Numer_referencyjny_programu_pomocowego: SA.41471(2015/X) Przeznaczenie_pomocy_publicznej: art. 25 rozporządzenia KE nr 651/2014 z dnia 17 czerwca 2014 r. uznające niektóre rodzaje pomocy za zgodne z rynkiem wewnętrznym w stosowaniu art. 107 i 108 Traktatu (Dz. Urz. UE L 187/1 z 26.06.2014). Przedmiotem wniosku jest przeprowadzenie badań oraz prac rozwojowych w celu zbudowania prototypu stacji ładowania autobusów elektrycznych zasilanej z sieci DC. Zaletą tego rozwiązania jest połączenie dwóch bardzo ważnych cech wymaganych od tego typu urządzeń: możliwości łatwego instalowania w aglomeracjach miejskich poprzez podłączenie zasilania z istniejących sieci trakcyjnych tramwajowych lub trolejbusowych DC oraz możliwość bardzo szybkiego uzupełnienia energii w autobusach elektrycznych. Przedmiot projektu będzie się charakteryzował podwyższoną sprawnością energetyczną dzięki zastosowaniu wysokosprawnych dwukierunkowych przekształtników wysokiej częstotliwości. W miejscu przyłączenia stacji ładowania do sieci trakcyjnej opcjonalnie będzie instalowana hybrydowa bateria superkondensatorowa LIC. W trakcie projektu poddane zostaną badaniom układy przekształcenia energii DC/DC oraz DC/AC/DC, a wyniki badań będą stanowiły wytyczne do prac rozwojowych nad wysokosprawną stacją ładowania autobusów elektrycznych zasilanej z sieci DC z opcją podłączenia lokalnego magazynu energii. Reference number of the aid programme: SA.41471(2015/X) Purpose of public aid: Article 25 of EC Regulation No 651/2014 of 17 June 2014 declaring certain types of aid compatible with the internal market in the application of Articles 107 and 108 of the Treaty (OJ L. I'm sorry. EU L 187/1 of 26.06.2014). The subject of the proposal is to carry out research and development in order to build a prototype charging station for electric buses powered from the DC network. The advantage of this solution is the combination of two very important features required for this type of equipment: easy installation in urban agglomerations by connecting power from existing tram or trolleybus DC traction networks and the possibility of replenishing power in electric buses very quickly. The subject of the project will be characterised by increased energy efficiency through the use of high-efficiency high-frequency bidirectional high frequency converters. At the point where the charging station is connected to the overhead contact line, a hybrid LIC supercapacitor battery will be optionally installed. During the project, the energy conversion systems DC/DC and DC/AC/DC will be tested, and the results of the research will guide the development of a high-performance charging station for electric buses powered from the DC network with the option of connecting the local energy storage.
