Projekt „Obnova i revitalizacija dvorca Erdödy u Jastrebarskom“ uključuje obnovu dvorca Erdödy te izgradnju parkirališta kojim će se riješiti adekvatna pristupačnost brownfield lokaciji. Vrijedan povijesno-prostorni resurs unutar područja UAZ-a prenamijenit će se i urediti za potrebe stanovništva grada Jastrebarskog i gravitacijskog područja (općine Klinča Selo i Pisarovina). Revitalizacijom napuštenog prostora od 9.284,47 m2 riješit će se kvalitativni i kvantitativni nedostatak javne, društveno-kulturne i ekonomske infrastrukture na području grada Jastrebarskog te gravitacijskog područja. The project ‘Renewal and regeneration of Erdödy Castle in Jastrebarski’ includes the renewal of Erdödy Castle and the construction of a car park to fill the Brownfield site adequately accessible. A valuable historical resource resource within the area of the UAI will be redirected and edited for the population of the Jistarbarski and catchment area (municipality of Klinča Seo and Pisaro municipality). The regeneration of the 9 284.47 m² site will take care to address the qualitative and quantitative lack of public, socio-economic and economic infrastructure in the city of the Jastrebarski area and the catchment area.
