PRZEDSIĘBIORSTWO USŁUGOWE HUBERT NIEDZIAŁEK

Głównym celem projektu jest zwiększenie efektywności energetycznej budynku usługowego Przedsiębiorstwa Usługowego Hubert Niedziałek oraz ochrona i poprawa stanu środowiska naturalnego poprzez głęboką termomodernizację wraz z wykorzystaniem odnawialnych źródeł energii. Zadania zaplanowane w projekcie to: - Wymiana oświetlenia; - Przebudowa źródła ciepła dla c.w.u.; - Wykonanie instalacji wentylacji mechanicznej z odzyskiem ciepła; - Ocieplenie tarasu; - Ocieplenie ścian zewnętrznych; - Ocieplenie stropodachu; - Wymiana okien; - Ocieplenie skosu dachu; - Wymiana drzwi; - Ocieplenie podłogi w suterenie; - System zarządzania energią; - Modernizacja instalacji c.o. (w tym pompa ciepła wraz z osprzętem); - Montaż instalacji fotowoltaicznej o mocy 10 kW. Rezultaty projektu wyrażone wskaźnikami to: Ilość zaoszczędzonej energii cieplnej 552, 20 GJ/rok; Ilość zaoszczędzonej energii elektrycznej 23,4 MWh/rok; Produkcja energii cieplnej z nowo wybudowanych/nowych mocy wytwórczych instalacji wykorzystujących OZE 4,783 MWht/rok; Produkcja energii elektrycznej z nowo wybudowanych/nowych mocy wytwórczych instalacji wykorzystujących OZE 10 MWhe/rok; Szacowany roczny spadek emisji gazów cieplarnianych 58,09 tony równoważnika CO2/rok; Zmniejszenie zużycia energii końcowej w wyniku realizacji projektów 636,1 GJ/rok; Produkcja energii elektrycznej z nowo wybudowanych instalacji wykorzystujących OZE 10 MWhe/rok; Produkcja energii cieplnej z nowo wybudowanych instalacji wykorzystujących OZE 4,783 MWht/rok. Grupą docelową projektu jest przedsiębiorstwo Usługowe Hubert Niedziałek, jak również w sposób pośredni dzięki poprawie jakości powietrza okoliczni mieszkańcy. (Polish)

The main objective of the project is to increase the energy efficiency of the service building of Hubert Unparcels, and to protect and improve the state of the environment through deep thermo-modernisation with the use of renewable energy sources. The tasks planned for the project are: — Exchange of lighting; — Redeployment of the heat source for hot water. — Performance of the mechanical ventilation system with heat recovery; — warming of the terrace; Insulation of external walls; — the warming of the cap; — Exchange of windows; — insulation of the roof of the roof; — The exchange of doors; — insulation of the floor on the ground; — Energy management system; — Modernisation of the heating system (including a heat pump with its fittings); — Installation of a 10 kW photovoltaic installation. The results of the project are: Amount of thermal energy saved 552, 20 GJ/year; Amount of electricity saved 23.4 MWh/year; Thermal energy production from newly built/new generation capacity of installations using RES 4,783 MWHT/year; Production of electricity from newly built/new generation capacity of installations using RES 10 MWhe/year; Estimated annual decrease in greenhouse gas emissions of 58,09 tonne of equivalent CO2/rok; Reduce final energy consumption due to the implementation of projects 636,1 GJ/year; Electricity production from newly constructed RES installations 10 MWhe/year; Thermal energy production from newly built RES 4,783 MWHT/year. The target group of the project is Hubert Unparcels, as well as indirectly through the improvement of the air quality of the public and residents. (English)
