Zakres projektu obejmuje kompleksową termomodernizację budynku użyteczności publicznej przy ul. Lędzińskiej 55 w Lędzinach. W budynku mieści się siedziba UM Lędziny oraz sala widowiskowo-kinowa "Piast". Rzeczowy zakres obejmuje: - docieplenie ścian zewnętrznych, - docieplenie dachu, - wymianę stolarki i ślusarki zewnętrznej, - roboty odtworzeniowe, - montaż nowych energooszczędnych opraw oświetleniowych wraz z instalacją elektryczną i panelami fotowoltaicznymi, - wykonanie instalacji wentylacji, c.o. i klimatyzacji; - modernizację kotłowni wraz z montażem 1 pompy gruntowej i 4 pomp powietrznych wraz z wymiennikiem gruntowym poziomym i sterowaniem. The scope of the project includes comprehensive thermomodernisation of the public utility building at ul. Lędzińska 55 in Lędzina. The building houses the headquarters of UM Lędzina and the cinema room “Piast”. The material scope shall include: — insulation of external walls, – roof warming, – replacement of carpentry and door locksmiths, – replacement works, – installation of new energy efficient lighting fittings with electrical installation and photovoltaic panels, – installation of ventilation, central heating and air conditioning systems; — modernisation of the boiler room with installation of 1 ground pump and 4 air pumps with horizontal ground exchanger and control.
