Zakłada wykonanie w budynkach przy ul. Grudziądzkiej 15 i 17 modernizacji systemu grzewczego (wymianę zaworów termostatycznych, założenie wymienników ciepła), izolacji rurociągów c.w.u., docieplenie ścian zewnętrznych, stropodachów wentylowanych i stropów piwnic (przy Grudziądzkiej 15, dodatkowo wymianę okien drewnianych piwnicznych), a w budynkach przy ul. Łużyckiej 61-71, naprawę izolacji cieplnej rur ciepłowniczych, docieplenie ścian zewnętrznych, stropodachów i stropów piwnic oraz wymianę okien drewnianych (klatek schodowych). Prace obejmują prace budowlane, demontażowe i instalacyjne. Wszelkie elementy objęte projektem uwzględniają obowiązujące przepisy prawne i normy właściwe do prac termomodernizacyjnych. Termomodernizacja budynków, przyczyni się do zmniejszenia energochłonności budynków, zmniejszenia zużycia energii pierwotnej, zmniejszenie kosztów bieżącego utrzymania nieruchomości, a tym samym poprawę jakości życia mieszkańców oraz wzrost poczucia wartości mieszkańców, związany z mieszkaniem w estetycznych, energooszczędnych mieszkaniach. Zgodnie z definicją zawartą w Szczegółowym opisie osi priorytetowej Efektywność energetyczna RPO WiM na lata 2014-2020, „Głęboka kompleksowa modernizacja energetyczna budynku” obejmuje kompleksową termomodernizację, zgodnie z art.2 pkt. 2 ustawy z dnia 21 listopada 2008 r. o wspieraniu termomodernizacji i remontów (Dz.U z 2014r., poz. 712), w wyniku której oszczędność energii wyniesie min. 25%. Osiągnięte oszczędności w zakresie zużycia energii oraz przewidywane efekty ekologiczne wynikają z audytów energetycznych sporządzanych przed rozpoczęciem prac remontowo-budowlanych (ex-ante) oraz po ich zakończeniu (ex-post). Przewidywane inwestycje remontowe wpisują się także w przyjęte przez gminę lokalne strategie i plany gospodarki niskoemisyjnej. (Polish)

It assumes execution in buildings on the street. Grudziądzka 15 and 17 modernisation of the heating system (exchange of thermostatic valves, setting up heat exchangers), insulation of central heating pipes, warming of external walls, ventilated stropodach and ceilings of cellars (at Grudziądzka 15, additionally replacement of wooden cellar windows), and in buildings at ul. Lużycka 61-71, repair of heat insulation of heating pipes, warming of external walls, stropodache and ceilings of cellars and replacement of wooden windows (stairways). Works include construction, dismantling and installation work. All elements covered by the project shall take into account existing legal provisions and standards appropriate to thermal retrofitting. The thermal modernisation of buildings will contribute to reducing the energy intensity of buildings, reducing primary energy consumption, reducing the costs of day-to-day maintenance of the property, thereby improving the quality of life of residents and increasing the sense of value of residents associated with living in aesthetic, energy-efficient housing. As defined in the Detailed Description of the Priority Axis Energy Efficiency of the RPO WiM for the years 2014-2020, ‘Deep comprehensive energy modernisation of the building’ includes comprehensive thermomodernisation, in accordance with Article 2 point. 2 of the Act of 21 November 2008 on Support of Thermo Modernisation and Refurbishment (Dz.U. z 2014, item. 712), as a result of which energy savings will be at least 25 %. The savings achieved in terms of energy consumption and the expected environmental effects result from energy audits carried out before and after the start of construction works (ex-ante). The planned refurbishment investments are also part of the local strategies and plans of the low-carbon economy adopted by the municipality. (English)
