Projekt polega na utworzeniu mieszkania chronionego dla 3 osób w zabytkowym budynku byłej szkoły podstawowej w Goląszy Górnej, zlokalizowanym na obszarze LGD „Brynica to nie granica” oraz obszarze zdegradowanym wyznaczonym do rewitalizacji w LPR Gminy Psary. Zakres inwestycji obejmuje: 1) prace remontowe/budowlane dotyczące adaptacji pomieszczeń na mieszkanie chronione 2) wyposażenie mieszkania 3) monitoring mieszkania 4) promocję projektu 5) studium wykonalności. Projekt realizować będzie wnioskodawca – gmina Psary, zaś budynkiem i mieszkaniem w imieniu wnioskodawcy zarządzać będzie jednostka organizacyjna gminy: Ośrodek Pomocy Społecznej w Psarach. (Polish)

The project consists of the creation of an apartment protected for 3 people in the historic building of the former primary school in Goląsza Górna, located in the area of the ‘Brynica is not border’ LAG and a degraded area designated for revitalisation in the LPR of the Psary commune. The scope of the investment includes: 1) Refurbishment/construction works concerning the adaptation of the premises to a protected apartment 2) apartment equipment 3) monitoring of the apartment 4) promotion of the project 5) feasibility study. The project will be carried out by the applicant – the municipality of Psary, while the building and apartment on behalf of the applicant will be managed by the organizational unit of the municipality: Social Assistance Centre in Psarach.
