Projekt obejmuje kompleksową modernizację jednego budynku użyteczności publicznej w Gminie Świerklaniec - budynku Urzędu Gminy. Jest to budynek będący własnością Gminy Świerklaniec, usytuowany w centrum miejscowości, stanowiący negatywną wizytówkę Gminy. Kompleksowa termomodernizacja polega na dociepleniu obiektu, wymianie kotła węglowego na gazowy i wymianie instalacji C.O. Celem projektu jest zarówno modernizacja energetyczna, jak i likwidacja niskiej emisji poprzez znaczące obniżenie emisji CO2 do atmosfery. Realizacja projektu zakończy się w 2017 roku. (Polish)

The project includes a comprehensive modernisation of one public utility building in Świerklaniec Municipality – the building of the Municipal Office. It is a building owned by the Świerklaniec commune, located in the centre of the village, which is a negative business card of the municipality. Comprehensive thermomodernisation involves warming the facility, replacing the coal boiler with gas and replacing the C.O. The aim of the project is both energy modernisation and elimination of low emissions by significantly reducing CO2 emissions into the atmosphere. The project will be completed in 2017. (English)
