Projekt wynika z potrzeby kompleksowej rewitalizacji obszarów gminy Strzelin, na których zidentyfikowano szczególne nagromadzenie negatywnych zjawisk w zdefiniowanych strefach życia społeczno – gospodarczego (por. LPR, str. 72). Analiza przeprowadzona na poziomie LPR- u wykazała m.in. zjawiska kryzysowe w sferze społecznej oraz przestrzennej i technicznej, w tym brak zagospodarowania obszaru rynku miasta (s. 51), który może spełniać rolę centralnej strefy społeczno – gospodarczej miasta. Rewitalizacja częściowo dotyczy obszaru o wartościach zabytkowych (historyczny układ urbanistyczny), który został wpisany do rejestru zabytków prowadzonego przez Wojewódzkiego Konserwatora Zabytków we Wrocławiu (decyzja A/1422/392 z dnia 25.11.1956 oraz znajduje się w gminnym rejestrze zabytków. Wnioskodawca wykonał dokumentację techniczną i kosztorysową i uzyskał pozwolenie na budowę. Prace są planowane na ostatni kwartał 2017 r. oraz rok 2018. Przedmiotem projektu jest interwencja budowlana w zakresie: - wymiany zniszczonej nawierzchni chodników pierzei wschodniej rynku na nawierzchnie granitowe oraz odbudowa schodów - odwodnienie pierzei wschodniej rynku - wykonanie oświetlenia ulicznego - wykonanie podjazdu dla osób niepełnosprawnych - wykonanie oświetlenia pierzei wschodniej rynku Powierzchnia zrewitalizowanej przestrzeni publicznej w ramach projektu wynosi 0,4248 ha Powstała infrastruktura będzie w pełni dostosowana do potrzeb osób niepełnosprawnych. Gmina Strzelin jest dysponentem nieruchomości na których realizowanego będą roboty na cele budowlane. Jest ona jednocześnie realizatorem oraz operatorem projektu. (Polish)

The project is due to the need for comprehensive regeneration of the area of Strzelin, where a specific accumulation of negative developments in defined social and economic areas is identified (cf. LPR, str. EUR 72). The analysis carried out at the LPR- u level has shown, inter alia, the social, spatial and technical situation of the crisis, including the lack of urban development (p. 51), which can act as a central social and economic zone of the city. The regeneration relates partly to the area with historic values (historic urbanisation), which was entered in the register of historic monuments carried out by the Provincial Conservator of Monuments in Wrocław (Decision A/1422/392 of 25.11.1956 and is located in the municipal register of historic monuments. The applicant has carried out the technical and financial documentation and obtained a building permit. The work is planned for the last quarter of 2017 and for 2018. The subject of the project is a construction action in the area of: — the replacement of the devastated pavement and the eastern market on the granite pavements and the reconstruction of the stairs — drainage of the pitted and eastern markets — construction of street lighting — implementation of a crane for people with a disability — completion of the lighting and the eastern market, the surface of a regenerated public space within the project is 0.4248 ha. the infrastructure will be fully adapted to the needs of persons with disabilities. The municipality of Strzelin is a property owner in which works for construction work will be carried out. It is both a project operator and a project operator. (English)
