Projekta mērķis ir jaunas rūpnieciskās ražošanas ēkas izbūve Sēļu iela 32, Marupē, Marupes novadā, lai to iznomātu apstrādes rūpniecības nozares MVU komersantiem, tādejādi veicinot apstrādes rūpniecības komersantu saimnieciskās darbības paplašināšanu.Lai sasniegtu projekta mērķi, tiks īstenotas šādas aktivitātes: •Sagatavota projekta pamatojošā dokumentācija (būvprojekts); •Organizēts iepirkuma konkurss iub.gov.lv, lai noteiktu būvniecības pakalpojumu sniedzēju; •Veikti būvdarbi, saskaņā ar apstiprināto būvprojektu; •Nodrošināta autoruzraudzība un būvuzradzība projekta īstenošanas laikā.Projekta sasniedzamie rezultāti:1.Rūpnieciskās ražošanas ēkas jaunbūve, izveidojot industriālās telpas ar kopējo platību 2 500 m2; 2.Industriālās telpas tiks iznomātas 2 apstrādes rūpniecības MVU, kas paplašinās savu saimniecisko darbību un abi kopā radīs vismaz 12 jaunas darba vietas;3.Tiks piesaistīts privātais finansējums 591 250,00 eiro apmērā.Projekta iesniedzēja darbības nozare pēc projekta iesniegšanas būs nekustamā īpašuma attīstīšana ražošanas vajadzībām un iznomāšana (NACE 68.20)Projekta īstenošanas rezultātā tiks izveidotas industriālās teplas ar kopējo platību 2500 m2, kuras tiks izmantotas apstrādes rūpniecības komersantu SIA “Madara Cosmetics” un SIA “AA Energy windows” esošās saimnieciskās darbības paplašināšanai. Uz projekta iesniegšanas brīdi SIA “Ehrle EU” ir noslēgusi nomas līgumus ar abiem uzņēmumiem. Abi apstrādes rūpniecības komersanti kopā radīs 12 jaunas darba vietas.Projekta kopējās izmaksas ir 1 075 000 eiro + PVN, no kurām paredzēts saņemt ERAF atbalstu 483 750 eiro apmērā.Projekta īstenošana plānota no 02.2017. līdz 02.2021. jeb pilnus 48 mēnešus. The aim of the project is the construction of a new industrial production building in Sēļu iela 32, Marupe, in order to lease it to SME merchants of manufacturing industries, thus facilitating expansion of the business activities of manufacturing enterprises.To achieve the project’s goal, the following activities will be implemented: •the supporting documentation of the project prepared (construction project); •Organised tender iub.gov.lv to designate the provider of construction services; •Action of construction works according to the approved construction project; • Author supervision and construction supervision during the implementation of the project have been ensured.Project to be achieved:1.New building of industrial production building, creating industrial premises with a total area of 2500 m²; 2.Industrial premises will be leased to 2 manufacturing SMEs, which will expand their economic activities and both will create at least 12 new jobs;3. Private financing will be mobilised in the amount of EUR 591 250.00.After project submission, the field of activity of the submitter of the project will be the development of real estate development for manufacturing needs and lease (NACE 68.20) As a result of the project implementation, industrial fields with a total area of 2500 m² will be created, which will be used for expanding the existing business activities of manufacturing merchants SIA Madara Cosmetics and SIA “AA windows”. At the moment of project submission, SIA “Ehrle EU” has concluded lease agreements with both companies. The total cost of the project is EUR 1 075 000 + VAT, from which it is planned to receive ERDF support of EUR 483 750.The implementation of the project is planned from 02.2017 to 02.2021 or full 48 months.
