Kritickým faktorem naplňování a udržení konkurenční výhody se v posledních letech stávají v čím dál větší míře kompetence lidských zdrojů. Což v dnešní době nabývá na významu v souvislosti s převyšující poptávkou na trhu práce, zejména v technických oborech. In recent years, human resources competences have become a critical factor in fulfilling and maintaining competitive advantage. This is becoming increasingly important today in the context of excess demand on the labour market, especially in technical fields. The main objective of the project is therefore to increase the level of professional (technical and linguistic) knowledge as well as soft (management) skills of existing employees of the company.
