Planowana inwestycja polega na zagospodarowaniu terenu dla budowy wieży widokowej wraz z niezbędną infrastrukturą. Projektuje się wieżę widokową o wysokości 40 m, budynek obsługi ruchu turystycznego i edukacji ekologicznej, parking z dojazdem, ciąg pieszo-rowerowy oraz wyposażenie w małą architekturę. Przedsięwzięcie położone jest w miejscowości Przytarnia, na działkach nr 153/1 i 152/1 obr. Przytarnia, gmina Karsin. Wyznaczona lokalizacja stanowi największe wzniesienie w najbliższej okolicy (195,4 m). Obsługa komunikacyjna zapewniona jest z drogi gminnej. Odległość od Karsina wynosi około 8 km. Obiekt zostanie umiejscowiony w przebiegu uczęszczanego szlaku rowerowego, na odcinku Wiele-Przytarnia o długości 2,1km. Głównym celem projektu jest koncentracja ruchu turystycznego, obsługa potrzeb turystów i edukacja przyrodniczo-ekologiczna dla ograniczenia zagrożeń wynikających z nieuporządkowanej penetracji przez ludzi terenów przyrodniczo cennych we Wdzydzkim Parku Krajobrazowym. The project is located in the town of Przytarnia, on plots Nos 153/1 and 152/1. Przytarnia, the municipality of Karsin. The designated location is the highest in the near area (195.4 m). The communication service is provided from the local road. The distance from Karsina is approximately 8 km. The facility will be located in the course of the cycling route, on the 2.1 km long section. The main objective of the project is to concentrate the tourist traffic, to serve the needs of tourists and to maintain ecological and ecological education in order to mitigate the threats posed by the non-orderly penetration of natural sites of natural sites in the International Landscape Park.
