Głównym celem projektu jest poprawa obsługi osób zgłaszających się do MGOPS w Sztumie poprzez wdrożenie w jednostce usprawnień funkcjonalnych orazorganizacyjnych polegających na oddzieleniu pracy administracyjnej od pracy socjalnej oraz usług socjalnych w okresie od 01.03.2018 r. do 31.08.2019 r.W ramach projektu, w toku wdrożenia usprawnień organizacyjnych i zmiany struktury jednostki zostaną wyodrębnione: 4 zespoły:- ds. pierwszego kontaktu- ds. pracy socjalnej- ds. usług socjalnych- ds. świadczeń przyznawanych decyzją administracyjnąW skład zespołu ds. pracy socjalnej oraz ds. usług socjalnych będzie wchodził min.1 prac. socjalny (w obu zespołach),posiadający specjalizację I lub II stopnia w zaw. prac. socjalny.Projekt składa się z 3 zadań merytorycznych:1. Przygotowanie jednostki do wdrożenia zmian organizacyjnych 2. Wdrażanie nowego modelu organizacyjnego funkcjonowania jednostki3.Wsparcie szkoleniowe pracowników jednostkiDziałania w ramach proj. realizowane będą zgodnie z przepisami Ustawy z dn. 12.03.2004 r. o pom. społ. (Dz.U.z 2016 r.,poz. 930,z późn. zm.) i przepisami wyk.do tej ustawy.Wnioskodawca w zakresie realizacji proj. wdroży w ramach swojej jednostki org.nowy system organizacyjny, zgodny z art. 110a ustawy o pom. społ.oraz zapewni wykorzystanie rozwiązań modelowych oddzielenia procedury administracyjnej przyznawania świadczeń pomocy społecznej od pracy socjalnej, w oparciu o Zasady wdrażania usprawnień organizacyjnych w jednostkach organizacyjnych pomocy społecznej oraz Modele realizacji usług o określonym standardzie w gminie.Proj.zakłada przestrzeganie zasad zrównoważonego rozwoju.Wnioskodawca nie uzyskał dofinas.w ramach wcześniejszych konkursów POWER -nr POWR.02.05.00-IP.03-00-005/16 i POWR.02.05.00-IP.03-00-006/16 (Polish)

The main objective of the project is to improve the handling of persons reporting to MGOPS in Sztuma through the implementation of functional and organisational improvements in the unit by separating the administrative work from social work and social services between 01.03.2018 and 31.08.2019. within the framework of the project, the project will be distinguished in the course of the implementation of organisational improvements and changes in the structure of the unit:4 teams — “Social/Social Services — Social Affairs — benefits granted by an administrative decision — The social work team and the social services team will consist of min.1 social work team (in both teams), with a first or second degree of social work in both groups). the project consists of 3 substantive tasks: 1.Preparing an entity for the implementation of organisational changes 2.The implementation of the new model for the organisational mode of operation of the unit.3.Training support staff of the unit will be implemented in accordance with the provisions of the Act of12.03.2004 State of pomocals(Journal of Laws of 2016, item(930, as amended) and the provisions of the Polish Implementation Act, the applicant will implement in the framework of its entity.org.a new organisational system in line with Article 110a of the Law on social assistance and will ensure the use of models for the separation of the administrative procedure for the granting of social assistance benefits from social work, based on the principles of organisational improvement in social assistance organisational units and the modelling of the provision of services of a specific standard in the scheme. the proposal is based on compliance with the principles of sustainable development.
