Celem projektu jest podniesienie kompetencji min. 190studentów Uniwer. Łódzkiego, przyszłych n-cieli nauk matemat.-przyrodniczych, poprzez modyfikację programów kształcenia na kierunkach ze spec. nauczycielską zg. z aktualnymi potrzebami społ.-gospodarczymi i ich realizację w okresie od 2019 do 2023. Programy kształcenia zostaną uzupełnione o nowe, dotychczas nie realizowane przedmioty, po ukończeniu których, studenci osiągną określone dlań efekty kształcenia i jednocześnie, nastąpi poprawa jakości dotychczasowej oferty kształcenia n-cielskiego, w tym jakości odbywanych praktyk. Grupę docelową proj. stanowi uczelnia oraz studenci studiów stacjonarnychspecjalności nauczycielskiej następ.kierunków UŁ:Biologia na Wydz. Biologii i Ochrony Środowiska, Nauczanie Chemii na Wydz.Chemii, Nauczanie Matematyki na Wydz.Matematyki i Informatyki, Nauczanie i popularyzacja fizykina Wydz.Fizyki i Informatyki Stosowanej orazGeografia na Wydz.Nauk Geograficznych.W ramach zadań zaplanowano modyfikację istniejących programów kształcenia przyszłych n-cieli z zakresu nauk mat.-przyrodniczych w oparciu o zdiagnozowane potrzeby oraz uwzg. oczekiwania gospodarki, rynku i społeczeństwa oraz późniejszą ich realizację. Rezultatem zaplan. zadańjest wykształcenieprofesjonalistów w swym zawodzie, ekspertów od rozwoju ucznia, refleksyjnych praktyków, spolegliwych opiekunów, ludzi pozytyw. nastawionych do nowych doświadczeń i poszukujących innowac.rozwiązań pedagog., potrafiących pracować w zespole ale też mających świadomość wł. zainteresowań i potrafiących wykorzystywać je w procesie samorealizacji. Absolwenci nabędą umiej. personalizowania procesu nauczania, wiedzę psych.-pedag. umożliwiającą skuteczne wsparcie integralnego rozwoju ucznia, kompetencje komunikacyjne, komp. niezbędne do ciągłego doskonalenia jakości swojej pracy, w tym z zakresu TIK, będą przygotowani do skutecznego i efektyw. realizowania zadań zawodowych (dydaktycz., wychowawczych i opiekuńczych) wynikających z roli n-ciela. The aim of the project is to increase the competence of at least 190 students of the University. Lodz, future mathematicians-natural sciences, by modifying the curriculum of teaching courses in accordance with the current needs of the community-economic and their implementation in the period from 2019 to 2023. The training programmes will be complemented by new, not yet implemented subjects, after which students will achieve the educational outcomes specified for them and at the same time improve the quality of the current training offer, including the quality of their apprenticeships. The target group of the project is the university and students of full-time studies of teaching specialties followed by the University of Lodz:Biology at the Faculty of Science. Biology and Environmental Protection, Teaching Chemistry at the Faculty of Chemistry, Teaching Mathematics and Computer Science, Teaching and popularising Physics and Applied Computer Sciences, and Geography at the Faculty of Geographic Sciences.As part of the tasks, it was planned to modify existing programs of education for future sciences in mats-natural sciences, based on market needs and expectations. The result of the plan is to educate professionals in their profession, experts on student development, reflective practitioners, dependable caregivers, positive people. focused on new experiences and seeking innovative solutions teachers who are able to work in a team but who are also aware of their interests and who are able to use them in the process of self-realisation. Graduates will learn how to personalise the teaching process, mental knowledge.-pedag. enabling effective support for the integral development of the student, communication skills, comp. necessary for continuous improvement of the quality of their work, including ICT, will be prepared for effective and effective execution of professional tasks (editoring, educational and care) resulting from the role of n-leader.
