Przedsięwzięcie zakłada kompleksową rewitalizację zabytkowego budynku (dawnego zajazdu) w Siennicy Różanej i stworzenie pierwszego w gminie centrum restauracyjno-konferencyjnego. Jego głównym celem jest poprawa warunków rozwoju gospodarczego i podniesienie komfortu życia na obszarze rewitalizacji Gminy Siennica Różana. Projekt stanowi element przedsięwzięcia rewitalizacyjnego uwzględnionego w lokalnym programie rewitalizacji pn. Rozbudowa budynku usługowego wraz z rewitalizacją dawnego zajazdu. Do głównych zadań projektu należą: promocja projektu, rewitalizacja zabytkowego budynku, zagospodarowanie terenu, zakup wyposażenia, przygotowanie kosztorysu inwestorskiego, nadzór inwestorski i zarządzanie projektem. W wyniku ich realizacji zabytkowy budynek zostanie odremontowany, dostosowany do potrzeb osób niepełnosprawnych i przygotowany do prowadzenia działalności gospodarczej (pow. użytkowa: 356,91 m2). Realizacja projektu pozwoli na rozwój działalności Wnioskodawcy i wprowadzenie na obszarze rewitalizacji nowych usług gastronomiczno-rekreacyjnych i związanych z organizacją szkoleń i konferencji. Odbiorcami projektu będą lokalni mieszkańcy (większa dostępność usług, nowe miejsce spotkań, poprawa jakości życia), turyści (nowa atrakcja turystyczna, możliwość skorzystania z usług gastronomiczno-rekreacyjnych) oraz przedsiębiorstwa i instytucje z regionu (możliwość organizacji szkoleń i konferencji, atrakcyjne miejsce spotkań biznesowych.). Szacuje się, że liczba osób korzystających z obiektu infrastruktury społeczno-kulturalnej/turystycznej będącego przedmiotem projektu wyniesie 5570 rocznie. Realizacja projektu przyczyni się do odnowy i ochrony obiektu dziedzictwa kultury, poprawy dostępności do usług w gminie Siennica Różana, poprawy estetyki i atrakcyjności turystycznej obszaru rewitalizacji, stworzenia nowych miejsc pracy, podniesienia komfortu życia i bezpieczeństwa mieszkańców oraz ochrony środowiska (poprzez usunięcie wyrobów azbestowych z dachu budynku). The project involves a comprehensive regeneration of the heritage building (the old meeting) in Saenica rose and the creation of a first in the municipality of a restaurant and conference centre. Its main aim is to improve the conditions for economic development and to improve the quality of life in the area of the revitalisation of the municipality of Sannica. The project is part of a regeneration project included in the local regeneration programme: Extension of the service building with the revitalisation of the old meeting. The main tasks of the project include: the promotion of the project, the regeneration of the heritage building, the development of the site, the purchase of equipment, the preparation of an investment cost estimate, investor supervision and project management. As a result of these, the historic building will be renovated, adapted to the needs of persons with disabilities and prepared to carry out their economic activities (formulation: 356.91 m²). The project will allow for the development of the applicant’s activities and the introduction of new catering and recreation services in the area and related to the organisation of training and conferences. The project audience will be local residents (better availability of services, new meeting place, improved quality of life), tourists (a new tourist attraction, the possibility of catering and leisure services), as well as businesses and institutions in the region (the possibility to organise training and conferences, an attractive location for business meetings). It is estimated that the number of people using the social and cultural infrastructure involved in the project will be 5570 per year. The project will help to restore and protect the cultural heritage site, improve accessibility to services in the municipality of Siennica, improve the tourist area’s aesthetics and attractiveness, create new jobs, improve people’s comfort and safety and protect the environment (by removing asbestos products from the roof).
