Pripremom i provedbom Integriranog razvojnog programa temeljenog na obnovi kulturne baštine Kaštelanskog zaljeva osigurala bi se prije svega njena očuvanost, istaknula povijesno-kulturološka vrijednost ključnih kulturnih dobara u koja bi se ulagalo, stvorila zanimljiva cjelina kojom bi se privukao veći broj posjetitelja i osiguralo otvaranje prijeko potrebnih novih radnih mjesta te time unaprijedila i kvaliteta života lokalnog stanovništva. Ulaganja bi se temeljila na fizičkoj obnovi nekoliko ključnih nepokretnih i pokretnih kulturnih dobara, a taj bi se temelj iskoristio za oživljavanje tradicionalnih i kulturnih djelatnosti i vrijednosti ovog područja, obuhvaćajući predmetne lokalitete u jedinstveni Integrirani turistički projekt kojim se Kaštela promiču kao destinacija za cjelogodišnji turizam baziran na kombinaciji raznolikosti i promociji zdravog življenja. Lokaliteti kulturne baštine obuhvaćeni ovim Integriranim programom ulaganja na području Grada Kaštela su sljedeći: Dvorac obitelji Vitturi u Kaštel Lukšiću, Kaštel Kaštilac u Kaštel Gomilici, Crkva sv. Ivana Krstitelja na Birnju u Kaštel Lukšiću, Kula i ljetnikovac Cambi u Kaštel Kambelovcu, Uljara obitelji Cambi u Kaštel Kambelovcu. Pored ulaganja u nepokretna dobra, u svrhu promicanja zdravog življenja, kako za posjetitelje tako i za lokalno stanovništvo, stavio bi se naglasak na jačanje tradicionalnih segmenata maslinarstva, vinarstva i hortikulture, za potrebe povećanja prihoda od turizma razvojem cjelogodišnjeg turizma i kreiranjem novog turističkog proizvoda baziranog na kulturnom nasljeđu, ali i u kontekstu poboljšanja kvalitete okruženja i života stanovništva Grada Kaštela. Integriranjem svih spomenutih sastavnica doprinijelo bi se formiranju Kaštela kao prepoznatljivog turističkog odredišta. (Croatian)

Through the preparation and implementation of an integrated development programme based on the restoration of the cultural heritage of the iceberg heritage, it is primarily its conservation state, pointing to the historical cultural value of the key cultural assets that would invest, create an attractive unit to attract more visitors and secure the creation of much-needed new jobs and thus improve the quality of life of the local population. The investments would be on the physical recovery of several critical fixed and movable cultural goods, and this basis would be used to revive traditional and cultural activities and the value of this area, covering the sites in question in a single integrated tourism project, promoting Kaštel as a destination for year-round tourism based on a mix of diversity and promotion of healthy living. The sites of cultural heritage covered by this Integrated Investment Programme in the City of Kaštela are the following: Castle family’s Castle in Kaštel Lukšić, Kaštel Katviac in Kaštel Gomilci, Church sv. Ms Ivana Krstii na Birje in Kaštel Lukšić, Kula and the beauty Camwould in Kaštel Kamberlovu, Camamlovu family camp in Kaštel Kamberlovu. In addition to investment in immovable property, in order to promote healthy living, both for visitors and local residents, emphasis would be placed on strengthening traditional olive, wine and horticultural segments, for the purpose of increasing tourism revenue by developing year-round tourism and creating a new tourism product based on cultural heritage, as well as in the context of improving the quality of the surroundings and lives of the City of Kaštela. Integrating all these components would contribute to the establishment of Kaštela as an identifiable tourist destination. (English)
