Przedmiotem projektu są działania inwestycyjne mające na celu budowę dwóch budynków mieszkalnych dla podopiecznych Wielofunkcyjnej Placówki Opiekuńczo-Wychowawczej w Brzeziu (powiat włocławski, gm. Brześć Kujawski), w których mieszkać będzie po 14 dzieci wraz z opiekunem. Budynki będą tworzyć placówkę opiekuńczo-wychowawczą typu rodzinnego, tzw. "placówka rodzinna". Budynki zlokalizowano na działce oznaczonej nr 89/8, położonej w miejscowości Brzezie 35, działka jest własnością Powiatu Włocławskiego. Oprócz wymienionych budynków mieszkalnych na przedmiotowej działce przewiduje się budowę terenu utwardzonego kostką betonową, po którym odbywać się będzie komunikacja, a także na którym zlokalizowano drogę dojazdową z chodnikiem, plac manewrowy dla wozu strażackiego oraz miejsca parkingowe. Część działki przeznaczoną dla potrzeb Placówki oddzielono ogrodzeniem, wyposażonym w bramę przesuwną oraz furtkę. Na działce zaprojektowano tereny zielone oraz nasadzenia drzew i krzewów wzdłuż istniejącego ogrodzenia. Projekt obejmuje również wyposażenie obiektu w niezbędne meble i sprzęt m.in komputery. Wnioskodawcą w niniejszym projekcie jest Powiat Włocławski. Za realizację projektu od strony formalno-prawnej odpowiadają pracownicy Starostwa Powiatowego. Po zakończeniu projektu powstaną dwie placówki opiekuńczo-wychowawcze, które będą zarządzały powstałą w ramach projektu infrastrukturą. The object of the project is investment activities aimed at the construction of two residential buildings for patients of the Multifunctional Care and Educational Institution in Brzeziu (Włocław County, Brześć Kujawski) where 14 children and a caregiver will live. The buildings will create a care and education facility of the family type, so-called. “family place.” The buildings are located on plot no. 89/8, located in Brzezie 35, the plot is owned by Włocław County. In addition to the above-mentioned residential buildings on this plot, it is envisaged to build an area paved with concrete cube, followed by communication, as well as an access road with a pavement, a manoeuvring area for a fire truck and parking spaces. The part of the plot intended for the needs of the office was separated by a fence, equipped with a sliding gate and a gate. The plot has been designed for green areas and planting trees and shrubs along the existing fence. The project also includes equipping the facility with the necessary furniture and equipment, including computers. The applicant in this project is Włocław County. The employees of the District Starostwo are responsible for the implementation of the project from the formal and legal side. After the completion of the project, two care and educational institutions will be established, which will manage the infrastructure created within the framework of the project. They will be the organizational units of the Włocław County. (English)
