Inwestycja w ramach niniejszego będzie realizowana w trybie „zaprojektuj i wybuduj”. Gmina Stary Sącz posiada prawo do dysponowania nieruchomością oznaczoną w ewidencji gruntów i budynków jako działka nr 2/5, w obrębie ewidencyjnym Stary Sącz, wynikające z tytułu własności. Zadania, które będą realizowane w ramach projektu to: I. Koszty utworzenia ścieżki przyrodniczej i II. Koszty Edukacji Ekologicznej, III. Koszty pośrednie I zadanie: Koszty utworzenia ścieżki przyrodniczej : W wyniku analizy zgłaszanych uwag, po dokonaniu diagnozy stanu bieżącego powstała koncepcja projektu, który miałby na celu podjęcie wspólnych działań, które będą przyczyniały się zarówno do ochrony unikalnego siedliska łabędzi i bobrów oraz chronionych gatunków roślinności łęgowej . Dodatkowo poprzez udostępnienie tego terenu w sposób neutralny i bezpieczny dla ekosystemu osiągnięty będzie znaczny efekt ochronny a teren dzięki nowej inwestycji będzie dostępny dla celów przyrodniczych i edukacyjnych. II zadanie: Koszty edukacji ekologicznej W ramach tego zadania zgrupowano wydatki związane z edukacją ekologiczną, która ma wykorzystać możliwość edukacyjną wynikającą z unikalnej infrastruktury i ekosystemu ale również wpłynąć na atrakcyjność miejsca i dzięki temu pomóc w osiągnięciu celu przedsięwzięcia, jakim jest skierowanie ruchu na naturalny przyrodniczo trakt - ścieżkę. III zadanie: Koszty pośrednie: Końcowym etapem projektu będzie promocja projektu - wykorzystane w tym celu będą kampanie promocyjne, opracowanie materiałów promocyjnych, gadżetów reklamowych związanych z nową atrakcją przyrodniczą na mapie subregionu (Polish)

The investment under this project will be made using the “design and demolition” mode. The municipality of Stary Sącz has the right to dispose of the property designated in the Land and Property Register as a parcel No 2/5, within the register of Stary Sącz, arising as a result of ownership. The tasks to be carried out under the project are: I. Costs for the creation of the nature of the natural trail and II. Costs of eco-education, III. Indirect costs and tasks: The cost of creating the natural path: Following the analysis of the comments, a project concept was developed after the diagnosis of the current state of play that would aim at taking joint actions that will contribute both to the protection of the unique habitat of the swan and of bobras and to protected species of riparian vegetation. In addition, by making this site available in a neutral and secure way for the ecosystem, there will be a significant protection effect for the ecosystem and the site’s new investment will be available for natural and educational purposes. II task: The costs of organic education as part of this task are combined with environmental education expenditure, which aims to harness the educational opportunities of unique infrastructure and ecosystem, but also to influence the attractiveness of the site and thus help to achieve the goal of moving traffic to the natural nature of the route. III task: Indirect costs: Project promotion will be the final phase of the project — promotion campaigns, development of promotional materials, gadgets linked to a new nature attraction on the map of the sub-region.
