Celem głównym projektu jest zwiększenie efektywności energetycznej i ograniczenie emisji CO2, powstającej w wyniku spalania paliw w celu ogrzania obiektów, poprzez termomodernizację budynków użyteczności na terenie gminy Siemiątkowo: budynku Przedszkola Samorządowego w Siemiątkowie, Szkoły Podstawowej w Siemiątkowie, Zakładu Gospodarki Komunalnej w Siemiątkowie oraz Szkoły Podstawowej w Łaszewie. Głównym problemem projektu jest niska efektywność energetyczna budynków użyteczności publicznej na ternie gminy Siemiątkowo oraz ich niski standard cieplny. Dodatkowo budynki charakteryzują się niewystarczającą estetyką i obniżoną funkcjonalnością. Wymienione problemy są głównymi przesłankami do realizacji przedmiotowego projektu. W ramach przedmiotowego projektu zaplanowano prace termomodernizacyjne budynków użyteczności publicznej na terenie gminy Siemiątkowo: Budynku Przedszkola Samorządowego w Siemiątkowie, Budynku Szkoły Podstawowej w Siemiątkowie, Budynku Zakładu Gospodarki Komunalnej w Siemiątkowie, Budynku Szkoły Podstawowej w Łaszewie. W ramach zadania wykonane zostaną odpowiednie usprawnienia termomodernizacyjne, obejmujące: docieplenie ścian fundamentowych, docieplenie ścian zewnętrznych, wymianę starych okien i drzwi, docieplenie stropodachu oraz montaż instalacji fotowoltaicznej i montaż instalacji odgromowej na dachu budynku oraz instalacji elektrycznej oświetlenia zewnętrznego oraz prace towarzyszące. Beneficjentem końcowym projektu jest Gmina Siemiątkowo, a beneficjentem ostatecznym będą mieszkańcy gminy Siemiątkowo, przede wszystkim pracownicy i użytkownicy przedmiotowych budynków użyteczności publicznej. Za poszczególne etapy wdrażania: złożenie wniosku, zamówienia, publiczne, monitoring, rozliczenie, będą odpowiedzialni pracownicy Urzędu Gminy Siemiątkowo. (Polish)

The main objective of the project is to increase energy efficiency and reduce CO2 emissions resulting from the combustion of fuels in order to heat facilities, by thermal modernisation of utility buildings in the municipality of Siemiątkowo: the building of the Local Government Kindergarten in Siemiątków, the Primary School in Siemiątków, the Municipal Economy Department in Siemiątków and the Primary School in Łaszewo. The main problem of the project is the low energy efficiency of public buildings on the territory of the municipality of Siemiątkowo and their low thermal standard. In addition, buildings are characterised by insufficient aesthetics and reduced functionality. These problems are the main reasons for the implementation of this project. As part of this project, thermomodernisation works of public utility buildings in the municipality of Siemiątkowo are planned: The building of the local government kindergarten in Siemiątków, the building of the Primary School in Siemiątków, the building of the Municipal Economy Department in Siemiątków, the building of the Primary School in Łaszewo. As part of the task, appropriate thermomodernisation improvements will be carried out, including: insulation of foundation walls, insulation of external walls, replacement of old windows and doors, insulation of rooftops and installation of photovoltaic installation and installation of lightning system on the roof of the building and electrical installation of external lighting and accompanying works. The final beneficiary of the project is the Municipality of Siemiątkowo and the final beneficiary will be residents of the municipality of Siemiątkowo, mainly employees and users of the public buildings concerned. For the various stages of implementation: submission of an application, procurement, public monitoring, settlement will be the responsibility of the employees of the Municipality Office of Siemiątkowo.
