The main objective of the project The University of Competence II is the acquisition from 1.07. 2016 until 30.06.2018 by students and students of the University of Wrocław, skills of effective career planning, analysis of their strengths and weaknesses in the context of the labour market, understanding the specificities and meaning of the concept: Life long learning and learning modern methods of recruitment and selection of employees. This objective will be achieved through the participation of 600 students and students of the University of Warsaw in a specific advisory process aimed at identifying strengths and weaknesses, predispositions and professional preferences, familiarising with the requirements of the modern labour market and through the participation of Career Office employees in training to improve their qualifications. The support will be addressed to a total of 600 students of the second and third years of undergraduate studies, and the first and second year of second-cycle studies, as well as the IV and V year of uniform degrees of all faculties of the University. Project tasks: 1) Services provided by a professional advisor to students and students of the University of Wrocław. The envisaged area of support (planning of professional and educational careers, determination of predispositions and professional preferences, assessment of the level of competence development with the use of diagnostic tools, promotion of life long learning, setting up a business activity, raising funds for running a company, building entrepreneurial attitudes). The newly diluted professional advisor will also have competences in the area of entrepreneurship (legal issues, obtaining financing, protection of property int.) 2) Training for employees of the Career Office improving professional qualifications and allowing to broaden the offer of the Career Office addressed to students and university students. 3) Purchase of research packages on the platform (research of competences).     Celem głównym projektu Uniwersytet Kompetencji II jest nabycie od 1.07. 2016 roku do 30.06.2018 roku przez studentki i studentów Uniwersytetu Wrocławskiego umiejętności skutecznego planowania kariery zawodowej, analizy swoich mocnych i słabych stron w kontekście rynku pracy, poznanie specyfiki i znaczenia pojęcia : Life long learning oraz poznanie współczesnych metod rekrutacji i selekcji pracowników. Cel ten zostanie osiągnięty poprzez udział 600 studentów i studentek UWR w zidywidualizowanym procesie doradczym, mającym na celu określenie mocnych i słabych stron, predyspozycji i preferencji zawodowych, zapoznanie z wymaganiami współczesnego rynku pracy oraz poprzez udział pracowników Biura Karier w szkoleniach podnoszących ich kwalifikacje. Wsparcie skierowane będzie łącznie do 600 studentów II i III roku studiów licencjackich oraz I i II roku studiów drugiego stopnia, jak również IV i V rok jednolitych st. mgr  wszystkich wydziałów Uczelni. Zadania w ramach projektu: 1) Usługi świadczone przez doradcę zawodowego dla studentów i studentek Uniwersytetu Wrocławskiego. Przewidywany obszar wsparcia (planowanie kariery zawodowej i edukacyjnej, określanie predyspozycji i preferencji zawodowych, ocena poziomu rozwoju kompetencji przy uzyciu narzędzia diagnostycznego, promocja life long learning, zakładanie działalności gospodarczej, pozyskiwanie środków na prowadzenie własnej firmy, budownie postaw przedsiębiorczych). Nowo zatrduniony doradca zawodowy będzie posiadał również kompetencje z obszaru przedsiębiorczości (kwestie prawne, pozyskiwanie finansowania, ochrona własności int.) 2) Szkolenia dla pracowników Biura Karier podnoszące kwalifikacje zawodowe i pozwalające na poszerzenie oferty Biura Karier skierowanej do studentów i studentek uczelni. 3) Zakup pakietów badań na platformie (badanie kompetencji).
