Przedmiotem inwestycji jest kompleksowe przygotowanie terenów przyległych do linii kolejowej Chorzele – Wielbark - Olsztyn (stanowiącej część linii Chorzele – Olsztyn - Gdańsk) do pełnienia funkcji strefy gospodarczej funkcjonującej w ramach Przasnyskiej Strefy Gospodarczej . Obecnie teren byłego lotniska o powierzchni 309 ha przeznaczony jest na specjalną Strefę Gospodarczą, położony jest miedzy dwiema głównymi drogami gminy tj. droga wojewódzka nr 544 i droga krajową nr 57 na terenie Gminy Przasnysz. Projekt obejmuje udostępnienie nowych terenów inwestycyjnych (80 ha) w północnej części powiatu przedsiębiorcom krajowym i zagranicznym oraz pomoc w przygotowaniu inwestycji. Planuje się realizację przedsięwzięcia polegającego na budowie uzbrojenia Strefy Gospodarczej w mieście Chorzele, gm. Chorzele, powiat przasnyski. Inwestycja będzie spełniała funkcje terenów przeznaczonych pod działalność gospodarczą, produkcyjną i składową. W ramach realizacji przedsięwzięcia planuje się wykonanie uzbrojenia terenu Strefy Gospodarczej w mieście Chorzele, tj.: - dróg wewnętrznych, - sieci wodociągowej, - kanalizacji sanitarnej, - kanalizacji deszczowej, - urządzeń elektroenergetycznych, - linii telekomunikacyjnej, - infrastruktury przeładunkowej, Szerzej opisane w SW str. 22 (Polish)

The subject of the investment is the comprehensive preparation of the areas adjacent to the railway line Chzaleas — Wielka — Olsztyn (part of the line Chzele — Olsztyn — Gdansk) as an economic zone within the Prazonika Economic Zone. The area of the former airport of 309 ha is currently located in the Special Economic Zone, which is between the two main roads of the municipality, i.e. the provincial road No 544 and national road No 57 in the municipality of Przasnysz. The project includes the opening up of new investment sites (80 ha) in the northern part of the district to national and foreign entrepreneurs and assistance in the preparation of investments. It is planned to carry out a project involving the construction of the site of the Economic Zone in the town of Chzaleas, the district of Chelzele. The investment will fulfil the functions of land set aside for economic, productive and building activities. As part of the project, it is planned to carry out the construction of the site of the area of the Economic Zone in the city of Chazele, i.e.: The internal roads, the water supply network, the sanitary sewage system, the storm-water system, the power equipment, the telecommunication line, the transhipment facility, the safety schedule referred to in the SW pages. 22 (English)
