Opracowanie konstrukcji i wprowadzenie do produkcji nowych maszyn stosowanych w przetwórstwie żywności i produkcji napojów z jednoczesnym wprowadzeniem nowego sposobu filtracji cząstek stałych na rurociągach zasilających i odprowadzających produkty. Przy wytwarzaniu tych maszyn zostanie wprowadzony innowacyjny sposób łączenia blach w technologi spawania laserowego. Sposób łączenia blach umożliwia poprzez wprowadzenie wysokiego ciśnienia pomiędzy łączone blachy uzyskania przestrzeni niezbędnej do przeprowadzenia procesów termicznych zachodzących we wdrożonych do produkcji maszynach. W maszynach tych zostaną zastosowane innowacyjne rozwiązania konstrukcyjne mieszadeł stosowanych przy przetwórstwie żywności i produkcji napojów. W wyniku realizacji projektu zostaną opracowane konstrukcyjnie i wdrożone do produkcji między innymi maszyny takie jak: maszyna, mieszalnik lub maszyna do: 1. - obróbki miazgi kakaowej oraz masy kakaowej i czekoladowej. 2. - produkcji kwasu chlebowego, podmłody oraz rozdrabniania i magazynowania drożdży. 3. - obróbki termicznej wyrobów mleczarskich takich jak śmietana, ser, jogurt. 4. - warzenia i zacierania słodu przy produkcji wyrobów piwowarskich. 5 - wytwarzania syropu cukrowego z cukru kryształu w procesie wsadowym lub ciągłym do produkcji napojów 6 - .fermentacji wina 7. - obróbki enzymatycznej i klarowania soków. 8. - automatycznego procesu mycia w obiegu zamkniętym maszyn i urządzeń w produkcji żywności. Odbiorcami tych maszyn w grupach docelowych będą firmy piekarnicze, mleczarskie, piwowarskie, winiarskie, producenci soków, przemysłu cukierniczego, mięsnego i farmaceutycznego. (Polish)

Design and introduction to the production of new machinery used in food processing and beverage manufacturing, while introducing a new way of filtering solid particles on the supply and discharge pipes. In the manufacture of these machines an innovative way of combining sheets in laser welding technology will be introduced. The method of combining sheets makes it possible, by the introduction of a high pressure between the combined sheets of space necessary to carry out the thermal processes of the machinery in use in the manufacture of machinery. Innovative solutions for the construction of stirrers used for food processing and beverage production will be used in these machines. As a result of the project, construction will be developed and implemented for the production of, inter alia, machinery such as: machine, mixer or machine to: 1. — cocoa treatment and cocoa paste and chocolate. 2. — the production of bread, young people, and the crushing and storage of yeast. 3. Dairy products such as cream, cheese, yoghurt. 4. Brewing and boiling of malt in the manufacture of beer products. 5 — manufacture of sugar syrup from crystal sugar in a batch process or continuous for the production of 6 beverages — fermentation of wine 7. — enzymatic treatment and clarification of juices. 8. The automatic process of washing in the loop of machinery and equipment in the manufacture of food. The recipients of these machines in the target groups will be bakery, dairy, brewing, wine, juice producers, confectionery, meat and pharmaceutical companies. (English)
