„Wychowujemy i pracujemy” to projekt który wpłynie na zmianę sytuacji rodzica/opiekuna prawnego dziecka do lat 3. Na przestrzeni 2 lat 149 osób pełniących funkcje opiekuńcze nad dziećmi do 3 roku życia będzie miało szanse na zwiększenie udziału na rynku pracy tj. możliwość utrzymania zatrudnienia, godzenia życia zawodowego z opieką nad dzieckiem, możliwość powrotu do pracy po przerwie związanej z urlopem macierzyńskim/rodzicielskim/wychowawczym lub możliwość poszukiwania pracy i podjęcia zatrudnienia. Cel ten zostanie osiągnięty poprzez zapewnienie miejsca opieki dla ich dzieci w nowo otwartym Żłobku Publicznym nr 2 w Skoczowie. Żłobek będzie dysponował 77 miejscami, z którego w pierwszym okresie funkcjonowania tj. 01.10.2020-31.07.2021 skorzysta 77 dzieci i w drugim okresie 01.09.2021-29.06.2022 72 dzieci W ramach projektu zostanie wykonana adaptacja pomieszczeń, dlatego jego realizacja obejmująca prace wykończeniowe i funkcjonowanie przypadnie na okres 01.07.2020r.-30.06.2022r. “We raise and work” is a project that will change the situation of the parent/legal guardian of the child under the age of 3. Over 2 years, 149 people who carry out childcare functions up to 3 years will have the chance to increase their participation in the labour market, i.e. the possibility of retaining employment, reconciling working life and childcare, the possibility of returning to work after a break related to maternity/parent/educational leave or the possibility of looking for a job and taking up employment. This will be achieved by providing a place of care for their children in the newly opened Public Nursery No. 2 in Skoczów. The nursery will have 77 seats, from which in the first period of operation, i.e. 01.10.2020-31.07.2021 will benefit 77 children and in the second period 01.09.2021-29.06.2022 72 children The project will carry out adaptation of the premises, which is why its implementation, including finishing work and functioning will be for the period 01.07.2020r-30.06.2022r.
