Projekt ukierunkowany na zwiększenie zatrudnienia osób zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społecznym - bezrobotnych, ze szczególnym uwzględnieniem osób, dla których ustalono III profil pomocy (70 os. 48 k, 22 m). Wszystkie/cy uczestniczki/cy projektu objęte/ci zostaną usługami aktywnej integracji o charakterze społecznym, składającym się m.in. z: 1. poradnictwo psychologiczne z wykorzystaniem usług aktywnej integracji, tzw. Indywidualny Plan Pracy (IPP); 2. trening umiejętności społecznych służący doskonaleniu behawioralnej strony kompetencji oraz uwolnieniu blokad i ograniczeń w relacjach międzyludzkich; 3. warsztaty terapeutyczne kształtujące umiejętności osobiste mające na celu podniesienie samooceny, wiary we własne możliwości oraz aktywację pełniejszego potencjału; 4. wsparcie środowiskowe- dostosowane do potrzeb uczestnika. W wyniku ww. indywidualizacji, określonej w IPP, przewiduje się realizację działań aktywizacyjnych, prowadzących do skutecznego powrotu na rynek pracy, obejmujących następujące usługi i instrumenty rynku pracy: 1. uzyskanie kwalifikacji lub kompetencji, tj. szkolenia (planowane 30os.), 2. zdobycie doświadczenia zawodowego, tj. staże (planowane 40os.), 3. prace interwencyjne (planowane 20os.); 4. poradnictwo zawodowe w postaci stałej opieki doświadczonego doradcy, polegającej na aktywizowaniu i motywowaniu poprzez kontakt bezpośredni (osob./telef.) i z wykorzystaniem techn. IT; 5. pośrednictwo pracy- nawiązywanie kontaktów/współpraca z pracodawcami poprzez m.in. pozyskiwanie informacji o wolnych miejscach pracy- przedstawianie ofert zatrudnienia/uruchamianie dostępnych form pomocy. Planowane jest objęcie części uczestników więcej niż 1 z form wsparcia (w przypadkach uzasadnionych indywidualnymi potrzebami). Minimalny poziom efektywności zatrudnieniowej planowany jest na poziomie 22%. (Polish)

Project aimed at increasing the employment of people at risk of poverty or social exclusion – the unemployed, with particular attention to those for whom a third aid profile has been established (70 people. 48 k, 22 m). All participants in the project will be covered by active inclusion services of a social nature, including: 1. psychological counselling with the use of active inclusion services, so-called. Individual Work Plan (IPP); 2. Training of social skills to improve the behavioural aspect of competence and to unleash blockages and limitations in human relations; 3. therapeutic workshops shaping personal skills aimed at increasing self-assessment, confidence in their own capabilities and activation of fuller potential; 4. environmental support- tailored to the needs of the participant. As a result of the above-mentioned individualisations, as defined in the IPP, activation measures are envisaged, leading to an effective return to the labour market, including the following labour market services and instruments: 1. obtaining qualifications or competences, i.e. training (planned 30 people), 2. gaining professional experience, i.e. traineeships (planned 40 people), 3. intervention work (planned 20 people); 4. Vocational guidance in the form of permanent care of an experienced advisor, consisting of activating and motivating through direct contact (person/telph.) and using techn. IT IS 5. intermediation of employment – establishing contacts/cooperation with employers through, among others, obtaining information on vacancies – presenting job offers/starting available forms of assistance. It is planned to cover more than 1 of the forms of support (where justified by individual needs). The minimum level of employment efficiency is planned at 22 %. (English)
