Zakres projektu obejmuje: -modernizację parku zieleni położonego na działkach nr 2/2; 2/5 i 3/1 w mieście Lubawa przy zbiegu ulic Dworcowej i Gdańskiej w zakresie budowy ciągów pieszych z elementami małej architektury oraz zielenią po wyburzeniu budynku gospodarczego, rampy i starego ogrodzenia. Dodatkowo wybudowane zostanie oświetlenie parkowe przy chodnikach. Istniejąca inst.oświetleniowa zostanie rozebrana.Na terenie dz.nr 3/1 zbudowane będzie nowe ogrodzenie oraz zamontowana ścieżka przeszkód; - zagospodarowanie terenu przestrzeni publicznej na działkach nr 519, 645, 646, 654, 655/1, 653/3, 657 obr.ew.3 wzdłuż ulicy Spichlerzowej i Biskupiej. Na terenie objętym projektem planuje się kompleksowe przekształcenie przestrzeni publicznych obejmujące zmiany funkcjonalne w południowo - wschodniej części Starego Miasta w obrębie średniowiecznych murów miejskich obejmujące zmiany funkcjonalne związane z ograniczeniem ruchu samochodowego, przebudowę nawierzchni, zagospodarowanie elementami małej architektury i zagospodarowanie przestrzeni zielenią, rozbiórkę istniejącej instalacji oświetleniowej, budowę nowych instalacji oświetleniowych przestrzeni publicznych, budowę sieci i przyłączy kanalizacji deszczowej, budowę monitoringu. Cały teren przewidziany do realizacji projektu jest objęty Lokalnym Programem Rewitalizacji gminy miejskiej Lubawa w ramach Ponadlokalnego programu rewitalizacji sieci miast Cittaslow. Zagospodarowanie omawianego fragmentu miasta ma służyć jego rewitalizacji społecznej. Zgodnie z celami zapisanymi w SZOP Osi VIII "Obszary wymagające rewitalizacji" Działanie 8.1 zostaną poprawione funkcje społeczne rewitalizowanej przestrzeni, nastąpi promowanie włączenia społecznego co posłuży uzyskaniu lepszej jakości życia społeczności z obszaru rewitalizowanego. Inwestorem jest Gmina Miejska Lubawa mieszcząca się przy ul. Rzepnikowskiego 9 A, 14-260 Lubawa. Wykonawcy robót zostaną wyłonieni w dwóch postępowaniach przetargowych w trybie ustawy PZP (Polish)

The scope of the project includes: —modernisation of the green park located on plots no. 2/2; 2/5 and 3/1 in Lubawa at the junction of Dworcowa and Gdańska streets in the area of the construction of pedestrians with elements of small architecture and greenery after the demolition of the farm building, ramp and old fence. In addition, park lighting by the sidewalks will be built. The existing illuminating facility will be dismantled.The new fence and obstacle path will be built on the area of Dz. No 3/1; — development of public space on plots no. 519, 645, 646, 654, 655/1, 653/3, 657 rev.3 along Spichlerzowa and Biskupia Streets. In the project area a comprehensive transformation of public spaces is planned, including functional changes in the south-eastern part of the Old Town within the medieval city walls, including functional changes related to the reduction of car traffic, reconstruction of surfaces, development of small architecture and green space development, demolition of existing lighting installation, construction of new lighting installations in public spaces, construction of networks and connections of rainwater drainage, construction of monitoring. The entire area planned for the implementation of the project is covered by the Local Revitalisation Programme of the Municipality of Lubawa as part of the Over-local revitalisation programme of Cittaslow city network. The development of this section of the city is intended for its social revitalisation. In line with the objectives enshrined in the SZOP Axis VIII “Areas requiring revitalisation”, Action 8.1 will improve the social functions of the revitalised space, promote social inclusion to achieve a better quality of life for the revitalised community. The investor is the Municipality Lubawa located at ul. Rzepnikowskiego 9 A, 14-260 Lubawa. Contractors will be selected in two tender procedures under the PZP Act (English)
