Celem projektu jest zwiększenie dostępności transportowej oraz wzrost aktywności gospodarczej regionu poprzez budowę i rozbudowę drogi prowadzącej do terenów inwestycyjnych położonych w Tarnobrzegu. Przedmiot projektu dotyczy budowy i rozbudowy dróg prowadzących do terenów inwestycyjnych w ciągu ulic Żeglarskiej i Plażowej w Tarnobrzegu, wraz z poprawą bezpieczeństwa i płynności ruchu drogowego, przystosowaniem do potrzeb osób niepełnosprawnych, zachodzących zmian klimatycznych oraz ograniczeniem emisji zanieczyszczeń. Zakres rzeczowy projektu obejmuje budowę i rozbudowę drogi dojazdowej (składającej się z: jezdni dwupasmowej jednokierunkowej -jeden pas dla pojazdów uprzywilejowanych, chodnika i pasa rowerowego oddzielonych pasem zieleni od jezdni), wykonanie odwodnienia, kanału technologicznego, oświetlenia, oznakowania. W efekcie realizacji inwestycji powstanie droga dojazdowa o długości 4,5 km i powierzchni 24987,5 m2. Realizacja projektu przyczyni się do poprawy stanu sieci drogowej województwa oraz zwiększenia poziomu inwestycji, co pośrednio wpłynie na wzrost zatrudnienia w regionie. Dostępność transportowa potencjalnych inwestorów do terenów inwestycyjnych wpłynie na konkurencyjność gospodarki oraz pobudzi jej wzrost. (Polish)

The aim of the project is to increase transport accessibility and increase economic activity of the region through the construction and extension of the road leading to investment areas located in Tarnobrzeg. The subject of the project concerns the construction and extension of roads leading to investment areas along the Żeglarska and Beach Streets in Tarnobrzeg, together with improved road safety and fluidity of road traffic, adaptation to the needs of people with disabilities, climate change taking place and reducing emissions of pollutants. The project’s material scope includes the construction and expansion of an access road (consisting of: two-way roadway – one lane for privileged vehicles, pavement and cycle lane separated by a green belt from the roadway), drainage, technological channel, lighting, marking. As a result of the investment, there will be an access road with a length of 4.5 km and an area of 24987.5 m². The implementation of the project will contribute to the improvement of the voivodship’s road network and increase the level of investment, which will indirectly increase employment in the region. The transport accessibility of potential investors to investment areas will affect the competitiveness of the economy and stimulate its growth. (English)
