Projekt zakłada rozbudowę i przebudowę, a następnie wyposażenie istniejącej przy Zespole Szkół Technicznych w Szczecinku bazy dydaktycznej kształcenia praktycznego i powstanie Centrum Innowacji i Praktyk Zawodowych z ośrodkiem egzaminacyjnym dla zawodów w sektorach: drzewnym, budowlanym i mechanicznym. Projekt zakłada kompleksowe działania - przebudowę i rozbudowę budynku warsztatów, a następnie wyposażenie nowo powstałych pracowni, dlatego też bezpośrednio po zakończeniu realizacji projektu możliwe będzie pełne wykorzystanie funkcjonalności infrastruktury powstałej w ramach realizacji projektu. Przedsięwzięcie nie będzie wymagało dodatkowych działań (np. innych projektów), w celu pełnego wykorzystania. Projekt realizowany będzie przez jednostkę samorządu terytorialnego – Powiat Szczecinecki. Podmiotem zarządzającym infrastrukturą powstałą w wyniku realizacji projektu, będzie Zespół Szkół Technicznych w Szczecinku, dla którego Powiat Szczecinecki jest organem prowadzącym, tj. dyrektor, wicedyrektor i kierownik warsztatów szkolnych. Jest to podmiot, które trwale zarządzać będzie rozbudowanym, przebudowanym i wyposażonym obiektem, a także jest placówką zapewniającą kadrę w postaci nauczycieli zawodu oraz uczniów, którzy zdobywać będą kwalifikacje zawodowe. Ponadto zatrudnionych zostanie 3 nowych nauczycieli praktycznej nauki zawodu. Utrzymanie i eksploatacja obiektów będzie prowadzona bezpośrednio z budżetu jednostki organizacyjnej powiatu szczecineckiego tj. budżetu szkoły. Budżet funkcjonowania obiektu jest ustalany przez szkołę oraz akceptowany przez zarząd powiatu i radę powiatu, który jest płatnikiem na rzecz pokrywania kosztów funkcjonowania obiektu. Prawidłowe zabezpieczenie środków na bieżące funkcjonowanie obiektu jest corocznie kontrolowane przy okazji uchwalania budżetu powiatu na kolejny rok kalendarzowy przez RIO. (Polish)

The project envisages expansion and reconstruction, and then equipment existing at the Technical Schools Complex in Szczecinek didactic base of practical training and creation of the Centre of Innovation and Vocational Practice with an examination centre for professions in sectors: wood, construction and mechanical. The project involves comprehensive activities – the reconstruction and extension of the workshop building, and then the equipment of the newly created studios, which is why it will be possible to make full use of the functionalities of the infrastructure created as part of the implementation of the project immediately after the completion of the project. The project will not require additional actions (e.g. other projects) to make full use. The project will be implemented by the local government unit – Szczecinecki County. The entity managing the infrastructure created as a result of the project will be the Technical Schools Team in Szczecinek, for which the Szczecin County is the leading body, i.e. the director, deputy director and head of school workshops. It is an entity that will permanently manage an extensive, reconstructed and equipped facility, as well as providing staff in the form of professional teachers and pupils who will acquire professional qualifications. In addition, 3 new teachers will be recruited for practical training. The maintenance and operation of the facilities will be carried out directly from the budget of the organizational unit of Szczecin County, i.e. the school budget. The operating budget of the facility is determined by the school and accepted by the county board and the county council, which is the payer to cover the costs of operation of the facility. The correct security of funds for the day-to-day operation of the facility is audited annually on the occasion of the adoption of the county budget for the following calendar year by the RIO.
