Sindikat radnika u predškolskom odgoju i obrazovanju Hrvatske provodi projekt u partnerstvom s Udrugom za pomoć i edukaciju žrtava mobbinga, a teži afirmirati zaštitu dostojanstva i prava radnika unutar socijalnog dijaloga s gradovima i općinama - osnivačima predškolskih ustanova. Edukacijom sindikalnih povjerenica o kolektivnom pregovaranju i mehanizmima zaštite dostojanstva i prava, istraživanjem stavova i znanja poslodavaca te on-line kampanjom želi se uvesti mehanizme zaštite dostojanstva i prava radnika u kolektivne ugovore te preokrenuti trend povećanja povreda dostojanstva i prava. The Croatian workers’ union in early childhood education and care implements a project in partnership with the assistance and training of the victims of mobbing and aims to establish the protection of the dignity and rights of workers in the social dialogue with the cities and municipalities — the founder of a pre-school establishment. By educating the Union Commissioner on collective bargaining and mechanisms for the protection of dignity and rights, employers’ attitudes and knowledge and online campaign aims to put in place mechanisms to protect the dignity and rights of workers in collective agreements and to reverse the trend of increasing violations of dignity and rights.
