CEL GŁÓWNYCelem głównym projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia 96 os.bezrobotnych,poszukujących pracy i biernych zawodowo (min.60K/36M) defaworyzowanych na RP,powyżej 29 r.ż. (tj.od dnia 30 urodzin) zamieszkujących na obszarach wiejskich OSI w WW w rozumieniu przepisów KC.Cel zostanie osiągnięty w okresie od IX 2018-IX 2019 poprzez udział w proj.i otrzymanie przez UP kompleksowego wsparcia prowadzącego do zatrudnienia w wyniku którego osiągnięte zostaną wskaźniki efektywności zatrudnieniowejGRUPA DOCELOWA:Wsparciem zostanie objętych 96 (60K/36M) osób bezrobotnych (79 osób tj. 48M/31K)),poszukujących pracy i biernych zaw.(17 os. tj. 12K/5M), defaworyzowanych na rynku pracy powyżej 29 r.ż zamieszkujących (w rozumieniu KC) wiejskie obszary funkcjonalne wymagające wsparcia procesów rozwojowych (zg.z regionalnymi Obszarami Strategicznej Interwencji-OSI), w tym:• 29 os.długotrwale bezrobotne (17K/12M)• 5 os.z niepełnosprawnościami (3K/2M)• 42 os.o niskich kwalifikacjach (26K/16M)• 17 os.w wieku 50 lat i więcej (11K/6M)ZADANIA:1. DIAGNOZA INDYWIDUALNYCH POTRZEB I POTENCJAŁÓW UCZESTNIKÓW PROJEKTU W CELU PRZYGOTOWANIA I REALIZACJI WSPARCIA2. SZKOLENIA ZAWODOWE3. KOMPLEKSOWE I INDYWIDUALNE POŚREDNICTWO PRACY4. NABYWANIE LUB UZUPEŁNIANIE DOŚWIADCZENIA ZAWODOWEGO POPRZEZ ODBYCIE STAŻU ZAWODOWEGOWSKAŹNIKI EFEKTYWNOŚCI ZATRUDNIENIOWEJ:Projekt zakłada osiągnięcie wskaźnika efektywności zatrudnieniowej dla:• osób w wieku 50 lat i więcej – 33%• kobiet – 39%• osób z niepełnosprawnościami – 33%• osób długotrwale bezrobotnych – 30%• osób o niskich kwalifikacjach – 38% (Polish)

The main aim of the main project is to increase the employment of 96 people who are unemployed, looking for a job and are economically inactive (min.60K/36M) who are disadvantaged in the Republic of Poland over 29. (at the 30th anniversary of the birth) of the OSI rural areas within the meaning of the KC.Objective will be achieved in the period from IX 2018-IX 2019 by participating in the proj.and the receipt by the UP of the comprehensive support leading to employment resulting in the employment performance indicators of the GROUP DOCELOWA: support will be provided to 96 (60K/36M) unemployed persons (i.e. 79 persons: 48M/31K)), looking for work and inactive. (17: 12K/5M), disadvantaged on the labour market above 29, living (within the meaning of the CC) with rural functional areas requiring support for development processes (in line with the Regional Strategic Intervention Areas), including:• 29 long-term unemployed (17K/12M)• 5 with disabilities (3K/2M)• 42 with low qualifications (26K/16M)• 17 persons aged 50 and over (11K/6M): 1.
