδήγησης αυτοκινήτων με υποδομή, κατασκευή ποδηλατοδρόμων και επέκταση οδικών υποδομών που αποτελούν σημαντικό στοιχείο ενός ολοκληρωμένου έργου. Ο κύριος στόχος του έργου είναι η αύξηση της ανταγωνιστικότητας της λειτουργικής περιοχής της πόλης Płock με την ανάπτυξη βιώσιμων υποδομών αστικής κινητικότητας. Το έργο πληροί τις παραδοχές του σχεδίου οικονομίας χαμηλών εκπομπών του M. Płock όσον αφορά τη μείωση των εκπομπών ρύπων και την ανάπτυξη της αστικής κινητικότητας. Το έργο περιλαμβάνεται στο επενδυτικό σχέδιο για την υποπεριοχή Płock που καλύπτεται από το πρόβλημα OSI — Λειτουργική περιοχή της πόλης Płock. Područje primjene projekta uključuje ulaganja u infrastrukturu održive gradske mobilnosti: kupnja željezničkih vozila, modernizacija infrastrukture javnog prijevoza elementima ITS-a, izgradnja parkirališta i pogonskog parkirališta s infrastrukturom, izgradnja biciklističkih staza i proširenje cestovne infrastrukture koji čine važan element sveobuhvatnog projekta. Glavni cilj projekta je povećati konkurentnost funkcionalnog područja Grada Płocka razvojem održive infrastrukture gradske mobilnosti. Projekt ispunjava pretpostavke iz Plana gospodarstva s niskom razinom emisije M. Płocka u smislu smanjenja emisija onečišćujućih tvari i razvoja gradske mobilnosti. Projekt je uključen u Plan ulaganja za podregiju Płock koja je obuhvaćena problemom OSI – funkcionalno područje grada Płocka. Proiectul îndeplinește ipotezele Planului de economie cu emisii scăzute de dioxid de carbon al lui M. Płock în ceea ce privește reducerea emisiilor poluante și dezvoltarea mobilității urbane. Hanke kattaa investoinnit kestävään kaupunkiliikenteen infrastruktuuriin: liikkuvan kaluston hankinta, ITS-elementtejä sisältävän julkisen liikenteen infrastruktuurin nykyaikaistaminen, pysäköinti- ja ajopysäköintialueen rakentaminen infrastruktuurilla, polkupyörien rakentaminen ja tieinfrastruktuurin laajentaminen, jotka ovat tärkeä osa kattavaa hanketta. Hankkeen päätavoitteena on lisätä Płockin kaupungin toiminnallisen alueen kilpailukykyä kehittämällä kestävää kaupunkiliikenteen infrastruktuuria. Hanke täyttää M. Płockin vähäpäästöisen taloussuunnitelman oletukset saastepäästöjen vähentämisestä ja kaupunkiliikenteen kehittämisestä. Hanke sisältyy Płockin osa-alueen investointiohjelmaan, joka kuuluu Płockin kaupungin OSI-ongelmaan. Projekto taikymo sritis apima investicijas į tvaraus judumo mieste infrastruktūrą: riedmenų pirkimas, viešojo transporto infrastruktūros modernizavimas su ITS elementais, automobilių stovėjimo ir vairavimo automobilių stovėjimo aikštelių su infrastruktūra statyba, dviračių takų tiesimas ir kelių infrastruktūros išplėtimas – svarbus visapusiško projekto elementas. Pagrindinis projekto tikslas – didinti Ploko miesto funkcinės teritorijos konkurencingumą plėtojant tvaraus judumo mieste infrastruktūrą. Projektas atitinka M. Płocko mažataršės ekonomikos plano prielaidas, susijusias su išmetamųjų teršalų kiekio mažinimu ir judumo mieste plėtojimu. Projektas įtrauktas į investicijų planą, skirtą Ploko paregioniui, kuriam taikoma OSI problema – Ploko miesto funkcinė teritorija. Projekta darbības joma ietver ieguldījumus ilgtspējīgā pilsētu mobilitātes infrastruktūrā: ritošā sastāva iegāde, sabiedriskā transporta infrastruktūras modernizācija ar ITS elementiem, autostāvvietas un braukšanas autostāvvietas izbūve ar infrastruktūru, velosipēdu