G.D 20so.( K-15,M5) Os. zagrożone ryzykiem ubóstwa i/lub wykluczenia społecznego, w wieku 18-64 lat, mieszkające na terytorium MOF Olsztyna oraz na obszarze rewitalizowanym wskazanym w Programie Rewitalizacji,w tym os. bezrobotne(BZB), wobec których zastosowanie wyłącznie instrumentów i usług rynku pracy(RP) jest niewystarczające i istnieje konieczność zastosowania w pierwszej kolejności usług aktywnej integracji o charakterze społeczny.Otoczenie os. zagrożonych ubóstwem i/lub wykluczeniem społecznym mieszkające na terytorium MOF Olsztyna oraz na obszarze rewitalizowanym wskazanym w Programie Rewitalizacji (w takim zakresie, w jakim jest to niezbędne dla wsparcia os.zagrożonych ryzykiem ubóstwa i/lub wykluczenia społecznego objętych wsparciem). Wnio.umożliwia os. ze społeczności romskiej korzystanie ze wsparcia,o ile os.te są os. zagrożonymi ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społecznym (wsparcie nie może mieć charakteru wsparcia dedykowanego wyłącznie społeczności romskiej).W ramach proj. nie może objąć wsparciem os. odbywających karę pozbawienia wolności. Jednocześnie w ramach proj. preferowane są os.zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społecznym doświadczających wielokrotnego wykluczenia społecznego, rozumianego jako wykluczenie z powodu więcej niż jednej z przesłanek,o których mowa w rozdziale 3pkt13Wytycznych CT9.Os. o znacznym lub umiarkowanym stopniu niepełnosprawności, os.z niepełnosprawnością sprzężoną oraz osób z zaburzeniami psychicznymi, w tym z niepełnosprawnością intelektualną i z całościowymi zaburzeniami rozwojowymi.Os. korzystających z PO PŻ. G.D 20so.(K-15,M5) People at risk of poverty and/or social exclusion, aged 18-64, living in the territory of the IMF Olsztyn and in the revitalised area indicated in the Revitalisation Programme, including the unemployed (BZB), for whom the application of only instruments and services of the labour market (RP) is insufficient and there is a need to apply in the first place active social inclusion services. Wnio. makes it possible for people from the Roma community to benefit from support provided that the people are at risk of poverty or social exclusion (support must not be a support dedicated solely to the Roma community).As part of the project, it cannot support people who are under imprisonment. At the same time, people who are at risk of poverty or social exclusion who experience multiple social exclusion, understood as exclusion due to more than one of the conditions referred to in Chapter 3paragraph 13 of the CT9 Guidelines, persons with a significant or moderate degree of disability, persons with coupled disabilities and persons with mental disorders, including intellectual disabilities and comprehensive developmental disorders, are preferred within the project. G.D. 20so.(K-15,M5) Personnes exposées au risque de pauvreté et/ou d’exclusion sociale, âgées de 18 à 64 ans, vivant sur le territoire du MOF Olsztyn et dans la zone revitalisée indiquée dans le programme de revitalisation, y compris les chômeurs (BZB), pour lesquels l’utilisation des seuls instruments et services du marché du travail (RP) est insuffisante et il est nécessaire d’appliquer en premier lieu des services d’inclusion active de nature sociale. La proposition permet à la communauté rom de bénéficier d’un soutien, pour autant qu’elle soit exposée au risque de pauvreté ou d’exclusion sociale (l’aide ne peut pas être un soutien dédié uniquement à la communauté rom). Dans le cadre du projet, elle peut ne pas inclure de soutien aux personnes purgeant une peine privative de liberté. Dans le même temps, le projet favorise les personnes exposées au risque de pauvreté ou d’exclusion sociale confrontées à une exclusion sociale multiple, au sens de l’exclusion fondée sur plus d’un des motifs visés au chapitre 3, paragraphe 13, du CT9.As. présentant un degré de handicap grave ou modéré, pour les personnes handicapées associées et les personnes souffrant de troubles mentaux, y compris des handicaps intellectuels et de troubles du développement général.
