Celem głównym projektu jest wzrost kwalifikacji zawodowych i zatrudnienia 80 osób niepełnosprawnych, 48 kobiet i 32 mężczyzn, w wieku 18-24 rż., bez pracy i nie uczestniczących w szkoleniu i kształceniu (zg. z def. NEET), zamieszkałych na terenie woj. mazowieckiego (subregion radomski i warszawski) w okresie 08.2016-01.2018. W projekcie wsparciem objęte zostaną osoby niepełnosprawne w st. lekkim, umiarkowanych i ciężkim, z wykluczeniem niepełnosprowności intelektualnej. Cel projektu osiągnięty będzie dzieki objęciu uczestników kompleksowym programem aktywizacji zawodowo-edukacyjnej, zakładającym wsparcie dostosowane do indywidualnych potrzeb i lokalnych rynków pracy. w projekcie oferowane będą następujące formy wsparcia: a) poradnictwo specjalistyczne/diagnostyczne b) wsparcie osobistego trenera pracy c) poradnictwo zawodowe c) pośrednictwo pracy i monitoring zatrudnienia d) szkolenia zawodowe m.in. - Pracownik telefonicznej i elektronicznej obsługi klienta - Programista ze specjalnością: programista Java, programista aplikacji mobilnych Android, programista aplikacji mobilnych iOS, programista aplikacji mobilnych Windows - Opiekun os. starszej i niesamodzielnej ze specjalnością teleopieka - szkolenie zamawiane na podstawie zdiagnozowanych potrzeb uczestików. e) staże zawodowe f) asystent osoby niepełnosprawnej g) wsparcie dla uczestników sprawujących opiekę nad osobami zależnymi. Uczestnicy szkoleń i staży będą mieli zagwarantowane stypendia oraz zwrot kosztów dojazdu. Rezultaty projektu zakładają m.in.: - wzrost kwalifikacji zawodowych i doświadczenia zawodowego u min. 50% uczestników - osiągnięcie wskaźnika efektywności zatrudnieniowej dla osób niepełnosprawnych min. 20%, dla długotrwale bezrobotnych min. 35% - wzrost udziału w kształcenia ustawicznym, przygotowaniu zawodowym lub stażu po opuszczeniu programu u min. 20% uczestników - wzrost umiejętno (Polish)

The main objective of the project is to increase the professional qualifications and employment of 80 disabled people, 48 women and 32 men, aged 18-24, without a job and not participating in training and training (respect of NEET), residing in the Mazowieckie Voivodeship (Radom and Warsaw subregion) in the period 08.2016-01.2018. The project will support people with disabilities in light, moderate and severe, excluding intellectual incompatibility.The project’s objective will be achieved through the inclusion of participants in a comprehensive vocational and educational activation programme, with support tailored to individual needs and local labour markets.The project will offer the following forms of support: a) Specialist/diagnostic counselling b) support of personal work trainer c) career guidance c) job mediation and employment monitoring d) Vocational training, among others. — Phone and electronic customer service employee – Programmer with specialty:Java developer, Android mobile application developer, iOS mobile app developer, Windows mobile app developer – Senior and dependent caregiver with the specialty of telecare – training ordered on the basis of diagnosed needs of participants. e) professional internships f) Assistant of disabled person g) support for participants taking care of dependent persons. Training participants and traineeships will be guaranteed scholarships and reimbursement of travel expenses. The project results include: — increase of professional qualifications and professional experience in min. 50 % of participants – achieving the employment efficiency ratio for disabled persons min. 20 %, for long-term unemployed min. 35 % – increase in participation in lifelong learning, vocational training or traineeship after leaving the programme at least 20 % of participants – increase skillfully (English)