ceļu izbūve un ceļu infrastruktūras paplašināšana, kas ir visaptveroša projekta svarīgs elements. Projekta galvenais mērķis ir palielināt Plokas pilsētas funkcionālās teritorijas konkurētspēju, attīstot ilgtspējīgu pilsētu mobilitātes infrastruktūru. Projekts atbilst M. Ploka mazemisiju ekonomikas plāna pieņēmumiem attiecībā uz piesārņojošo vielu emisiju samazināšanu un pilsētu mobilitātes attīstīšanu. Projekts ir iekļauts Plokas apakšreģiona Investīciju plānā, uz ko attiecas Plokas pilsētas OSI problēma — funkcionālais apgabals. Tā reaģē uz problēmām un vajadzībām, kas saistītas ar gaisa piesārņojuma progresīvo un nekontrolēto procesu, kā arī uz pieaugošo kravu un personīgo satiksmi. (Latvian)

A projekt hatálya kiterjed a fenntartható városi mobilitási infrastruktúrára irányuló beruházásokra: gördülőállomány beszerzése, a tömegközlekedési infrastruktúra ITS-elemekkel történő korszerűsítése, parkoló- és gépjárműpark építése infrastruktúrával, kerékpárutak építése és a közúti infrastruktúra bővítése, ami egy átfogó projekt fontos eleme. A projekt fő célja, hogy fenntartható városi mobilitási infrastruktúra fejlesztésével növelje Płock város funkcionális térségének versenyképességét. A projekt megfelel M. Płock alacsony kibocsátású gazdaságra vonatkozó tervének a szennyezőanyag-kibocsátás csökkentése és a városi mobilitás fejlesztése tekintetében. A projekt szerepel az OSI-probléma – Płock város funkcionális területe által lefedett Płock alrégió beruházási tervében. Projektet omfattar investeringar i hållbar infrastruktur för rörlighet i städer: inköp av rullande materiel, modernisering av kollektivtrafikinfrastruktur med ITS-element, uppförande av parkering och parkeringsplats med infrastruktur, byggande av cykelvägar och utbyggnad av väginfrastruktur som utgör en viktig del av ett omfattande projekt. Huvudsyftet med projektet är att öka konkurrenskraften för det funktionella området i staden Płock genom att utveckla hållbar infrastruktur för rörlighet i städer. Projektet uppfyller antagandena i M. Płocks plan för utsläppssnål ekonomi när det gäller att minska utsläppen av föroreningar och utveckla rörligheten i städer. Projektet ingår i investeringsplanen för den delregion Płock som omfattas av OSI-problemet – funktionellt område i staden Płock. Den svarar på problemen och behoven i den progressiva och okontrollerade processen för luftföroreningar och den växande gods- och persontrafiken. (Swedish)

Projekti ulatus hõlmab investeeringuid säästva linnalise liikumiskeskkonna taristusse: veeremi ostmine, ühistranspordi infrastruktuuri moderniseerimine intelligentsete transpordisüsteemide elementidega, parkimise ja autoparkla ehitamine koos infrastruktuuriga, jalgrattateede ehitamine ja teede infrastruktuuri laiendamine, mis on ulatusliku projekti oluline osa. Projekti põhieesmärk on suurendada Płocki linna funktsionaalse piirkonna konkurentsivõimet säästva linnalise liikumiskeskkonna infrastruktuuri arendamise kaudu. Projekt vastab M. Płocki vähese heitega majanduse kava eeldustele saasteainete heitkoguste vähendamise ja linnalise liikumiskeskkonna arendamise kohta. Projekt on lisatud Płocki allpiirkonna investeerimiskavasse, mida hõlmab Płocki linna OSI probleem – funktsionaalne piirkond. See vastab õhusaaste progressiivse ja kontrollimatu protsessi ning kasvava kaubaveo ja isikliku liikluse probleemidele ja vajadustele. (Estonian)
